Abstract

Many essential sectors of life are affected by Covid-19, one of them is religious sector. The Ministry of Religious Affairs issued a Circular Letter of the Minister of Religious Affairs 2022 concerning the Implementation of Worship/Religious Activities. In that circular letter, there are restrictions on the distance and number of congregations present. GPdI Hope Jombang is one of the churches that implements the congregational data collection process. GPdI Hope Jombang requires its congregation to register their self before coming to worship. The registration and attendance process that is carried out manually makes the registration data and attendance of the congregation often lost. In order to help the manager and congregation of GPdI Hope Jombang in carrying out all of the spiritual activities, the author designed the user experience application for church information system using the human-centered design method. For the effectiveness aspect, tested using usability testing and the result is 93% for the manager's display and 91% for the congregation's display. For efficiency aspect, tested using usability testing and the result is 0.163 goals/second for the manager and 0.104 goals/second for the congregation. For user satisfaction aspect, tested using the system usability scale (SUS) and the result is 96 for the manager's display which it's in the Excellent category, and 92 for the congregation's display which it's in the Excellent category. Then for the user experience questionnaire (UEQ), results for the manager's display and the congregation for the aspects of attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty in the excellent category, while perspicuity gets the above average category.

Abstract

A Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a network consisting of multiple nodes that are interconnected to exchange data. Nodes act as routers to route packets to other nodes. A routing protocol is needed to exchange data. Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) is an example of a reactive routing protocol often used in MANETs. Nodes in a MANET have limited energy, so energy conservation is necessary. One method for conserving energy in nodes is by engineering the energy level and by selecting the appropriate routing protocol, such as the DSR protocol. This research uses two testing scenarios: one with energy conservation and one without. The parameters used are packet delivery ratio (PDR) and remaining energy. The results show that the scenario without energy conservation performs better in improving system performance with the DSR routing protocol. Optimal energy use can improve system performance with the DSR routing protocol because it ensures that there are enough nodes with sufficient energy to continue sending and receiving packets. This will increase the packet delivery ratio (PDR) because more messages are successfully sent and received. On the other hand, if energy use is not optimal, then there will be more nodes that run out of energy before all messages can be sent and received, resulting in a lower packet delivery ratio (PDR).

Abstract

The Vertical takeoff landing Flying Robot Contest competition, which is one of the branches of the Indonesian Flying Robot Contest (KRTI) in 2021, provides a new challenge, namely that there is an obstacle that will hinder the movement of the flying robot which is likened to a building whose placement is will be carried out randomly and the competition will be held indoors causing the GPS and Barometer values to be unusable. This system uses the Pixhawk flight controller, Raspberry Pi 4, RPLIDAR, OpticalFlow, Ultrasonic GY-US42 and robot operating system (ROS) frameworks. The Bug2 algorithm can be a solution because it has a lightweight process and only requires input parameters from the Lidar sensor distance and global position from the OpticalFlow sensor. The application of the Bug2 algorithm uses a speed value of 1 m/s and a detection distance of 1.5 m according to the test by simulating the Gazebo. For obstacle detection, the Bug2 algorithm gets success results at 90%, a travel time of 24.3 seconds, and CPU usage of 63%.

Abstract

Based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the state is responsible for caring for the poor to meet the basic needs of humanity. The resources of social welfare in villages, assist the process of collecting data and verifying and validating the data of the poor. The results of the verification and validation are reported to the regent/mayor, then submitted to the governor, then forwarded to the Minister. Data that has been verified and validated must be based on information technology and integrated under the responsibility of the Minister. Integrated data belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs is called the Integrated Data on Social Welfare (DTKS) and is used as a reference for the provision of Social Assistance (BANSOS). In fact, many recipients of Social Assistance (BANSOS) were found who should not be the target of this work program of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Researchers developed an ID card extraction and reverse geocoding application to help the verification and validation process, namely by matching the address obtained from the KTP extraction results with the location of the reverse geocoding results when taking photos of the ID card. This address matching is done by utilizing the Google Vision and Geocoder libraries. If the addresses match, then the DTKS registrant verification process can continue. If the addresses do not match, the DTKS registrant verification process cannot continue. This system was tested 10 times, with 5 experiments at the exact location with the ID card address and 5 at different locations with the ID card address. The success rate of this system trial is 95,7%.

Abstract

Adeeva Group is dedicated to community economic empowerment. Adeeva Group was established not solely profit-oriented. But it is far more important than that, that business becomes a means (wasilah) for worship. Adeeva Group sells a variety of snacks, fashion and skincare that are produced in-house. There are various kinds of problems that are less effective and efficient in the process of recording goods because the system is still conventional using books. Problems also exist in sales transactions because the process is still done manually using personal chat social media, which makes sales transactions less efficient so that many consumers hesitate to buy products. The expense and stock books that are used as one to mark expenses are only colored with a highlighter so that sometimes when calculating expenses, they are not counted which causes calculation discrepancies. The method that can be used to reduce this problem is to develop a sales system that can solve the problem of online purchase and sales transactions, track the delivery of goods, record outgoing and incoming goods, and bookkeeping of stock items. This sales system is designed and built to help CV. Adeeva Group in solving the problems that occur. The system to be created will be web-based, so it must be able to work on a variety of web browsers. The following system development uses the waterfall development process model. Unit testing, integration, and validation have all been performed on the system below. Validation testing, integration testing, and unit testing all resulted in valid status on 6 test cases on unit testing, 3 test cases on integration testing, and 35 test cases on validation testing, respectively.

Abstract

One of the problems when chickens breeding is that many chickens become stress or even die due to the condition of the chicken coop, which suddenly becomes dark due to a sudden power outage. Of course, this will be detrimental to chicken farmers. One solution to keep the lights from going out suddenly is to use a UPS. UPS usage is temporary and the light will remain off when the battery runs out. Therefore, the author wants to create a system that can back up power using an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and can predict the remaining UPS on time using the linear regression method based on the results of the UPS battery voltage readings made by the voltage sensor. This system is connected to the lamp power and system output, namely the UPS battery voltage. The prediction of the remaining UPS time can be accessed at the website address which will be sent to the user's telegram when the system detects a power outage. Based on testing, the voltage sensor has an average offset value of 0.27V with an error rate of 2.1%. The linear regression equation obtained from the initial dataset is Y = -81.33 + 7.85X. The results of testing the prediction accuracy of the remaining UPS on using the linear regression method on this system obtained an MAPE value of 6.64%.

Abstract

PT XYZ is an IT-based company in Malang City that provides services as a solution to client problems. As a service provider, companies need to manage IT risk management well because there is a possibility of IT risk occurring from the client's system being developed. To maintain service quality, the company implements the Sentry.io service to assist developers in monitoring the system so that errors that occur can be corrected immediately. But sometimes there are still problems or obstacles in its application. Currently the company has not documented identified IT risks, this needs to be done in order to determine IT risk scenarios to prevent the risk from reoccurring. The tight performance of activities within the company means that IT risk management activities need to be optimized so as not to affect the running of business processes. This study aims to identify the capability level related to the condition of managing IT risk management in companies. After evaluation, recommendations for improvement based on gap analysis were obtained. The research focused on the EDM03 and APO12 processes of the 2019 COBIT framework. The data used in the study were collected through interviews, distributing questionnaires, and observation. Based on the results of data analysis, the capability level achieved by PT XYZ is at level 1 in the EDM03 and APO12 processes. Provision of recommendations focuses on activities that can help improve the implementation of information technology risk management at PT XYZ.

Abstract

Farmers are one of the majority professions in Indonesia. Lately, the conditions in the agricultural sector are in decline. One of the problems is the damaged irrigation problem in Indonesia's agricultural areas and the method used is still conventional. Therefore, more modern technology is one of the solutions. Moreover, the agricultural sector is very promising as an application for testing technology. A plant monitoring system that can determine the environmental conditions of plants such as soil moisture conditions, air temperature, etc. Then a decision is made to use the fuzzy method in the form of plant watering according to the volume needed using a smartphone so that it can stabilize the plant conditions on agricultural land. The results of the research will show that the process of plant growth will be good so that agriculture is maximized and very useful for farmers.

Abstract

Citayam Fashion Week's virality started with the circulation of interview videos on Tiktok and Instagram. The positive impact was felt especially for traders due to the high number of visitors who wanted to see the event so that they could increase their turnover, apart from the positive impact felt, traffic jams arise due to the high number of visitors and the location of the fashion show action, thereby disrupting the activities of the general public. Citayam Fashion Week was disbanded on Wednesday, 27 July 2022. This caused debate among the public. Some people support the holding of the event, some people do not support holding the event. Various positive, and negative comments were given by the public to the Citayam Fashion Week event, therefore a method is needed that can automatically sort out user sentiments. and efficiently, avoiding public misperceptions of existing comments. In this study the authors used the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method in conducting sentiment analysis, based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, this system has the best metric evaluation value, namely an accuracy value of 97%, a precision value of 97%, a recall value of 98%, and the f-measure value of 97%.
