Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic affecting all of our life's aspects, health included. Until the founding of technology development called Telemedicine. Telemedicine is online healthcare that helps the user to get medicated or have a health consultation without having to come to the medical center or hospital. There's several online consultation media available nowadays, for example Halodoc and Alodokter. User experience evaluation is being conducted towards Halodoc and Alodokter because both have similarities in its main features. Evaluation being done using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) in the form of Google Form for an easier distribution. 20 participants' data collected, and acquired that Halodoc got a positive evaluation and Alodokter got a quite positive evaluation. Although being compared, Halodoc generally got a better result than Alodokter. Both have similarities which are that their highest value is in their Efficiency scale and pragmatic quality's aspect got the lowest value. Therefore can be concluded that the aspect which needs an improvement is the pragmatic quality's aspect so the user can be more engaged and more impressed on using the application.

Abstract

Warung Wareg is a restaurant that serves a home-cooked menu with a mainstay menu in the form of various processed fish-based ingredients. In its business activities, restaurants need to carry out customer relationship management, one of which is by managing feedback well. One way that can be done is to manage reviews from users. The number of reviews numbering in the thousands makes it difficult for Warung Wareg to manage customer reviews, therefore a sentiment analysis is necessary to find out what customers think about Warung Wareg's services and products. The source of review data comes from Google Reviews and Tripadvisor by utilizing selenium for web scraping. Sentiment analysis was performed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method with term frequency - inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) as word weighting. Random undersampling technique is used to handle imbalance dataset. Hyperparameter tuning technique is done to produce the best model. Testing the results using the confusion matrix produces an accuracy value of 94%. The dashboard page is used to visualize the classification results using the Google Data Studio platform. The negative review ranking process is carried out to find the most negative reviews given by customers. From the results of the classification, a root cause analysis is also carried out to find the root causes of the negative reviews to formulate business recommendations that can be taken to overcome these problems.

Abstract

PT. AA Bersaudara is a construction company based in Palembamg, South Sumatera that provides construction services to build various facilities that needed by government or private institutions and organizations. In running its business, the company is required to manage its resources in order to achive its goal to keep the project on schedule. To address this need, the company requires a system that can accurately track and record project activities in real-time. This can help project stakeholders make the right decisions quickly. Based on this problem, a construction management information system was developed that can be used by project stakeholders, such as project managers and field managers, to manage project planning and activity data. In addition, project owners and company management can see the progress report of a project being carried out. The throw-away prototyping method was utilized in the development for this research because the users are not familiar with the use of information systems. Thus, the initial prototype developed can quickly give users an idea of how the system will be developed further. Therefore, the design made is suitable for the needs of the users based on input on the prototype made. Subsequently, the design that has been made is implemented into a complete information system and tested using testing techniques to validate that the system meets the needs of the users.

Abstract

Novels are a well-known and frequently read form of fictional works. Novels typically have over 100 pages and are available in a wide variety of genres. However, most novels have simple covers and only containt a brief title and narrative synopsis. It is difficult to determine the genre of a novel due to the lack of genre information on the cover. By these issues, a new classification method was developed by utilizing novel synopsis data and a multi-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with a One-Against-All strategy. The TF-IDF and Chi-square approaches are also used for term weighting and features selection. To achieve the highest classification accuracy, this work implements two SVM kernels: the linear kernel and the gaussian kernel. 240 summary texts were used as training and testing dataset, grouped into four different genre categories: horror, romance, science fiction, and history. During tests, the kernel type, Chi-square threshold value, and sequential training parameters were changed to achieve the best classification accuracy result. Based on the test results, the highest classification accuracy value of 94.58% is achieved at the Chi-square threshold of 80%, SVM with a linear kernel, sequential training parameter with lambda (λ) = 0,5, gamma (γ) = 0,05, complexity (C) = 1, epsilon (ε) = 0,0001, and the maximum number of iterations is 100.

Abstract

Toko Bagus is one of the bicycle shops in Sidoarjo Regency that provides service, sales of bicycles and sales of bicycle spare parts. Currently, Toko Bagus already has a Sales Information System, but it still has some drawbacks, namely not having a frontend website. Whereas on the backend website there is no feature for ordering goods from suppliers. There is no supplier goods receipt report feature and actor access rights in the system. Therefore, a website-based Sales Information System was built which was the development of the previous Information System.The process of developing this Information System uses the waterfall model SDLC. The stages are literature study, data collection, requirements engineering, system design, implementation, testing, and drawing conclusions and suggestions. In the needs engineering stage, the Bagus Sidoarjo Store Sales Information System has 28 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. architectural design, component design, data design, and interface design. At the testing stage using white-box testing and black-box testing methods. In white-box testing using the basis path testing method which is carried out on the 3 main functions of the system, then in black-box testing using user acceptance testing (UAT) it produces a value of 89% for the admin actor and a value of 90% for the owner actor.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a great effect on mankind. The presence of the virus has created a shift in how we live, which has affected the economic sector among many others. In order to decrease or even hopefully prevent the spread of the virus, governments across the world have enforced distancing rules. These rules demand adaptation from schools, universities and businesses, creating new-age terms such as remote work or working from home, and so that businesses may continue to operate. The purpose of this research is to create an interaction design of a product which can aid Jejak Kaki Psychology Firm in running their business in current conditions. The research follows the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) methodology, which helps in designing the system for the Online Aptitude Test, abbreviated as TMB-D (in Indonesian), according to the stakeholders' needs. The first phase of GDD is data collection, where it is done via observation with the contextual inquiry method, as well as conducting traditional interviews. Afterwards in GDD methodology is the mapping of the stakeholders' needs as well as the creation of models based off the procured data. Step 3 of GDD is where the researcher defines the framework of research, which is then followed by the last step which is to create a low-fidelity prototype which undergoes usability evaluation. In the outcome of the evaluation, it is discovered that the client interface prototype doesn't require significant alterations, while the psychologist interface prototype requires modifications to ease usage and navigation for the psychologists.

Abstract

Victoria Motor Workshop is one of the workshops located in Malang City. This workshop, which has been established for dozens of years, already has good trust from customers. However, some customers of the Victoria Motor workshop have problems when they want to service motorbikes during working hours such as, when servicing a motorbike takes a long time, there is no shuttle service for motorbike servicing, then there is no quick notification when the motorbike service has been completed. This study aims to design a User Experience Application for customer service as a solution that has good usability and user experience values. The Human Centered Design approach is used by paying attention to the User Experience elements. Starting from analyzing the user context, analyzing user needs, and creating solution designs. Evaluation of the design using Usability Testing resulted in an effectiveness value of the success rate for the customer version of 97.915%, for the technician version of 93.75%, and for the admin version of 91.65%. The average task Completion Rate is 94.43%. the efficiency of the Victoria Motor customer service application was 93.45% for the customer version, 63.95% for the technician version, and 61.1% for the admin version. And from the error aspect, it is known that the error rate for the Victoria Motor customer service application is 0% for the customer version, 0% for the technician version, and 0% for the admin version. Customer satisfaction gets a score of 89.2% from the system usability scale test, which means that the acceptability range gets an acceptable score, then the grade scale gets grade B, and the adjective rating gets excellent. Thus, the design solution has a positive value in terms of User Experience and Usability.

Abstract

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for marketing. The rapid development of this social media function gave rise to a new term, known as Social Media Influencer. Social media influencers are advertising agencies that reach a certain number of Instagram account followers so that advertisers can place their ads on the account by paying a certain amount of fees. Instagram account of @infobarkas_jogja is one of the social media influencers that provides paid advertising services with advertising content about used goods in Yogyakarta City. However, the management of the account has several obstacles, one of which is the classification or grouping of the goods based on the types of category.The purpose of this research is to create a system that is able to classify types of goods based on their categories. This research uses the Naive Bayes Classifier method using the IG feature selection.The data for this study is in the form of text taken from the caption posts on the Instagram account @infobarkas_jogja with a total of 500 data.With a total of 400 training data and 100 testing data. The classes for the categories in this study were divided into 5 classes, namely property, vehicles, clothing, furniture, and gadgets. The threshold used is 10% ranging from 10% to 90% and produces the highest accuracy of 98% when the threshold is 10%, 40%, 80%, and also 90%. The highest accuracy is also obtained when carrying out classification without resorting to feature selection.

Abstract

Startups are business entities that have a small scope. Nevertheless, startups are not free from some problems. One of them is the Botanis Kota Startup. This startup has a problem with the division of work duties, which is mostly done by business owners. With a website to make transactions and orders, it is hoped that it can reduce the owner's workload. The steps taken in conducting this research use the Waterfall software research method. This research begins with a literature study, then conducts requirements engineering for the system, system design, system implementation, and system testing. In requirement elicitation step, the results obtained are system requirements consisting of 42 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. Next, the design results in a software design that is made in accordance with the needs of the needs analysis. After the design is complete, implementation is carried out with the PHP programming language using the YII framework and MySQL database. At testing stage, the results obtained from unit testing using the highest cyclomatic complexity is worth 10 and the function test of 3 sample components and software integration is 100% valid, then validation testing of 42 functional requirements and 100% valid value, then compatibility testing found there were minor problems that did not affect the main functions in Safari and Firefox browsers. The results of the tests carried out, the system built has met the requirements of functional and non-functional needs of the problems found in the case study taken at Botanis Kota Startup.
