Abstract

The Teratai Putih Global Foundation, an Islamic education foundation in Indonesia, has been facing parking problems due to the spread-out and far apart parking lots. To address this issue, a study was conducted to design a parking monitoring system based on a mobile application. The system uses ESP32, Ultrasonic Sensors, and MQTT Brokers and is divided into two systems for each type of parking. For motorbike parking, a counter system is used to count the number of motorbikes entering and exiting the parking lot. For car parking, a timer system displays an occupied parking indicator once a car parks in a slot. The two systems are linked by MQTT and displayed via a mobile application, allowing users to monitor parking availability remotely and in real time. This parking monitoring system can help the Global White Lotus Foundation and other organizations or businesses facing similar parking problems. The use of IoT technology in parking management is a promising solution that can significantly improve the parking experience for both users and providers. By allowing remote monitoring of parking availability, this system helps to overcome the challenges faced by the community, making it easier to find available parking spaces.

Abstract

Pesantren Mahasiswa FIRDAUS is one of the Islamic boarding schools that open registration every year. The registration process is carried out by purchasing a registration form available at the pesantren location. The students who apply are freshmen from out of town. These students have problems buying registration forms because they are still in their hometowns. And the activity of managing registration also experienced problems in managing the quota of new students because the status of being accepted as a student was based on the time of payment. To answer the obstacles mentioned earlier, a solution was given in the form of a registration system that has the function of accepting registration and payment. The process of forming this system begins with the elimination and analysis of needs and generates 20 functional needs and one non-functional need. Then the design process and implementation process are carried out with the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern which is supported by the Codeigniter framework and the implementation of payment functions is supported by Midtrans's payment gateway service. In the next stage, testing was conducted on the implementation of the system. Testing was carried out using white-box testing, using the unit testing method which resulted in 100% valid status, and integration testing which also resulted 100% valid status. Then, black-box testing was carried out using the validation testing method on 33 test cases, which resulted in 100% valid status and also compatibility testing which resulted that the system can work well on 7 types of web browsers.

Abstract

Sipindo mobile application (Sipindo Indonesia Information System) is an agricultural application that provides easy access to android-based agricultural information that is Indonesian agriculture. From the grouping of problems using the Heuristic Evaluation method found by users, a total of 46 problems were found. The most problems found by users are in the principle of match between system and the real world which amounts to 14 problems, visibility of system status which amounts to 11 problems, User control and freedom which amounts to 8 problems, aesthetic and minimalist design which amounts to 7 problems, error prevention which amounts to 5 problems, and recognition rather than recall which amounts to 1 problem. grouping problems using the Think Aloud method that users found found a total of 55 problems using the Severity rating table. The most problems found by users are found in task 1 as many as 13 problems, Task 4 as many as 12 problems, task 5 as many as 8 problems, task 6 as many as 7 problems, task 7 as many as 7 problems, task 8 as many as 4 problems, task 3 as many as 3 problems, and task 2 as many as 1 problem.

Abstract

On April 15, 2020, Indonesia confirmed that there were 4,839 cases of COVID-19 transmission, there was a mortality percentage of 9.5% (459 people), PDP under treatment as many as 3,954 people, with 426 patients who recovered. Often there is excess capacity in public spaces because it is very difficult to limit users. Public spaces must have a system that can support these restrictive activities. The system must be able to detect visitors coming in and out of the area which will then calculate the number of people and set restrictions on the number of visitors using a solenoid door. The solenoid door will be set so that it can automatically lock when the public room is at maximum capacity. Current technology makes it possible to classify digital images. The image classification algorithm that can be used is Naive Bayes. Naive Bayes classifies based on promentality and Bayesian theorem which assumes that each variable is independent. The system is able to detect users both entering and leaving the room. The results show that the monitoring system can be displayed on a GUI with readings from the camera and ultrasonic sensors.

Abstract

A computer network is a system consisting of several devices connected to each other to exchange data and information. One way to organize the network is by using routing protocol, which is a set of rules that determines how data packets can be sent from one device to another. OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) is one of the commonly used routing protocols in computer networks. In this final project, we will discuss about the visualization of routing topology in a network based on the link state database (LSDB) of OSPF. LSDB is a database that stores information about the network topology, which is used by OSPF to determine the best path for data packets to be sent using the Dijkstra algorithm. To visualize the routing topology, a web application will be created that can display the network topology graphically. This web application will use LSDB as a data source and will display the routing paths determined by OSPF. This application can be used to help network administrators understand the existing network topology, thus helping to organize and manage the network more effectively. In addition, visualization of routing topology can also help in analyzing and finding problems that occur in the network. The implementation results show the success of representing the OSPF's LSDB in a graphical visualization that forms a network topology of nodes and edges.

Abstract

Universitas Brawijaya Buddhist Spiritual Activity Unit (UAKB UB) is a Student Creativity Unit (UKM) located at Universitas Brawijaya which is a place for Buddhist students to do organization activity. There are various divisions in UAKB UB, one of which is the Logistics and Entrepreneurship division. The related division is having problems with sales due to the pandemic and entrepreneurship is only done offline. The division wanted to develop its entrepreneurship but was very limited by circumstances, moreover because the pandemic at that time greatly hampered the division's sales process. Based on these problems, researchers created an e-commerce information system which on the admin side has features for adding goods, making changes to goods, confirming transactions and verifying ktm. Meanwhile, on the side of buyers who have registered, they have the feature to transact to buy the desired item remotely. The development of this system uses the waterfall method, because all requirements have been defined at the needs analysis stage which produces 2 actors, 11 functional requirements and 1 non- functional. This system was developed using Laravel. Based on functional testing, both sides get a success rate of 100%.

Abstract

In Article 12 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 5 of 2014, it is explained that The Civil Servant is a profession that is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the implementation of government and national development tasks. In its implementation, it is required to apply professional policies and public services that are free from political interference and free from the practice of corruption, collusion, and nepotism. In monitoring the performance of Civil Servants, the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia issued regulations written in Ministerial Regulation Number 8 of 2021 on the Civil Service Performance Management System. The Civil Service Performance Management System requires Civil Servants to prepare a document called the Employee Performance Target. At SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap South Sulawesi, the preparation of the documents is still done manually using Excel templates, which leads to problems such as frequent human error, difficulty in monitoring the progress, and because there is no time limit it allow data manipulation. From these problems, researcher were motivated to develop a website-based Teacher Employee Performance Target Application using the PHP programming language and the Laravel combined with TailwindCSS frameworks using the waterfall development method. This method begins with requrement analysis and engineering, designing system, implementation, and testing the system. Research resulted with the program successfully passed all established testing paths with valid results on 5 function samples. In addition, valid values were also generated from integration testing on 2 related components. The validation testing results on 31 functional requirements indicated that all valid test cases were successful and the compatibility testing showed that the system can be accessed through various web browsers without significant issues.

Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) Brawijaya University (UB) has student organizations that can be used to accommodate the interests and talents of students which are divided into 2, namely Autonomous Institutions (LO) and Semi-Autonomous Institutions (LSO). The problem experienced by the treasurer of LO / LSO FILKOM UB is that the data collection of money in and out is still manual using several platforms. Too many platforms make the treasurer confused and less careful in recording so that data collection errors occur. Based on the existing problems, this research aims to create an organizational finance application user experience design that can help overcome the problems experienced by the treasurer and members of LO/LSO FILKOM UB. This design uses Design Thinking method because it focuses on users so it can overcome problems that are not yet clear. This research produces a mobile-based application design in the form of high-fidelity prototypes for two user segmentations. The resulting prototype was tested using the UEQ method to find out the design of the user experience designed has solved the problems of potential users. The test results are that the organizational finance application on both systems is in the positive category with a mean value range of 1.563 - 2.050.

Abstract

Iqro is one method of learning the alquran that makes it easy to learn to read and recite the alquran. There are many iqro learning applications on google playstore that can be used as learning media. However, most of these applications only copy-paste iqro pages into the applications, resulting in applications that cannot be read and the color selection and layout that seems monotonous and unattractive loses the motivation for self-study. Therefore, this study intends to design a user experience or user experience for an iqro learning application using a gamification approach and player centered design method in the hope of producing designs and prototypes that are in accordance with what is needed by potential users. This research is implementative-design with the aim of producing a product as a solution to the problems raised in the study. In this study testing was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire, the results were obtained in the form of 3 of the 6 test scales getting good results, then the rest got results above the average. Then in this study a playtest was also carried out on 5 children, resulting in data showing that almost all children are happy to learn while playing, on the grounds that it is more fun to do the missions given by the system. The results obtained about 4 system improvements that were immediately implemented. Testing is carried out only with 1 iteration because the test is deemed to have obtained results in accordance with the expectations and expectations of the examiner.

Abstract

Supplier Bebek Prembun is a business in the field of providing ducks to meet the raw material needs of restaurants and slaughterhouses. Purchase transactions of ducks from traders and sales transactions to restaurants with accounts receivable payment systems. Bill payments that are not charged become a problem when the restaurant is late in making payments, because it will hinder the process of buying ducks from traders. The daily turnover of ducks is very fast so it is difficult for Prembun Duck Suppliers to record incoming and outgoing money. Development of Livestock Distribution Management Information System Website Based Case Study of Supplier Bebek Prembun is expected to solve this problem. The system was developed by applying the waterfall model. Functional and non-functional requirements are obtained from the needs analysis process by conducting field observations and interviews. The design is made so that the implementation system is in accordance with the needs analysis. The system is implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The implemented system was tested by unit and integration testing using the white box method, validation testing using the black box method, and compatibility testing using sortite software. White box testing was carried out on 4 sample methods and the status resulted in valid. Black box testing was carried out on 42 functional requirements to produce all valid functionals. While the results of compatibility testing are that the implemented system can run well in various web browsers.
