Abstract

Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is a mobile network, due to its nature MANET has basic weaknesses in its reliability when traffic is high. High network traffic is caused by one of the factors including the size of the packets being transmitted, which can cause smaller packets to be susceptible to not reaching the recipient or packet loss. Packet Scheduling is one solution to address these issues. This research uses Priority Packet Scheduling method based on the size of the data packet. Data packets with a size greater than 1000 bytes will be given high priority and sent first. Packets with a size between 1000 bytes and 500 bytes will be given medium priority and packets below 500 bytes will be given the lowest priority. Each priority will still receive a sending quota to prevent starvation. The results of Priority Packet Scheduling show that the method does not have an impact on the Packet Delivery Ratio and even experienced an increase in Average End-to-End Delay when compared to not using Priority Packet Scheduling. However, the Average Throughput values obtained with this method are significant.

Abstract

Sustainable Community-Based Forest Management (PHBML) is a form of commitment by the Enggal Mulya Lestari Forest Farmers Group (KTH), Mrayan Village, Ngrayun District, Ponorogo Regency under the auspices of the Forest Service Branch (CDK) in the Pacitan area of ​​the East Java Province Forest Service. The steps taken in implementing this commitment are to manage community forests in the form of deposits from tapping pine trees, data on land-owning farmers, data on Forest Farmer Group (KTH) employees and income transaction data for farmers and for Forest Farmer Groups (KTH) which in turn Initially the recording was done in print to utilize digital media. This study aims to design a user experience for a pine tapping business management application that utilizes methods from Human Centered Design (HCD) for its research flow which aims to design solutions that are designed to suit user needs because it involves users in its design, while for testing it uses usability testing. the results of the testing which took the aspects of effectiveness and efficiency obtained satisfactory results, but from the aspect of user satisfaction using the questionnaire from the System Usability Scale (SUS) the results were unsatisfactory so it was necessary to improve the solution design for further implementation

Abstract

CV. New Brilla Futura is one of the companies engaged in the rental of event equipment needs. The business process used to process equipment rental orders, manage rental data, equipment rental transactions, and payments in the form of screenshots of proof of transfer is also done manually where buyers interact using the company's WhatsApp. This is considered less effective and produces invalid reports. Therefore, the development of an information system that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway is made which can make it easier for managers and buyers to place orders and manage orders. System development begins with a needs analysis through consultation with stakeholders. After getting the results, a design is made in the form of a sequence diagram, class diagram, physical data model. Then make a prototype to visually describe the system requirements. Implementation of the system in the form of a website-based application using the Laravel framework with integration made to midtrans. System testing is carried out through validation testing and all test cases receive valid status. Usability testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale and obtained an average score of 87.5, meaning that the equipment rental system received Acceptability Range Acceptable status based on a questionnaire survey of 8 respondents.

Abstract

Advances in technology make people tend to choose online transactions compared to cash. With the rapid development of technology, PT Pertamina launched their newest program, the MyPertamina application. The MyPertamina application is a combination program between loyalty and e-payment. The MyPertamina application has many users, so there are often positive and negative reviews that are irrelevant to the rating given on the Google Play Store. MyPertamina application review data will be obtained using the Web Scraping technique using the Google-Play-Scraper API. The scraped data will then be subjected to text preprocessing to clean the text so that the data can be executed. Sentiment analysis can detect whether a text contains positive or negative opinions from user reviews that are not in accordance with the rating. Random Forest is a method in analysis consisting of several decision trees as a classifier. In this study, the random forest method was used by dividing two sentiment classes, namely positive and negative, taking evaluation indicators, namely accuracy, recall, precision and f1-score. Tests were carried out based on the number of trees and tree depth on 800 data by dividing the data by 250 data per class. Based on the results of the tests and analyzes that have been carried out, with a comparison of training data and test data 80%:20% obtained values of 90% accuracy, 90% precision, 91% recall, and 89% F1-Score with a depth of 80 trees and 50 tree depths.

Abstract

Batik is a product that has the potential to be developed in the current era of economic globalization so that several batik industries compete to market their batik to get lots of customers. Canteng Koneng is one of Madura's batik industries that is in great demand by consumers. However, the ordering process at Canteng Koneng is not efficient because it is still done via telephone and Whatsapp. Other problems are also found in the recapitulation process of product data, customer data, and sales data which are still done manually through notes only, without accountancy. The information system website is one of the media for the industry of Canteng Koneng so that it can compete with other batik industries and can help solve the problems. So, to create a website that has an attractive User Interface(UI) and can meet user needs, a User Experience (UX) design is needed. Human-centered design (HCD) is a method that can be used to design UX. In the website that will be designed, there will be features for buyers to view product stock, place orders, and make payments. The features for employees of Canteng Koneng are viewing product data, viewing customer data, and viewing sales data. In order for the design to be according to user requirements, so evaluation of the solution design will be carried out using the usability testing method and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). From the results of the evaluation, there were 5 problems from the aspects of effectiveness, dependability, and perspicuity. Then, make improvements to the results of the evaluation.

Abstract

One form of innovation of technological development is cryptocurrencies that have been widely recognized as an alternative to currency exchange. One of the cryptocurrencies that is quite popular today is Ethereum which started trading for the first time on August 7, 2015 at a price of US$2.83 and reached its highest price on November 8, 2021 at a price of US$4822.97. Ethereum has high price fluctuations and has many factors that affect the price of ethereum such as political or economic problems at the global level so as to cause sufficient investment risk This research performs several stages in predicting ethereum price movements, namely pre-processing, data normalization, training Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithms, and evaluating with Mean Square Error (MSE). Based on the results of this study, researchers succeeded in predicting the price of Ethereum using the multi-function activation based LSTM algorithm with testing parameters for the proportion of training data and testing data of 70%:30%, the number of sequences of 14 which describes data for 14 days, the hidden unit value of 64, the number of epochs of 150, and sigmoid as an activation function as evidenced by the MSE value of 0.0121..

Abstract

Code of conduct is a series of rules that must be obeyed in a situation. A good education is a must in order to teach good manners. Vocationan High School of State 2 Singosari uses a Kejar Prestasi Book as a tool to encourage their students to do good deeds and also avoid doing things that break the rules. However, There is an obstacle on data collection regarding the Kejar Prestasi Book. Therefore, Vocational High School of State 2 Singosari is planning on creating a system which is able to accommodate the data collection of the students. The good user interface is needed for accommodating its user need. The method which is used for designing the user interface is Human-Centered Design (HCD). Based on the HCD Approach, there are three groups of user and stakeholder which is Vice Principal of Student Affair, Homeroom Teacher, and the Student. Testing the result of the design uses System Usability Scale (SUS) which able to test the usability aspect. Based on the testing, the user interface design for Kejar Prestasi Book, the score result is 76.2 Which is a “GOOD” category and acceptable by users.

Abstract

Lecturers are a profession that has an important role in the world of higher education, they are professional educators as well as scientists who provide their knowledge to college students. Therefore, in carrying out their duties, lecturers must have a certificate as professional lecturers, which can be obtained from Pekerti AA training. Pekerti AA training is a training program for lecturers that focuses on improving the quality of learning at the university where they work. The Pekerti AA training management application will focus on making it easy for training applicants to register and find all information related to training, as well as making it easier for the committee to manage applicant data. In the process of designing the Pekerti AA application, a good user experience is needed. To get a good user experience, a human-centered design development method is needed. The testing procedure necessitates usability testing and also filling out the UE questionnaire. By involving five respondents, the test results were obtained, namely a value of 89% for the value of effectiveness and a value of 0.09174 goals per second for the value of efficiency. A value of 80, with those included in grade A-, means good and acceptable. The results of the UEQ show that attractiveness and stimulation get excellent status, while perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, and novelty get good status.

Abstract

In today's era of rapidly developing information technology, the need for information is increasingly needed to support processes in achieving a certain goal. Many parties have begun to compete in developing their information technology, one of which is by developing information systems. Information system development is carried out to replace old systems that are obsolete or improve existing systems. SMP Negeri 3 Sidikalang is one of the schools that has not utilized information technology optimally. Many processes are still done manually, such as processing teacher data, student data and assessment reports obtained by each student so that it requires a lot of resources, both in terms of time, cost, energy and place. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based academic information system at SMP Negeri 3 Sidikalang to facilitate the school in managing data and accelerate the dissemination of information. The method used in building the system is the waterfall method, which consists of the stages of gathering needs, design, development, trial use, and maintenance. While in testing the system used SUS (System Usability Scale) method to test the level of user satisfaction. System implementation is carried out using the PHP program language with the CodeIgniter framework, database design using MySQL. Testing of academic information systems that have been built is declared feasible to use. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the academic information system is feasible to use in the school environment of SMP Negeri 3 Sidikalang.

Abstract

Stress is a state of pressure on a person due to something that happens not as expected or unwanted. Stress can risk disrupting a person's health, both physical aspect and mental aspect, and reduce their quality of life as well if not treated immediately. A person's heart rate and GSR (Galvanic Skin Response) can be used as features to detect stress. Both features are influenced by sympathetic nerves that regulate a person's response to emotions so that they can be used to identify a person's stress level. The K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) method is used as a classification method because it has advantages in accuracy using data with few parameters and a large amount of data. The tool uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, MAX30102 sensor to measure heart rate, Grove GSR sensor to measure GSR, and LCD to display the output. Testing was carried out using 10 subjects as test data, and using 70 training data. The results of system testing in this study are based on the accuracy of the tool's readings compared to the results of the subject's questionnaire. The accuracy produced by this stress detection system is 70%. For the results of testing the k-NN method on this system has an accuracy of 64.29% for 70 training data. While the results of testing the computation time of the system get an average computation time of 13.3 ms.
