Abstract

The film reviews contain an opinion from a reviewer to describe a movie. Assessment of the content from the film review can be called by sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis on movie review is divided into 2 parts, which are positive review and negative review. Grouping of sentiment analysis results can be simplified by the k-nearest neighbor classification method where this method will look for documents that have similarity between one to another document. In general, the movie review data contains very long content required by feature selection or pruning feature to reduce dimensions during classification process. In this case, the method of information gain is used to reduce many features during the classification process. This method will predict the presence or absence of term in a document so the term that frequently appear has low information gain value, however for the term that rarely appear or only appear in one category has high information gain value. The term with high information gain value will be able to be used for classification process. The result for using all of term for classification is 92% accuracy where the accuracy value is better than the feature selection due to the elimination of term having low information gain value.

Abstract

School as a formal educational institution which is a place to seek knowledge, in teaching and learning activities. The national education system in Indonesia is also regulated in Law No. 20, which states that basic education is a basic prerequisite for higher education. SDN Wates is a public elementary school located in Wates District Kediri District. However, there are several things such as the dissemination of manually-made information, the process of registration and refinement of data that is still done manually, the process for the old students to see all the value of the subjects, and also the data collection of alumni is also difficult. Therefore the need for information systems that can help deal with the problem. The process of enrollment and filling of students, as well as filling in the score can be simplified by using the Management Information System of the Primary School of Wates Kediri Regency built with agile method and implemented on the website, after the result of the User acceptance test given to the parents of the applicant students (the percentage of UAT by 85%), and the teacher student selection (UAT percentage score of 80%), as well as the teacher as a student appraiser (UAT percentage value of 90%)

Abstract

Gojek Indonesia (GO-JEK) is one of the companies that created taxibike online application in Indonesia. GO-JEK applications are growing rapidly so that has been downloaded more than 10 million times. Although it has been downloaded more than 10 million times but there are still some users who complain about the application of GO-JEK. From some user feedback, the GO-JEK app still has a problem in its users. These problems are part of the usability problem that existed in GO-JEK applications. Therefore, we need a more comprehensive problem digging in order to deepen the problems that occur to users of the application GO-JEK. Please also note how far the level of usability in the application GO-JEK. The usability level needs to be known to explain the usability of the GO-JEK app already at what level from the user side. This study provides evaluation results to determine the usability problems and usability levels that exist in the GO-JEK application using usability testing method. The results obtained from this study indicate that there are five usability problems that exist in the GO-JEK application. In addition, the usability level which consists of the level of convenience is 100%. the speed rate is of 0.01 goals / sec. the error rate is 0.1 and the satisfaction rate is 60% - 70%.

Abstract

Polianthes tuberosa is one type of ornamental plants favored by consumers and has various uses such as sown flowers, cut flowers and essential oils producing materials. As consumer demand continues to increase, many farmers cultivate it. But there are limiting factors of Polianthes tuberosa production that are pests and diseases. The limited knowledge of the community on Polianthes tuberosa pests and diseases makes the lack of understanding about the types of pests and diseases and their symptoms, so they do not know what steps should be taken to handle it. To identify which pests or diseases that attack Polianthes tuberosa quickly, it is necessary to build an expert system. One method that can be used to identify pests and diseases on Polianthes tuberosa is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). The identification process is done by inserting the facts of symptoms on Polianthes tuberosa and then calculated by using F-AHP. The output of this system is the identification of pests of diseases that attack Polianthes tuberosa with recommendations of its control solutions. Based on the results of test, the method of F-AHP obtained an accuracy of 93.33%, so it can be concluded this expert system to identify pests of diseases in Polianthes tuberosa using F-AHP is able to work well.

Abstract

Clove plants are classified into plantation crops or industries that are widely grown in Wonosalam. But not all clove plantations belong to the local people, but the owners are residents from outside the region. This causes the plant is less well groomed cloves and eventually attacked by disease. One method to diagnose clove plant disease can be done with Naive Bayes. Clove plant disease diagnosis expert system using Naive Bayes method can make it easier to detect diseases that attack the cloves based on the symptoms that arise. The Naive Bayes method is implemented on an expert system inference engine in order to make inferences based on existing knowledge on the knowledge base. Results obtained after a system accuracy test of 93% indicating that the method of Naive Bayes is suitable for clove plant disease cases.

Abstract

Hate speech is a language that expresses a hatred of a group or individual who intends to insult or humiliate and the media can be found anywhere, one of them Twitter. Twitter is a social media that allows users to express feelings and opinions through tweets, including tweets that contain hate speech. Document or tweet data comes from previous research on hate speech. The method used in processing the document data is Backpropagation Neural Network with feature updates using Lexicon Based Features combined with Bag of Words. In this study using data as much as 500 data is divided into training data as much as 400 data and test data as much as 100 data. From the evaluation test results, when using Lexicon Based Features, the average value of f-measure is 0%, worse than using the Bag of Words with an average f-measure of 76.638%, while when Lexicon Based Features is combined with the Bag of Words got the best average score among the previous features with a f-measure of 78.081%. And the result Backpropagation Neural Network using Lexicon Based Features combined with Bag of Words is not better than Random Forest Decision Tree using n-gram from previous research.

Abstract

Climate Monitoring is done by using sophisticated instruments that have a function to record the changing climate data. Karangploso Malang climate station is one of the station that records climate data. Variables that have been monitored such as rainfall, temperature, wind speed, and humidity. The data then sent to the Server then get processed and displayed to desktop based application and web. Desktop based application right now can't be accessed from outside the office. Web based application or mobile application can be use as alternatives so BMKG data can be accessed outside. The application that was choosed is mobile based application because it can access the climate data more faster. The mobile application get the climate data by requesting the data from a web service that use RESTful method. The data then representated in table and chart on client side. Based on design result in this research, obtained 3 functional requirements and 3 non functional requirements. Based on testing result, it is concluded that the development of software application for climate monitoring using RESTful web service method in android is meet the requirement of the design.

Abstract

Museum of Blambangan is one tourist attraction to add insight and knowledge in which there are objects of cultural heritage inside it. However as time goes by, there will be an ever-decreasing change of interest for students. This is influenced by the advance technology so they think that coming to the museum is boring. So in this thesis project, take the initiative to create an augmented reality application to introduce museum objects so it looks interesting. Because augmented reality is a technology that combines the real world and the virtual world, moreover augmented reality is one of the developing technology and is in great demand today. The development of this application uses a method adapted from the Agile SDLC model, which has 7 phases consisting of literature study, needs analysis, implementation, system testing, system deployment, and conclusions. The functionality testing is performed in accordance with the test cases on each functional requirement. The results of functionality testing show that the functional requirements have been met by the system. The result of usability testing by giving questionnaires of System Usability Scale (SUS) to the respondents of museum visitors and museum staf, obtaining visitor satisfaction result gets 86%. From these values can be concluded that this application can help the introduction of museum objects. Compatibility testing indicates that the work validity of these features can be well executed.

Abstract

Thesis consultation is an activity that must be done for students who are taking thesis. Usually students who will conduct guidance will meet their lecturer or contact the lecturer before. Because the lecturer also has time to teach and perform other activities related to the campus. The number of students in Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya (FILKOM UB) which they want to do guidance to make the students queue in front of lecturers room while the lecturer has a hectic schedule. Therefore it is necessary for the system to schedule thesis consultation. This research applies the concept of solution obtained using genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm is a search algorithm that aims to find the optimal solution. The result of genetic parameters obtained in the optimal solution is population size 70, number of generation of 2500, combination of cr and mr value is 0,4 and 0,6. This built system resulted in an optimal thesis guidance schedule with a fitness value of 1,0305.

Abstract

The number of businesses that operate on the internet by carrying out transactions through e-commerce continues to increase. The organization continues to try to reduce costs and increase productivity. Most of the companies will set up a website, which is considered as a new channel for conducting business transactions and customers can make purchases through the company's website. Service quality is the main factors for attracting more visitors in conducting visits and purchasing decisions on an e-commerce. To know the quality service of an e-commerce, it is necessary to conduct measurements of customer satisfaction. This research aims to know the quality of service the website Erafone towards customer satisfaction using the E-S-QUAL and E-RecS-QUAL which has been developed by Parasuraman. The constructs that build the research model used are: efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, contact, and satisfaction. A sample of 140 respondents was collected through an online questionnaire-based survey and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the dimensions of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, responsiveness, and contact affect customer satisfaction. The only factor that does not have significant influence towards customer satisfaction in using the services of the Erafone's website is compensation.
