Abstract

Klinik Mutiara Sehat is a first phase health facility clinic that cooperate with BPJS Kesehatan. In performing health services, support of information technology in the management of information is required to improve the services. This research development of medical record information system begins by performing a requirement analysis to get the capability of medical record information system which is then modeled into use case diagram. And then, from the results of recruitment analysis done several types of medical records information system design is modeling with UML notation, database design and web service design. Then, the implementation of the system design that produces Medical Record Information System based website that provides integrated medical record service function with BPJS Health and medical record management of examination results. Furthermore, from the results of the implementation of Medical Record Information System carried out system testing which states that the system developed to run in accordance with needs analysis that has been defined in the recruitment analysis.

Abstract

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) is a major public health problem in the world. Incidence of STI cases in many developing countries such as failure in diagnosing and provide treatment at an early stage can lead to serious complications. The required input parameters consist of 39 features consisting of 2 sexes, 9 risk factors, and 29 symptoms. The process of identifying early identification of STI symptoms in this case will implement Extreme Learning Machine (ELM). The implementation of ELM itself does not require IMS rules related to the exact rules but rather compares the results of both determinations. Thus, if there is a change of calculation or identification provisions, it does not affect the calculation of ELM. The ELM method is used to determine STI disease to a number of 17 classes. The best results of the three test scenarios of accuracy between ELM calculations and expert diagnosis results were 36,36% for the 90:10 ratio, 50% for 100 hidden layers, and 31.82% for the weight range of -1 to 0.

Abstract

The common problem that mostly happened in animal husbandry of goat is the insufficient usage of fodder. A simple mistake in choosing the fodder caused the goat to having a little nutrition in their body. That surely make the goat not growing breed well. In the economic point of view, the purchase of fodder becomes the highest cost in factory farming, so the cost should be reduced as low as possible to maximize the revenue. Optimizing the preparations of goat's fodder is a way to reducing the cost, that can also increasing the revenue. In this case, a evolution strategies algoritm is used to optimizing the goat's fodder. The type of ES process used is (μ / r + λ) so that the reproduction process involves recombination and the mutation result will be included with the parent in the selection and selection process using elitism selection. The optimal solution is obtained from population size of 90 and the number of generations 100 obtained the highest average fitness value of 0.803. The final result is recommendation of goat's fodder.

Abstract

One of the Big Private Plantation companies in Indonesia is PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari located in Bengkulu Province. PT.Sandabi Indah Lestari designs a budget every year to spend on production process conducted once every week. Each production process of course requires a separate cost, if the production can not change production costs, the company will incur losses. Therefore, it is necessary to forecast the output of palm oil production to be a reference for the production results remain stable or even increased. Forecasting results can later be used by the company to improve production and do not lose from budget planning targets that have been made. This research uses backpropagation method combined with nguyen widrow algorithm. From the test results with the number of 260 data train, the amount of test data 12 test data, the value of learning rate 0.4, the number of hidden layer 5 neurons, the error limit of 0.001, and the maximum iteration of 900 yields MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of 10,0047 %.

Abstract

Distributed data acquisition system for water quality of fishpond usually using conventional method. This method used microcontroller device for control system operations, sensor as data acquisition and wire as data medium. Monitoring System of water quality of fishpond using a microcontroller as control system for data processing from a lot of node-sensor at once time has disadvantages. There are many possibilities that distributed data from node-sensor to control system could be crashed. Wire as data medium has less efficiency at wider area, such as fishpond culture. This leads to the application of wireless communication system. The reason for using wireless communication instead of wire-use connection is more practical and making the installation simpler. A new aipproach to synchronize the time iis needed for seinsor networks. In thiis paper, we discuss about Timing-sync Protocoli for Sensor Networks (TPSN) and Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) that aims at providiing network-wide time synchronization in a sensor network to avoid crashed data. In addition, this research also present wireless communication method using nRF24L01 module. As the result, we got that node client can distributed data acquisition for fishpond water in the amount of 18 bytes with the synchronized time without being crashed.

Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan ketersediaan informasi, maka dikembangkan teknologi dengan nama push notification. Teknologi push notification adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan sebuah perangkat (client) mendapatkan informasi berupa notifikasi yang dikirimkan oleh penyedia informasi (server) secara otomatis. Pada umumnya mekanisme pengiriman notifikasi dari server ke client menggunakan push service yang berdiri sendiri (broker) dan menggunakan protokol Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). Namun masih sering terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman notifikasi dengan menggunakan mekanisme pengiriman tersebut. Broker yang membatasi antar server dan client dalam mekanisme pengiriman notifikasi dinilai tidak efisien. Diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi dua masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan mekanisme pengiriman notifikasi dengan push notification yang akan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan protokol websocket dan implementasi broker kedalam server. Hasil pengembangan pada penelitian memiliki jumlah maksimal client yang dapat terhubung dengan server sebanyak 1015 client serta rata-rata delay yang didapat dari pengujian pengiriman notifikasi secara massal, pengiriman notifikasi dengan ukuran yang berbeda, dan pengiriman notifikasi menggunakan bandwidth yang berbeda.

Abstract

Practicum is a structured academic activity conducted in a particular laboratory or class with the aim of providing technical experience to practicum participants. But there are some obstacles in practicum. One of the main obstacles to be highlighted is high level of plagiarism that have potential to occur in practicum activities. That high level of plagiarism is also supported by assistant's condition who also being a student which have limited time for checking plagiarism and assessment of source code which must be compile and run. So it's almost impossible to identify plagiarism accurately. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that help assistant in identifying plagiarism and correcting the practicum assignment. System must be able to detect plagiarism potential by applying levenshtein distance algorithm for document checking and plagiarism potential inspection in program code with abstract syntax tree. In addition, the system must also be able to run the program code directly with the cloud compiler on the system interface without having to download and run every source code. System developed using the Spring and Vue framework and built for improving the productivity of assistants in correcting and plagiarism identification and also expected to decrease the level of plagiarism in practicum activities. System is tested by whitebox testing specifically unit testing and integration using JUnit and Mockito, also tested valid by validation testing for 32 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement.

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) is one of the technology of the future that develops rapidly. IoT can use data that has been collected without human help, which then interconnected with each other with the internet. In the previous research, a middleware with an event-driven approach has been developed that can support the interoperability of various devices or sensors. Middleware consists of sensor nodemcu ESP8266 and Raspberry Pi as a broker / server. Sensors communicate using MQTT and CoAP protocols with middleware. Every computer network must have vulnerabilities. One of the attacks on network communication is Man In The Middle (MITM). In the middleware scheme, the security features have not been applied either to data transmission or data validation, so there is a need to overcome the security hole or end-to-end security. In this research we will add TLS and AES-CBC crypto mechanisms to protect data sent from nodemcu sensor to middleware. And get recommendations of security mechanisms that match the specifications of the Nodemcu ESP8266 minimal sensor. As a result, TLS fails to be applied while AES-CBC crypto succeeds and does not affect QoS on data transmission. It is recommended to apply to middleware as end-to-end security.

Abstract

Identification victims of accidents or natural disasters can be done by examining the characteristics of the teeth. Examining the characteristic by teeth in victim identification is an accurate and easy method because teeth is the hardest part of body and has a lot of variation such as broken, filling, extraction, implant teeth, etc. However, there is a problem in identification victims using dental characteristics, that is incomplete medical dental records that can be used for victim identification. The facts there are still many dental clinics that do not perform the dental medical records according to the National Standard of Dental Medical Record because odontogram record takes longer time. This happened because dentists and nurses should draw symbols that match the patient's dental condition on an odontogram paper. Because of that, this research is aiming to build a web based dental medical record system so it can facilitate the dentist in performing dental medical records according to the National Standard Dental Medical Record. This research use prototyping model as a model in software development life cycle and built using CodeIgniter framework that support MVC (Model - View - Controller) and also using javascripst, jQuery, and Ajax to support the system to be more interactive. In the testing step, functional testing is done by using white box dan black box testing, and non-functional testing is done by using compactibility testing. From the test results on the functional system obtained that 100% valid or no errors in the system. While the non-functional testing system obtained results that the system can run well on two different browsers Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Abstract

SIAKAD Polinema is created to ease the performance of the academic authorities and students in organizing documents, files, and matters related to academic. It was necessary to evaluate the quality of service and rate of admission to the information system in Politeknik Negeri Malang. The analysis was performed using two methods: WebQual 4.0 and the Technology Acceptance Model 1.0. In this study, each method was limited to use one variable only. The WebQual 4.0 method used Variable Usability and the Technology Acceptance Model 1.0 method used Variable Perceived Usefulness which these two variables had the average percentage that could be included into the high category. Perceived Usefulness had an average percentage of 71.6% and the percentage of Usability has an average of 67.0%. The recommendation that can be given in this study is the second variable that was used needed to be improved in order to improve service quality and level of admissions of SIAKAD Polinema.
