Abstract

Department of Communication and Information Kediri (Diskominfo) is a government institution authorized in the field of ICT management had problems in the delivery and support of information technology services, contained in the field of E-Government Organization. Hence, IT governance evaluation is required using the COBIT 4.1 framework on Deliver and Support (DS) domains, especially the problems found in DS1 defined and managed service levels, DS5 ensured system security, DS7 educated and train users and DS10 managed problems. The purpose of this research was aimed to know the state of existing IT governance by defined RACI Chart, calculated maturity level and gave recommendation in the form of document design such as procedure manual, work instruction, form and report to achieve the expected state of IT governance. The data itself was collected with several methods such us the assessment sheets, interviews and observations. From the maturity level calculation results obtained average results on DS1, DS5, DS7 and DS10 of 2.00 and gap analysis of 1.00. In order to achieve the maturity level 3.00, the recommendation was made with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in every existing IT process and completed documentation of standard format which will be implemented by field of E-Government Organization, so that management of IT services can be stable and controlled.

Abstract

Consumer Price Index (CPI) is one of the most commonly used indicators in measuring the inflation rate. CPI's group of Transportation, Communication and Financial Services have the second largest proportion on living cost with 19.15%. As the group who categorize as administered price (the price are ruled by the government), forcasting this group would help some parties involved in taking neccessery decision and avoiding significant inflation rate. In this research, forecasting were performed using two Exponential Smoothing method which is, Holt's Exponential Smoothing and Winters Exponential Smoothing. This method was evaluated by calculating average error rate using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. There will be 120 data from January 2017 until December 2017 that used which taken from Bank Indonesia official websites. The results of the test was the best parameter value for Holt's Exponential Smoothing which is 𝛼 = 0.7 dan β = 0.1 and for Winters Exponential Smoothing 𝛼 = 0.1, β = 0.4 dan γ = 0.8. And from this parameter's value, MAPE's value obtained for Holt's Exponential Smoothing which 0.474% and for Winters Exponential Smoothing is 1.503%. Both of them got MAPE value under 10% that can be categorize as very good on forcasting CPI group of Transportation, Communication and Financial Services. And can be conclude either that Holt's Exponential Smoothing have better accuration rather than Winters Exponential Smoothing in Cosumer Price Index's group of Transportation, Communication and Financial Services.

Abstract

Globally, the marketing method of a property product is still using conventional method. But there are other factors that can be used to attract buyers' attention through the buyer's psychological side. Some of the elements that can be used are through immersive and interactive agent control. The immersive element is used to stimulate the buyer's senses which in this case the spatial audio is used as the medium. For the element of interactive agent control is used as a buyer interaction with the product that will be a virtual agent and those elements will be implemented on virtual reality technology. To determine the performance of each functional, the system will be tested through black-box testing, and usability scale testing in the form of usability score and likert scale to determine the quality of the system in qualitative and quantitative. The results of the black-box testing obtained function of the system has been running well with some scenarios that exist with 100% success rate. From the tests that have been done, the system got 64,5 for usability scale score that categorized in C class and obtained the system can be mastered easily, work consistently and well. But on the comfort side, there are some users that feel dizzy cause the perform of the system has not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the level of usability and user experience and the results of perceptions and interaction problems experienced by users using the Prambors Radio website and mobile applications . This research uses two analytical methods. First usability level analysis using scenario testing to eight respondents with age range 15-29 years in using Prambors Radio website and mobile application to measure usability aspect that aspect of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The second method is user experience level analysis using the UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) questionnaire to thirty respondents to measure six scales: attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation and novelty and focus group discussion to gain perception, impression and interaction issues more detailed user. The results of the analysis show that in the usability level analysis, Prambors Radio websites and mobile application have a good level of effectiveness with a percentage of 100%, Prambors Radio website gets a better level of efficiency than Prambors Radio mobile application, and the level of user satisfaction with Prambors Radio mobile applications is bigger than Prambors Radio website. The result of user experience level analysis shows that the average value of each parameter of UEQ questionnaire on Prambors Radio website and Prambors Radio mobile application reaches ≥ 0.8. This indicates that respondents gave positive perceptions to Prambors Radio website and Prambors Radio mobile application.

Abstract

SIKP-KA is a web based electronic health record that contains modules used by health professionals at Kebonagung Sugar Factory Health Clinic. Electronic health records are used because of a variety of benefits such as: more reliable prescriptions, faster access to patient records and a reduction in cost due to a decrease in the amount of paper documents. For these benefits to be achieved, the usability of an electronic health record must enable users to achieve desired results. To discover the usability problems of SIKP-KA, a usability evaluation is requried. Using the heuristic walkthrough method which consists of a cognitive walkthrough and a heuristic evaluation, the usability problems of SIKP-KA can be discovered. In this research, the evaluation using a cognitive walkthrough was conducted by subject matter experts and usability experts and discovered in which steps of the tasks within SIKP-KA were there usability problems. Whereas the evaluation using a heuristic evaluation was conducted by only usability experts and found usability problems by comparing SIKP-KA to a set of predetermined heuristics, severity ratings were also given to each problem found. After the evaluation was completed, the cognitive walkthrough found 44 problems of which 54% were also found in the heuristic evaluation. Whereas the heuristic evaluation found 20 problems, of which the heuristic with the most amount of problems was H-3 (User control and freedom) with 35% of all discovered heuristic evaluation problems.

Abstract

The advancement in the world of technology today is very rapidly, especially in the robotics. Creation of robots is based on processes to assist human activities, ranging from easy to heavy and dangerous jobs. With a manipulator robot (robotic arm) a company has the advantage to save more worker and reduce human mistakes. Robot Manipulator is a mechanical part that can be enabled to move, lift and manipulate an object. The robotic arm consists of actuators and some DOF (Degree of Freedom) which is useful as a tool of motion of the robotic arm. To move the robot itself required some sensor, and flex sensor is a sensor to identify the resistance of human arm movement. But to move the robotic arm required a method for the output of the arm has a good accuracy then Kalman filter is used that serves to reduce the value of uncertainty caused noise in the sensor readings. In this study, a robot arm was made using Arduino UNO and servo motors as robotic arm output. The use of Arduino UNO because it has facilities DC jack that can be used for sensors. As well as the servo motor, the servo motor can set the value of the degrees of movement. From the results, the robotic arm can perform movement according to input from the human arm. The robot can move and can perform some combination of movement using Kalman filter method with 100% success rate.

Abstract

Student Family Information System (KBMSI) is an organization formed from Student Information System Universitas Brawijaya. KBMSI also use the website as a medium to meet the information needs for the outside community as well as students of their own Information Systems, especially for Information System students themselves. With the website KBMSI expected society and student Information Systems get ease when looking for information about KBMSI. But it still needs to be considered by looking at the level of Usability on the website of the Student Family Information System (KBMSI). One technique to find out if the website is easy to use is by testing Usability. Usability is a quality that the product or service has about the level of convenience that the service user can do whatever it wants to do in the way it is expected to do. Based on interviews and observations made by the author, found some problems that exist in the website of the Student Family Information System (KBMSI). Based on the interview also found some empty website content. This will affect the user's expectation of the content. Website Family Student Information System (KBMSI). According to Michael O. Leavitt and Ben Shneiderman (2003) in his book Research-Based Web Design & Usability Guidelines, the website format must be ensured to meet user expectations, especially with regard to navigation, content and organization. the information presented in the website has not met the expectations of users.

Abstract

Shooting is a competitive sport that tests proficiency, accuracy and speed by using different types of weapons such as firearms to wind weapons. Shooting competitions are usually held by the Indonesian Shooter Union or PERBAKIN as a form of training and gathering of its members. In this competitions, the score calculation system still using manual method. In this research will be made “Automatic Scoring System On Shooting Competition With Target Animals Sillhouette Using the Naive Bayes Classification Method” to determine which type of Sillhouette is shot and add a score on the system monitor.The Naive Bayes Classification Method is used in the classification process of the hit Sillhouette to influence the score in the Competition. The prototypes of this system use some components of ADXL335 Accelerometer, Load Cell, Limit Switch, Switch, HX711 Module, and Arduino Mega 2560 and Arduino Uno as processors. Based on the results of the test on this system, the accuracy level of the sensor data is 95.73% and the accuracy of the Naive Bayes classification is 100%.

Abstract

Cowshed is provided to shelter cows from the unfavorable weather and confine the cows' mobility in such a way that the fattening process gives rise to the accelerated increase of the bodyweight. Besides, cowshed of decent quality which is clean and comfortable can prevent cows from disease organisms to achieve the maximum rearing result. The problems confronted UPT-PT and HMT in Singosari in determining the decency of cowshed comprise the time efficiency and the difficulty in determining the criteria parameter used to assess the decency of the cowshed. The solution thereto is to capitalize on an intelligent system which, on the basis of the data supplied by UPT-PT and HMT in Singosari, provides a recommended measure of determining decency. The system is created in web-based using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The AHP method was employed to gain the weight value of each criterion to be used in stage of weighting which yielded the preference value for each alternative in the TOPSIS method. The system output is an alternative data ranking based on its preference value. Testing was conducted by altering the pairwise comparison matrix in terms of the system prior to the matching between the system output and the actual data to get the level of system accuracy. The level of accuracy of the system obtained is 84.8%.

Abstract

The distribution is done to improving the productivity of the company. A strategy in the process of distribution is required primarily in determining the distribution route. An optimal route is essential in product distribution especially ice cubes. A company needs to send its products to multiple addresses, because the numbers of shipping addresses and varying distances creates a problem such as needing a long time to reach the destination. In solving these problem need a system that has a purpose to help the distribution process with the number of sales more than one, the problem is named Multiple Travelling Salesman Problem (M-TSP). One of the methods that can solve the problem of M-TSP is Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm which compared to other algorithm based on swarm intelligence. The initial process of ABC algorithm looks for random ice cubes distribution routes based on customer's ordering data. Furthermore swapping and insertion route is done then taken the route with optimal fitness. The last is comparison with the initial route whether the result is better or not. The test result show the numbers of optimal parameters are 23 size problems, 80 pop sizes, 10 limits, and 600 iterations. From these parameters obtained average fitness value based on system optimization of 0,078163 and manual selection of routes the sales goes through obtain average fitness value of 0,043472, with the result that path selection can be optimized by system.
