A multi-sensor system that runs simultaneously is a factor to be considered when building a multi-sensor system. In order for the system to run simultaneously required a system with a fast response. By applying multitasking then the system can execute more than one program simultaneously. RTOS (Real Time Operating System) is one method for multitasking application on embedded system. To implement RTOS into Arduino requires FreeRTOS library. Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller and HC-SR04 sensor module as much 8. Communication interface on this system using Parallel Bus Interface (PBI) to support performance in multisensor system running simultaneously. In the application of RTOS this system will be divided into 8 tasks. Each task will process each of the HC-SR04 sensor modules. From the results of performance testing HC-SR04 sensor module gain percentage error of 0% of all sensors. For testing the execution time stability of each task is 1ms on each task in 10 experiments. From the test results, the system that runs the RTOS running from the beginning of the program to the end requires a total time of 8.1332ms average while on systems that do not implement RTOS requires a total time average of 264ms. Each task has an execution time ranging from 1.005 to 1.583ms.

The Message Queuing Telemetry Protocol (MQTT) protocol is one of the IoT protocol which has a mechanism based on topic-based publish-subscribed systems that have properties that are suitable to be implemented on devices that have limited resources. This is due to it has light-weight properties. MQTT is one of the protocols that is often used on IoT, but there are several weaknesses in the security issues. To ensure the data security an algorithm is needed to encrypt data. One of security algorithm for encrypting data is the Lightweight Stream Cipher for Power-constrained Devices (Lizard) algorithm. In the publisher section before the message is sent it will be encrypted (ciphertext). In broker the ciphertext will forward to the subscriber. In the subscriber, the message will be decrypted. Based on the test results, the Lizard algorithm implemented in the MQTT protocol successfully secure a system on NodeMCU device that take 1014419 microsecond.

Automated source code evaluation system is a system used to examine a program, in fact its research has been around since 1965. As technology grows, more and more people use Docker to create this system. By using Docker, system will be isolated so it can make computer safe. That's why the automated evaluation system in this study uses Docker to make sure the computer is safe. Even though the system can run safely, there are still some problems occurred on the automated system. The problem is how to make the evaluation process efficient and less burdening the computer and how to speed up the evaluation process if there is a program that takes a long time to be evaluated. Therefore, this research will make a cluster of automated source code evaluation system. In this cluster, there will be two instances, a master that divides the task and slaves that run the evaluation. Master and slaves will be connected with RPC because master will only call a function on the slave. The division of tasks will use round-robin algorithm, where slaves will be selected interchangeably. The test results show that this cluster capable of evaluating programs and able to evaluate up to 104 programs at once. In addition, this cluster can also divide the task efficiently so it can reduce the burdens on the computer and speed up the evaluation if the program takes a long time to be evaluated.

In the performance there are still some obstacles in human resource management and information technology infrastructure such as investment management issued is still not in accordance with the benefits and results in the can, lack of human resources in activities that cause other personnel to work two jobs, master plan still not yet optimal, but the planning office system because of its broad base and no grip, planning in the IT field itself still follow local government plan. It is necessary to evaluate the level of information technology resource capability using the framework COBIT 5. To determine the Capability Level values ​​on the EDM04 subdomains, APO07, BAI09 and DSS01. The results of questionnaire analysis, interviews and observations obtained value of Capability Level on EDM 04 domain Ensure Resource Optimization at level 2, APO 07 Manage Human Resources at level 2, BAI 09 Manage Assets are at level 1 and DSS 01 Manage Operations are at level 1 in each domain has a gap or gap value 1.

In order to get a valid pre bidding document of prebidding process at PT Pertamina EP, procurement division held a pre bidding document inspection process. Procurement Division needs some information regarding to pre bidding document status and history. The one who proposed the document also need some information regarding to status of their document. This research is trying to fulfill their needs by providing a system that can simplify pre bidding inspection process. This system is built using CodeIgniter framework and Javascript for some additional features. Waterfall approach is chosen in order to get user's needs at the beginning of development process. This research begins with the study of literature in order to get deep understanding related to the research. The next step is Analysis of Business Process and System Requirements, System Planning System Implementation, and System Testing. Two as-is business processes, 2 to-be business processes, and 14 functional requirements is produced in order to get the concept of existing business processes, give the solution for the problem, and give the basic guideline for development process. The result of black box testing showed that Pre Bidding Management Application has run properly, because there's no error at the testing process. The result of User Acceptance Testing showed that Pre Bidding Management Application has fulfilled the user's needs, because the percentage of the total score from the user's response is greater than 50%.

The growth of the gaming industry started from the development of 2-dimensional games. But in its development, 2-dimensional game began to lose with 3-dimensional game. While 2-dimensional games have the advantages i.e. the development cost is cheaper and the development time is shorter than the 3-dimensional game. Adding real-time dynamics lighting and soft shadow methods is expected to increase the value of the two-dimensional game itself. Therefore in this project is implemented by the method in 2-dimensional game environment with case study of Game Wipe-It-Off. Real-time dynamics lighting and soft shadow methods are implemented using OpenGL Graphic API, C ++ Language, and GLSL. From performance testing obtained information about frame rate, frame time, CPU usage, and memory usage in game using method and not using method has not significant difference. So it does not affect much the performance of the game. Therefore the use of such methods is highly recommended to add value of the game without having to sacrifice game performance. In addition, the implementation of the method there is no indication of a memory leak, where the use of memory has a stable value with the difference between the largest and the smallest memory usage is 790528 bytes.

Understandability is a software quality parameters that shows the level of ease in understanding a developed software module. As an example of the importance of understandability, in an experiment on code inspection, 60% of issues reported by professional reviewers on maintenance are related to understandability. Therefore this research is intended to develop an application that can measure the level of understandability automatically in the software design phase. Measurement of understandability is done in by using multivariate understandability metric. The development is done by adopting the waterfall model methodology. Based on the results, 100% of requirements are validated. As for the system efficiency, system was able to complete 1 measurement task within 10 seconds, and the user can complete 100% of the task, which proved that system is capable to measure understandability efficiently. As for the relationship between understandability results shows by the system and maintainability that has been known shows the spearman's rank correlation of 0.987, which pointing the results of system can be used as one of the reference to estimating the effort to performing maintenance in early stage of software development.

The Potato in indonesia is one of the important food, Because has several what nutrition have more so than with rice. The with is e istence of these potato crops the potato farmers have a relatively high economic value. Lately consumers who consume potatoes also tend to increase. The with that level then potato farmers will also add a lot, worried about the more diseases of potato crops that can harm the potato farmers. In potato disease control potato farmers should be able to know potato diseases and their solutions appropriately and correctly. The with application that the author made this can be made in the guidelines of the potato farmers in how to detect and know the solution of disease prevention suffered by the potato plant. In the application that the author made it can detect 10 diseases of potato plants with 37 symptoms suffered. In this application apply the concept of artificial intelligence, by using fuzzy tsukamoto method. The application that we created has been validated by e pert potato plants with a level of accuracy obtained from the system of 100%.

The traffic sign recognition is the digital image processing technology that used to recognize the sign in real-time. This technology applied in the Driver Assistance System. The road sign recognition consist of 2 main phase, they are road detection and recognition. Detection is the phase to find the possibility of picture area where the sign is located. The output from the detection process is the result picture segmentation that contain region of interest that can recognize the potential area of where the road sign being located. Those potential area will be affected the input of recognition process. So built a system of detection and recognition of the type of signs. This system is implemented on raspberry pi and real-time when processing the image of road sign from webcacm. The detection of algorithm consist into three main part, they are color segmentation, shape detection, and road classification. The method that being applied in this research is shape recognition method. This method is supported by the amount of point from the object as a representation of the amount of side from every shape and the comparison of object area with the bounding rectangle. And the output of this system is a kind of the sign notification for drivers. It is expected with this method the detection process to find the accurate regional sign recognition. The level of success in detecting kind of command signs, prohibition, and warning sign are 80.7%, the result of color examination from the three signs reach the number of 85.45%, and the result of presentation in recognizing the shape of sign is 80.7%. the duration of detecting of traffic signals is 0.5 seconds (for each frame) or 2 frames per second with detection distance 2-5 meters.

Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dispendukcapil) Malang is a government agency that perform data related to population and civil registration in Malang city. Dispendukcapil has a population administration information system (SIAK) to facilitate the process of data collection and reduce the errors that occur because of human (human error). SIAK is the most important part of Dispendukcapil. There are three problems found in Dispendukcapil Malang, one of them related to the management of resources to SIAK. The process assessment model on COBIT 5 is appropriate to evaluate the management of SIAK resources by focusing on the subdomain of EDM04 ensure resource optimization to determine the current capability level and gap. Based on the results of capability assessment level EDM04 is at level 1 and there is a gap 2. The gap results obtained from the difference between the targeted level of 3 and the existing level is 1. In order for EDM04 ensure resource optimization on SIAK can reach the targeted level ie 3, the recommendation is given establishing principles for protecting existing resources, defining those responsible and authoritative for a process undertaken and defining the resources and information necessary to carry out a process
