Abstract

By the progress of technology currently is also increasing demand for microcomputer systems that can provide benefits for human life. This system has an important role to help humans, so it is useful for the layman in the field of shallot leaf agriculture. This Embedded system has a camera image capture input of a leek object that will be compared to templates already available in microcomputers, then the value is selected will be processed to the Template Matching method with the specified threshold limit, and will output one of the LED lights which is already available. Therefore, a system is designed to detect the disease of shallot to determine the leaf disease on the shallot. The results of this test show the Logitech C270 camera can take pictures. Based on the results of testing the accuracy of Template Matching method that the amount of 30 data there are 6 results from systems that does not match the actual class. So the accuracy is obtained by 80%. Performance of the system response time has a time value of 15.977 seconds from 30 tests. In this research, a system to detect the disease of shallot using template matching, where the applied method is able to run by what is desired proven by the system can classify the type of leaf disease into purple patch leaf disease, moisture and Moler.

Abstract

The development of science and technology is increasing and generate many advantages. In the other hand, criminal offense also increasing such as motorcycyle theft where the criminal subject take action by using the T key and chemical liquids. As the result based on this problem, the idea to make biometric security for motorcycle using fingerprint sensor by applying low power appeared. This security system is constructed using the R305 fingerprint sensor as the input to detect the user's fingerprint and register the fingerprint's user to its memory, arduino nano v3.0 as the microcontroller to process data from the fingerprint sensor and relay module as a switch that connected to the ignition coil system on the motorcycle. This system is also supported with wake and sleep feature with external interrupt in the form of push button to trigger wake condition from sleep. From the test a fingerprint sensor successfully perform enroll and authentication. From the test also obtained a decrease in current consumption used by system and reach 32.95%, when the relay module is active and 51.92% when relay module is inactive. In addition, the test results show that the system takes an average time of 134.2 milliseconds for wake from sleep condition.`

Abstract

Materialized Query Table (MQT) stores data from frequently used queries so that users can get data without having to re-compute. This can improve system performance by reducing the cost of queries. The data in the MQT must be updated periodically it will not become obsolete when some change being made in the parent table. There are 2 (two) kinds of commonly used update mechanisms, namely full refresh and incremental refresh. Full refresh recompiles all data from the parent table. While incremental refresh only process data that being changed by utilizing staging table. The staging table stores the data changes (delta) in the parent table so that incremental refresh can be performed. This study simulates and compares the performance of full refresh with incremental refresh to know the impact of both of the query execution time and resource usage (I/O and CPU). The data used are original data derived from previous research and dummy data generated by system to support this research. Test results show that incremental refresh increases performance by more than 10 times at query execution time and increases more than 50 times on resource usage compared to full refresh.

Abstract

Tourism Product Development Division of Batu City Tourism Office has 6 business processes; there is Business Travel Certification for Hotel & Restaurant, Services & Tourism Facilities Data Collection, Coordination in Tourism Village Acceleration, Coordination in Tourism Product Development, and East Java Tourism Awards & Characteristically Food Festival, and Tourism Village Development Study. In running the business process there is a trouble such as deadline business data target that not achieved so that it will holding up the next implementation process, administration still paper-based that usually cause losing data. So that must be analysis and business modeling process that can make the process more effective and efficient. In this research used Business Process Improvement method from phase 1: organizing for improvement until phase 3: streamlining. After the business process has been corrected with automation technic and elimination process it come with a result from simulation, there are the lowest time different is in recommendation business process, the making of the final report decrease as much as 1 day 6 hours 10 minutes or 14,70%, and the highest time different is in the process of Services & Tourism Facilities Data Collection that decrease as much as 12 days 5 hours 20 minutes or 56,07%. So, can be concluded that the recommendation business process more efficient because have little time completion compared to business process that runs now in Tourism Product Development Division of Batu City Tourism Office

Abstract

Shopee is one of the youngest e-commerce that is growing rapidly in the online buying and selling market. This mobile apps marketplace officially operating in Indonesia on 2015 and on 2018 Shopee has been achieved 1.5 million transactions within 24 hours on June which is a new record for the e-commerce marketplace in Indonesia. However by having the marketing strategy are Warranty strategy, Free Shipping and Cheapest Price Guarantee, there are still many reviews from users taht this application is still less satisfactory such as application error complaints, inaccurate order tracking, payment features, Shopeepay wallets and product images that often do not appear. This study aims to determine the quality of service in affecting customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty to Shopee. Respondents in this study are consumers who have made purchases of products at Shopee. The model used in this study adapted the model of Kasim Abdullah who has five dimensions on Service Quality namely Ease of Use, Web Design and Layout, Responsiveness, Perrsonalization, Assurance that affect the Trust, Word of Mouth and Intention. This study used a sample of 100 respondents with quota sampling technique. This study was tested using PLS-SEM and evaluated the model by using Measurement Model and Structural Model to know the quality and significant influence to the constituents that have been hypothesized. From the results of the study showed that from the five dimensions of Service Quality there are two dimensions of Ease of Use and Layout that does not significantly affect Satisfaction. Satisfaction positively affects Trust and Intention but does not affect word-of mouth.Trust affects Word-of-mouth but does not positively affect Intention, and last word-of mouth positively affects Intention.

Abstract

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is one of the features available on the SFE-Electronics website. Recommended PCB ordering is expected to meet the needs of PCB buyers who can be ordered according to the needs of the buyer. However, in its application the PCB ordering feature has not been able to increase PCB bookings through the website. Of the total PCB sales only 6 out of 120 buyers make PCB order through the website. This study focuses on the evaluation and preparation of user interface design recommendations by adapting the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method. HCD is an approach method that incorporates a user's view of a system into the software development process to achieve a system that can be used as needed. Research begins with an initial evaluation conducted by identifying and analyzing stakeholders and understanding the user context and exploring the constraints of using PCB bookings. The second stage is to design the results of the first evaluation in which the results of the design is done further evaluation to find constraints on the design results. From the first evaluation stage found three obstacles on ordering PCB that is on aspect of user expectation, aspect of making of online form as ordering facility and participant response aspect. Nine pages of the design were made on the basis of the first evaluation results and from those nine outcomes were further evaluations that found obstacles on the PCB order page and automatic calculations which were then repeated.

Abstract

Scheduling is one of the computational problems that is not easily solved. For solving it must be prepared systematically, by maximizing resources and time available effectively and efficiently. Scheduling problems can occur in various fields, including education. SMA Negeri 6 Surabaya is one of the high schools in Surabaya that has problems finding the right time slot with a limited number of teachers and there are some constraints that must be met in the scheduling of subjects. One method that can be used in the scheduling of subjects is to use genetic algorithm hybridization and simulated annealing (GA-SA) because GA has the weakness of early convergence and possibly stuck in local optimum, then SA is given as a solution to cover the weakness of GA and able to survive on a local optimum. The algorithm hybridization process is done with the first step in GA using chromosome representation of integer numbers, one-cut point crossover, reciprocal exchange mutation, and elitism selection. In the second step, a simulated annealing process is done using neighborhood move. The results given are scheduling the subjects by meeting the existing constraints. Based on the research, the optimum parameters are the number of generation 270, the population 90, the combination of cr and mr are 0.3 and 0.7 with the average fitness value of 0.999000.

Abstract

Emergency situation for every human individual Usually a normal condition that has a tendency or potential that is good for humans, property and the environment. At a time when humans experience an emergency, it is very necessary rapid handling to cover the incident. There is no system as a notification between the victim with others, when the victim experiences an emergency. With this tool, the closest family will know the condition of the user in the event of an emergency. Users only have to press the button as a trigger and then pass the sound sensor or send an emergency signal for the system to send notification to the mobile web app, which then the mobile web app as monitioring user by the closest family, and the family will know the last position of the victim through the GPS module when the user . In this research, Fuzzy sugeno method is used to determine a system under the condition that is user condition (normal or emergency). The system prototype is built using several modules and sensors, ie GPS module, ESP8266 Module, Push Button, Sound Sensor, Gyroscope Accelerometer MPU6050 Sensor, and Arduino Mega as microcontroller. Based on the test results of the system can be seen that the calculation of logic Fuzzy manually the same with the output of Fuzzy logic on the system. the level of accuracy on this system of 100% on the accuracy of the data sensor, Fuzzy logic and systems can send a notification upon user experiencing emergencies.

Abstract

Psychiatric disorders are disorders of the human brain that is not normal or different from people in general. There are many types of psychiatric disorders. Schizophrenia and Depression are a type of psychiatric disorders suffered by many people. There are also types of Schizophrenia and Depression, one type of disease in each is Schizophrenia Hebephrenic and Psychotic Depression. According to data in the soul hospital of Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang, both of these diseases are included in the top 10 diagnoses of outpatient and outpatient illnesses in 2017 which reached over 22.000 people. Due to a large number of patients affected by the disease, soul hospital needed a system that can classify Schizophrenia Hebephrenic and Psychotic Depression Disease. Classification is the manufacture of a model that used to make a group for an object with the same characteristics into a determined class. To classify the disease used support vector machine (SVM) algorithm with the polynomial of degree 2 kernel. The data used are 200 data taken from soul hospital of Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang. This data consists of 80% data training and 20% data testing. The test method used is K-fold cross-validation. Based on the results of testing SVM parameters obtained the highest average accuracy is 79% with the value of γ = 0,00001, λ = 0,1, C = 0,01, max iteration = 150, and ɛ = 1.10-10.

Abstract

Zakat can be one way done in effort to increase social welfare and was one of the important role in economic community empowerment. Other benefits of zakat is to help reduce poverty and also can reduce the social inequality in society. But the problems encountered by these institutions in distributing zakat is the inaccuracy in choosing a recipient of zakat. The inaccuracy in choosing a zakat recipient occurs because the zakat management agency still provides subjective assessments. It is causing loss to the people who are more eligible to receive the zakat. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) is one of the methods in decision support system that can be used to create a system that can determine the recipient of zakat. There are 4 criteria used in determining zakat recipient in this research, there are family status, family income, total dependents and value report card. Based on the accuracy testing that has been done by using 60 test data, obtained the best accuracy of 90%. The SAW method can be applied properly in determining the recipient of zakat.
