Abstract

Education has a strategic role because education is the key to a better life, the key to the progress of a nation. That is, a nation will progress if it continues to carry out learning activities to achieve progress. Reports from The Global Competitiveeness Report 2010 - 2011 show that education in Indonesia is below Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia and Singapore. In Growth Competitiveness Index Indonesia ranks 44th out of 139 countries.The purpose of education is to improve the knowledge and expertise or skills of students, which will eventually give birth to the expected behavior and character.Even though it has been more than 50 years since Indonesia gained independence, the impact of national education has not been significant in building national character. There are still many educational problems that must be resolved, among others, the culture of corruption, injustice that causes poverty, consumerism and materialistic culture, environmental damage, the dangers of drugs, the decline in the quality of formal education, the rampant commercialization of education, and the low quality of human resources several developing countries.In order to improve the quality of the Indonesian nation, strategic and systematic steps are needed in planning, implementing, evaluating systems, and continually improving the Indonesian education system. Based on the conditions mentioned above, the authors are interested in examining several factors that affect the quality of human resources, namely the influence and significance of the effectiveness of training and Kompensasi Financial compensation on the performance of the teacher's impact on student achievement. Keywords:Education, Human Resources, Effectiveness of Training, Teacher Performance, Student Achievement.

Abstract

Giving loans contains risks, one of which is uncollectible accounts. This study aims to: 1) identify the risks faced by Happy cooperatives, 2) measure and map risks, and 3) formulate risk mitigation strategies. The data analysis method used to analyze the data uses the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach, where risk management with ERM can help companies be better prepared to deal with uncertainty, increase added value, and competitive advantage.Risk mapping with the ERM approach is carried out based on eight ERM components. The three components used in this study are internal environment, objective setting, and event identification. These three components are carried out to capture the situation in Happy cooperatives and identify the risks that exist. The results of the study of the Happy cooperative business processes show that there are various strategic, operating, reporting, and compliance risks identified in the stages of the business process. The results showed 1) the risks found in the stages of the Bahagia cooperative business process related to the fields of strategic, operating, reporting, and compliance, 2) the level of risk experienced by the Bahagia cooperative was reflected in the risk map formed on the measurement of risk based on probability and impact. and 3) strategies that need to be developed for effective risk mitigation for happy cooperatives prioritized in handling the highest risks first and then to lower risks.Keywords: Enterprise Risk Management, risk mapping

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of organizational justice TO job satisfaction and its impact to the commitments organizations and turnover employees at PT Waskita Karya Pusat dan Cabang Banten. Respondents in this research was permanent workers as many as 234 employees. Technique the sample collection uses proportional random sampling. Technique analysis in this research using analysis structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS with software SmartPLS 2.00 version). The research results show that organizational justice positively and significant to depend on the work satisfaction. This means that the better the level of justice organizational, so the higher an employee will job satisfaction. Organizational Justice positively and significant to organization commitment. This means that the better organizational justice, then it would be more many employees behave organization commitment. Organisational justice in a negative impact to intent turnover of employees. This means that the better justice organizational, so the level of intent turnover employees will be down. Satisfaction of a work as positive to depend on the organisational commitment. This means that the higher the level of job satisfaction, organisational employees will to step up their commitment. Job satisfaction is employee turnover intent negative impact. This means that the higher the level of work satisfaction the more one is low out employee’s intent.Keywords: Organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee intent turnover

Abstract

The aims of research is to know multiple role conflict and work stress structural woman lecturer at Islamic State University of Malang. The study analysed of gender and feminism theory and multiple role conflict, motivation and organizational commitment. The research methode is use kualitatif descriptif. The informan are all of structural woman lecturer at Islamic University of Malang at top, midle and lower management. The main data is collected by interview. Data analysis use kualitatif method to explain and answer research problem to describe comprehenshifly to explain about problem of multiple role conflict and works stress them. The effect  from those problem caused work stress because presure at along time at office  in order to family timeless, but the motivation highly because they asumtion  work is religiusly and those effect highly of  affective commitment.  Key words: multiple role conflict, work stress, motivation and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of web quality variables, on online shop customer loyalty, by positioning trust variables and satisfaction as mediation. The population of this study was adolescent. Samples of 100 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. The data from the respondents were collected using questionnaire, then analyzed using Partial Lease Square assisted by SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis show that customer loyalty is not influenced by the quality of the web directly. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the characteristics of the auditors on the quality of the results of BPK RI. Characteristics auditor is professionalism, accountability, integrity, objectivity, work experience, independence, competence, and skepticism, in which an examiner should be guided by SPKN, SPAP, and the code of ethics for the State financial inspection. The study population was the BPK Audit Center with the criteria that the auditor has to follow the Education and Training Functional Examination (JFP). Research data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the objectivity and competence do not affect the quality of the examination results. While variable professionalism, accountability, integrity, work experience, independence and skepticism affects the quality of test results produced by the examiner on the BPK Center.Key words: professionalism, Accountability, intergrity, Objectivity, Work Experience, Independence, Competence, And Skeptism.

Abstract

Human resources are an integral part and play a important role in an organization. In this case found a problem with the management such as lack of disipline and lack of supervision.The research method uses descriptive research methods with quantitative research, because the number of studies is 31 people, the research sample taken is 31. Because the number of samples is based on population, the saturated sampling technique is used. With technical analysis of correlation test data. This correlation test stated that the closeness of the relationship between work discipline and leadership on employee performance is very strong if the value of r> 0.5 and Multiple Linear Regression Test, with the equation: Y = 4,793 + b1 X1 + b2 X2The results of this study have the effect of work discipline on the performance of employee employees at PD. Karya Mandiri Serang, there is an influence of leadership on the performance of employee employees at PD. Karya Mandiri Serang. The results of the simultaneous test obtained Fcount values with a real level of 5%. The value of free degree for numerator was greater than Ftable (16,802> 3,33) and Sig F was smaller than α (0,000 <0,05) so that there was a significant effect between work discipline and leadership on the performance of employee employees at PD. Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence the liquidity of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Referring to two variables, namely turnover as a dependent variable / dependent variable (x) and liquidity as independent variable / independent variable (y). The purpose of this study was conducted is to determine whether or not a positive and significant influence between receivables turnover and the level of corporate liquidity. And to know how big influence of receivable turnover to the level of corporate liquidity. The research method used in conducting this research is the research method of associative description. This test is performed by using the collation test used to test whether there is a relationship or not between receivables turnover to corporate liquidity. The results obtained from testing the hypothesis of collation and simple regression is there is a significant relationship between receivables turn over to liquidity. For the regression equation from time series 2010 to 2016 can be determined in equation Y = 248.097 + 0.56X. This research yields conclusion that receivable turn over influence to level of liquidity of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. This result can be seen from tcount of 0.55 The effect of receivable turnover variable to the level of liquidity of 5.80% while the rest of 94.91% influenced by other variables outside this study.Keywords: Accounts receivable, liquidity, Financial Statement, Balance Sheet.

Abstract

Sedaap Noodle is a product of PT. Sayap Mas Utama, which has a low number of sales, especially in the Cilegon City area, allowing Above The Line and Below The Line advertising promotion activities.This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of advertising above the line and below the line on customer purchasing decisions of Sedaap Noodle products in the area of Cilegon-Banten City. This study uses two independent variables, namely above the line and below the line advertising, one dependent variable is the purchase decision.This research was conducted on the customer population of Sedaap Noodle products in the area of Cilegon-Banten City with a total sample of 96 respondents. The type of research used is qualitative research with the Simple Random Sampling approach. The method used in measuring the effectiveness of advertising above the line and below the line uses EPIC Model, Direct Rating Method and Linear Regression with the help of Minitab 16 software.Based on the measurement using EPIC Model, the EPIC Rate of promotion above the line score is 3.993, while the below the line promotion gets a value of 3.955, this explains that the above the line promotion is more effective than the below the line promotion. As for the measurement using the Direct Rating Method (DRM) method, the above the line promotion value is 71.40 and the below the line promotion gets a value of 66.42 where the value falls into the "good" scale.Of the two calculation methods that can be used for this type of promotion above the line is the type of promotion that is the best and most effective in determining the purchase decision of Sedaap Noodle products in the Cilegon-Banten City area and the type of advertising promotion above that line. with the media used with 92%.               Keywords: Above The Line Advertising, Below The Line Advertising, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Organizational performance is the principal of subjects of who never used for discussion in the business world or the management of organization. Several factors and variables affecting organizational performance. This study attempts to analyze the contribution employees engagement, of the design to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational performance. Research methodology used is quantitative explanatory by using 55 respondents who was employees in the field of banking.Analysis of research suggests that there a connection directly or indirectly the contribution of the employees engagement, the design work against organization citizenship behavior ( OCB ) and organization performance. The analysis proved that only the employees engagement and organization citizenship behavior (OCB) that contributes significantly to direct and organizational performance, while the design work never contributes directly against the performance of the organization.Keywords: Employee engagement, Work desain, Organization Citizenship Organization, Organization performance.
