Abstract

Research intended to acknowledge costumer’s perception about service quality at Faculty of Economics andBussiness of University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA. Research method used was quantitative descriptivemethod with 50 respondents acquired by judgmental sampling technique. The student’s perception towardinstitutional services indicated by tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. Research concludedthat consumers’ perception toward institutional services at faculty of economics and bussiness leveled at littlesatisfied and just satisfied. So the faculty must upgrade their services for the students at every indicator.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Fakultas Ekonomi danBisnis, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan50 responden dengan menggunakan judgemental sampling. Persepsi konsumen terhadap pelayanan yang terdiri dari5 indikator yaitu; Wujud fisik, kehandalan, tanggapan, keterjaminan, dan empati. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkanbahwa persepsi konsumen / mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, UniversitasMuhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka berada pada level kurang puas dan cukup puas. Oleh karena itu maka FakultasEkonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. Hamka harus meningkatkan pelayanannya pada setiapindikator pelayanan.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini satu sentra akan ditentukan dari beberapa desa yang ada di sekitar Sungai Klawing. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan expert judgment, yaitu meminta beberapa ahli terkait untuk menilai tingkat kepentingan kriteria penentu lokasi sentra. Pengolahan dengan metode AHP menghasilkan rating sebagai berikut : kriteria pertama terkait dengan daya tarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung (33,49%), kriteria kedua terkait dengan dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat sekitar lokasi sentra (52,11%), dan kriteria ketiga terkait dengan perkembangan sentra (14,40%). Sub kriteria untuk kriteria pertama antara lain paket wisata (22,21%), dekat dengan sungai klawing (11,28%). Sub kriteria untuk kriteria kedua antara lain Keunikan (8,36%), dukungan pemerintah (10,67%), dukungan masyarakat (12,72%), kuliner (4,81%), kesiapan masyarakat (7,67%) dan history (7,89). Sub kriteria untuk kriteria ketiga antara lain jarak sentra industri dengan lokasi pasar (7,88%) dan jumlah mesin produksi (6,52%). Dari hasil penilaian urutan prioritas lokasi terpilih untuk menjadi lokasi sentra adalah Bancar, Limba Sari, Panusupan, Sega Mas dan Kampus Blater

JTEKT Karawang West Java The methodology of writing uses qualitative descriptive involving all employees of PT JTEKT Karawang West Java by using random sampling with proportional random sampling of 50 employees Data collection techniques through questionnaires in support the documentation method while the data analysis technique is based on the employee performance appraisal system in accordance with the standards set by the company, using future-oriented methods, namely self assessment and evaluation by superiors. The results of the employee performance assessment will be used as material consideration in determining bonuses and increasing levels / employees. Keywords : Employees, Policy ,Performance and Asessment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of organizational commitment organizational climate on employee turnover intentions of one state-owned bank in Jakarta. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive analysis involving employees at one of the state-owned banks using random sampling technique with proportional random sampling as many as 78 respondents. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method which is supported by the documentation method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study can be indicated (1) There is a significant positive effect between organizational climate on employee turnover intentions where the negative value is -0,177 and the results of the t test are -1,737 which means t arithmetic is less than t table (-1.737

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of Profitability and Solvency on Dividend Policy partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were food and beverage sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Exchange during the period 2014-2018 and the sample used were seven companies based on the purposive sampling method. The results of the research show partially that Profitability has a significant effect on Dividend Policy as evidence by t-count of 3,842 greater than t-table of 2,035 and a significance value of 0,01 less than 0,05 while Solvency has no significant effect on Dividend Policy as evidence by t-count of -0.234 is greater than t-table of -2,035 and a significance value of 0,817 is greater than 0,05. Simultaneously Profitability and Solvency affect the dividend policy with the effect of 31,6% while 68,4% is influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords : Profitability, Solvency, Dividend Policy

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran sosial siswa SMP Negeri 2 Bengkayang dengan mendeskripsikan pewarisan nilai-nilai kearifan tradisional dalam ritual Dayak Gawai pada kelompok suku Dayak Bakati. Upacara Dayak Gawai pada Masyarakat Suku Dayak Bakati mempunyai arti penting bagi penulis karena nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung di dalamnya. ritual yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pendidikan untuk mempelajari budaya yang diturunkan dari nenek moyang. Pendekatan tinjauan literatur digunakan dalam penelitian semacam ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memastikan peran yang dimainkan pendidik dalam meningkatkan hubungan sosial yang konstruktif di kalangan siswa yang belajar IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Jangkang. Guru merupakan bagian integral dari proses pendidikan, pengajaran, dan pendampingan karena mereka memberikan teladan bagi siswa untuk menjadi orang yang bermoral tinggi. Pada dasarnya tujuan pendidikan IPS adalah untuk menginformasikan dan membekali siswa dengan keterampilan dasar yang diperlukannya untuk tumbuh menjadi individu yang sesuai dengan lingkungan, bakat, minat, dan kemampuannya. Interaksi sosial yang positif antara pengajar dan siswa akan mempengaruhi perkembangan anak-anak saat ini dan di masa depan, memungkinkan mereka untuk menjadi lebih terintegrasi tidak hanya dalam masyarakat tetapi juga dalam lingkungan yang lebih luas di luar sekolah.

Abstract

Background. Lately, the influence on student learning motivation has begun to decline due to the lack of teacher mastery of learning media, even though at this time there are many references that can be used as guidelines or references in the process of introducing learning materials, for example by using online application-based learning media. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of quizlet learning media in increasing students' interest and motivation to learn in junior high school. This learning media can develop skills in reading and writing vocabulary. Method. This research method uses quantitative methods, data obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Results. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the quizlet application can help millions of junior high school students in learning online, so that it can increase the value in the learning process to the maximum. Conclusion. The conclusion of the study can be concluded that students' understanding in the addition of vocabulary increased from before the application of learning with the quizlet application.

Abstract

Al-Ikhlas Kubu Raya Islamic Boarding School faces challenges in managing quail farming enterprises, particularly in the areas of digital marketing, entrepreneurial skills, and waste management. The primary obstacles are the inability to utilize modern technology, as well as the limited ability of students and ustadz in business management. This program aims to empower students and entrepreneurs by providing entrepreneurship training and internet marketing skills, as well as introducing biodigester technology for converting poultry waste into biogas. The methods of implementation consist of socialization, problem identification, entrepreneurship training, marketing through Shopee and TikTok, and support in the use of biodigesters. The entrepreneurial skills of students and Ustadz improved by 85%, while product marketing via digital channels enhanced sales by up to 80%. Islamic boarding schools have successfully implemented biodigester technology, converting waste into renewable energy with a 60% success rate. This program has effectively enhanced the economic autonomy of Islamic boarding schools by optimizing livestock enterprises and implementing technology-driven waste management, resulting in beneficial effects on both the economy and the environment.
