Abstract

Lack of trust in financial institutions is a multi-layered issue shaped by individual experiences, community narratives, systemic factors, and the broader social and cultural milieu. It poses a significant barrier to financial inclusion, as trust is the foundation upon which all financial transactions are built. This study provides an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting financial inclusion among low-income households in Indonesia. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative data from 241 res-pondents with qualitative insights gathered through in-depth interviews. The study finds that education level is significantly correlated with financial inclusion, confirming its critical role as an individual-level factor. Additionally, while geographic proximity to financial institutions does not guarantee higher financial inclu-sion, other accessibility issues such as complex banking procedures and unreliable internet connectivity act as barriers. Cultural norms and lack of trust in financial institutions also emerge as significant hindrances. The findings call for a multifaceted approach to improve financial inclusion, emphasizing the importance of education, refinement of service accessibility, and building community trust.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in the analysis of green consum-er behavior. The TPB were an important framework for understanding consumer behavior, emphasizing the role of intention in shaping action, with factors such as attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. This research was conducted through a literature review using 26 articles from leading interna-tional journals such as Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Wiley Online, and Sage from 2013 to 2023.The results showed that the use of TPB in analyzing the purchasing behavior of environmentally friend-ly products provides strong evidence that intention influences consumer behavior. Other factors such as trust in the product also influence buying behavior. The advantages of the TPB lie in a structured framework, identification of behavioral influence factors, and support for effective marketing strategies. However, TPB have limitations, such as the inability to explain impulsive behavior and the inability to adequately incur-porate contextual factors. To address this, Extended-TPB, which includes additional variables, and the integration of TPB with other theories have developed. This increases understanding of environmentally friendly consumer behavior. The use of TPB and development has resulted in thousands of research articles published in various leading international journals. This confirms that TPB remain a significant focus of re-search in understanding consumer behavior in the context of sustainability.

Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is a topic of human resource empowerment that leads to sus-tainable systems and the environment. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the relation-ship between research on GHRM and sustainable environmental performance practices in a company as well as to find new information for further research. To achieve this goal, a bibliometric analysis method was used by collecting 838 research articles that had been published on Google Scholar and were in line with the research object. Bibliometric and overlay analysis carried out by observing the network formed from the to-pics of GHRM and environmental performance shows diverse relationships with various scientific disciplines, especially those related to human resources and companies. The link between GHRM and environmental performance began at the beginning of 2020. In the 3 years since the GHRM concept was presented, there has been an increase of 43.27% in the number of articles examining this topic. This shows that the sustainable concept with a green theme which symbolizes the environment has been implemented by various sectors by involving human resources in its implementation.

Abstract

The existence of quality human resources is very important in the hotel industry because it has a direct impact on the services provided to guests. A high employee turnover rate can disrupt service continuity and reduce service quality. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of worker turnover that occurs at one of the three-stars hotels in Cirebon City. This research involved eight informants as samples, based on purposive sampling techniques. The method used uses a qualitative approach with various data collect-ion techniques (triangulation) which include interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis process is classified into various categories systematically from the data that has been obtained. We con-firmed that compensation is the main factor in the high turnover rate in the hotel industry. In addition, leadership bias causes workers to feel unappreciated and choose to leave their jobs. Hotels need to pay attention to managerial aspects to achieve good corporate governance. Apart from that, the company has also not been able to discuss the rights and obligations of workers properly so that turnover does not occur in a relatively long period of time (less than 1 year).

Abstract

This study analyzes the significance of the 7P marketing mix elements on customer perceptions and preferences for restaurants, using Google Maps reviews. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were employed to uncover customer perceptions and preferences. By analyzing 686 reviews from Kebalen Cafe, the analysis was conducted in three stages: exploring relationships among review variables, conducting descriptive statistical analysis and word visualization, and performing quantitative content analysis to identify common phrases related to customer experiences. The results indicate that product and price are the most frequently discussed elements, highlighting the importance of food quality and pricing in in-fluencing customer satisfaction. However, other elements such as place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence received less attention. The implications for restaurant management suggest the need to increase focus on the less emphasized elements to enhance marketing strategies. Theoretically, this re-search contributes to the marketing literature by utilizing customer-generated online reviews to analyze the marketing mix elements that garner greater customer attention. Practically, these findings can serve as a basis for management to improve restaurant operations, particularly in promotion, service process enhancements, employee training, and improving the restaurant's physical appearance to enhance the overall customer experience.

Abstract

Indonesian pharmaceutical raw material companies have an important position in the supply chain of drug products because 90-95% of pharmaceutical raw materials are still imported. Therefore, it is very important to measure the ability of pharmaceutical raw material companies to maintain the pharmaceutical supply chain in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to evaluate and examine the impact of External Integration (EIN), Supply Chain Agility (SCA), and Supply Chain Innovativeness (SCI) on compe-titive advantage (KK). This study also explored the mediation role of SCA and SCI in the relationship between EIN and KK. This study involved 84 Pharmaceutical raw material companies and used quanti-tative method with partial-least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) as the analysis tool. The results showed that EIN had a positive and significant effect on SCA, SCI, and KK. Furthermore, the findings indicated that SCA positively and significantly influenced KK. Additionally, SCA played a mediating role in the correlation between EIN and KK. However, the effect of SCI on KK and its mediating role were not supported by the data. This indicates that the capabilities of EIN and SCA play an important role in im-proving the KK of pharmaceutical raw material companies in Indonesia
