Abstract

The aim of this research is to give the conceptual idea of needed knowledge forentrepreneurs in managing thebusiness. There are some different perspectives toward entrepreneur, some opinion state that the most importantthing for anentrepreneur is the ability to execute the business idea while other stated that the planning isimportant as well. A qualitative study has been conducted to identify the knowledge needed by entrepreneurs torun their business. This study conducted aliterature review to find out the needed knowledge for anentrepreneur.This study finds out, there are four dimensions of entrepreneur knowledge which are explicit knowledge(functional knowledge) and tacit knowledge (skill). These dimensions were identified by using various literature.

Abstract

Surabaya merupakan rangking tertinggi ketidakberhasilan penanganan Covid-19. Oleh sebab itu kesiapan Pemkot Kota Surabaya melakukan terobosan-terobosan dalam menemukan, menangani dan membatasi terjadinya mata rantai penyebaran COVID-19. Tahapan atau langkah untuk menghadapi COVID-19 yaitu: adanya usaha promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif. Sebagai pusat informasi terkait penanganan atau pemantauan protokol kesehatan, gugus tugas, gerak cepat mengatasi  COVID-19 Surabaya dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kota Surabaya sudah  memberikan fasilitas laman website bagi warga atau masyarakat Kota Surabaya, sehingga upaya promotif merupakan cara penanganan yang efektif. Berdasarkan pengalaman 3 bulan terakhir, diperlukan adanya peningkatan peranan Gugus Tugas, mengingat sampai saat ini belum ada tanda-tanda kapan berakhirnya pandemi COVID-19 tersebut, sehingga Gugus Tugas Kampung Tangguh RW 03, Kelurahan Putat Jaya, merencanakan penyiapan tenaga baru, memberikan pelatihan manajemen kerja kelompok/ shift, menambah peralatan baru. Kerjasama antara warga atau masyarakat di Kelurahan Putat Jaya, dengan Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, menjadi bagian dari kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi.Kata Kunci: covid-19, gugus tugas, masyarakat, kelompok, nihil.Increasing the Role of the Task Force on Handling Covid 19, Putat Jaya Urban Village, Surabaya CityABSTRACTSurabaya is the highest ranking of the unsuccessful handling of COVID 19. Therefore, the readiness of the City Government of Surabaya to make breakthroughs in finding, dealing with and limiting the distribution chain COVID-19. The stages or steps to deal with COVID-19 are promotion, prevention, curative and rehabilitative efforts. As an information center related to the handling or monitoring of health protocols, a task force, to move quickly to overcome COVID-19 in Surabaya, in this case the Surabaya City Government has provided website facilities for residents or residents of the City of Surabaya, so that promotional efforts are an effective way of handling. Based on the experience of the last 3 months, it is necessary to increase the role of the Task Force, considering that until now there has been no sign of the end of the COVID-19 epidemic, so the Task Force for Kampung Tangguh RW 03, Putat Jaya Village, is planning to prepare new personnel, adding equipment. new health protocols. The collaboration between residents or the community in Putat Jaya Village, with Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, is part of the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi activity.Key Words: covid-19, task force, society, group, zero.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is trying to see the effect of the transformational leadership to the job satisfaction, which already explain in the literature review that when the problem are simple and clear it was best to use transactional leadership, but when the company getting bigger then it supposed to use the transformational leadership, however in central java perspectives, these company is not that small yet is not that big as well. Then we do assume that the leader should be transformational and yet transactional. To test the hypothesized model, this study uses a survey questionnaire research design and a quantitative approach, Data collection by researchers is done by sending questionnaires to employees of the middle manager (supervisor; manager) level at 6 textile companies in Central Java Province via email. This shows that the data taken can be said to represent the condition of textile companies in Solo City, Central Java Province of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a qualitative instrument for entrepreneur knowledge. Based on previous research, it was prepared a set of questions to determine the items that make up the entrepreneurial knowledge. Ten informants involved, they are all the entrepreneur. They were asked their opinions regarding the knowledge they need in running a business. The focus group discussion conducted to find the data. The results showed that there are four dimensions of knowledge entrepreneurs namely the level of education with three items statements, functional knowledge with ten items of the statement, the skill with nine items statement and the last is self-confidence with four  items statement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Tim pelaksanaan dari Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, akan memberikan  bantuan pada salah satu kelurahan di Kota Surabaya yang terkategori termasuk dalam daftar 10 besar kelurahan dengan kasus covid 19 terbanyak di Surabaya, sehingga diharapkan khususnya bagi warga atau masyarakat di RW 03 Kelurahan Putra Jaya bisa terbantu secara signifikan dalam penanganan dampak covid -19 tersebut. Dalam program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu awalnya sudah menjadi kebutuhan di lapangan, sehingga pihak Tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Universitas Ciputra Surabaya beserta Tim Satgas yang dibentuk bersama dan sekaligus yang akan mewakili kegiatan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di RW 03 Kelurahan Putat Jaya. Beberapa program yang diberikan kepada warga atau masyarakat RW 03 Kelurahan Putat Jaya antara lain: memberikan bantuan berupa tabung  oksigen dan pelatihan mengoperasionalkan peralatan yang terhubung dengan tabung oksigen kepada Tim Satgas,  memberikan APD dan obat-obatan,  membantu mensosialisasikan program kegiatan termasuk pembuatan dan pemasangan poster di lingkungan RW 03 Kelurahan Putat Jaya, serta pendampingan pelaksanaan vaksin khususnya bagi warga atau masyarakat setempat. Adapun hasil yang telah dicapai ialah ditunjukkan dengan data perkembangan bagi warga membuktikan bahwa banyak yang sembuh setelah melakukan vaksin. Dengan demikian, adanya kerjasama antara Tim Pelaksana dari Universitas Ciputra Surabaya dengan Tim Satgas dari Kelurahan Putat Jaya yang sudah berjalan dengan baik, tentunya harapan kita semua program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut ini sangat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi khususnya warga atau masyarakat RW 03 Kelurahan Putat Jaya dan sekaligus bagi warga dan masyarakat Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the entrepreneurial character owned by small and medium business owners in the city of Surabaya related in the field of marketing. The character is known by the term entrepreneurial marketing. Five informants were involved in this research, where they are the small and medium business owners (SMEs) in the field of food and beverages (F & B). Data collection's method is carried out by conducting in depth interviews with open-ended questions. data analyzed with four steps as follows: describe the (identification) of each individual character; perform grouping on the same character; analysis of each group and the present analysis and the final conclusion. This research was successfully concluded that each informant was successfully demonstrated that they have the entrepreneurial character of its business. The most dominant characters shown are interacting continuously with the targeted market. that means in the informant's experience in opening and managing his business provided by their ability to perform continuous interaction with the targeted market

Abstract

The construction sector is a potential sector with many competitive competitors and companies with strong human resources are needed to win the competition. Organizational citizenship behavior plays a role in the company's success as a successful company requires human resources who works beyond the set expectations, without expecting any imbalance. Organizational citizenship behavior is an act of extra HR role in a company, regardless of all the industries the company is involved in. In forming a strong OCB, several factors are needed to influence it. This study will examine the effect of the work environment on organizational citizenship behavior which is mediated by job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sketsa Cipta Graha, Surabaya. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people. This study uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square Method using SMARTPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be interpreted that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and work environment have a significant effect on the behavior of organizational members, and job satisfaction mediates the significant influence of the work environment on the behavior of organizational members.
