Abstract

AbstrakKeberhasilan mencapai tujuan pendidikan di sekolah sangat tergantung pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya. Mengacu pada Pasal 15 Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 Tentang Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi Kepala Sekolah ialah untuk melaksanakan tugas pokok manajerial, pengembangan kewirausahaan, dan supervisi kepada Guru dan tenaga kependidikan, mengembangkan sekolah dan meningkatkan mutu sekolah berdasarkan 8 (delapan) standar nasional pendidikan, melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran maupun pembimbingan agar proses pembelajaran maupun pembimbingan tetap berlangsung dalam satuan pendidikan, melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran atau pembimbingan di luar tugas pokoknya dan melaksanakan promosi kebudayaan Indonesia. Sekolah merupakan wadah pengembangan budaya bangsa. Pengembangan budaya di sekolah merupakan bagian terpenting yang tak luput dari perhatian kepala sekolah. AbstractThe success of achieving educational goals in schools is highly dependent on the leadership of the principal in carrying out his duties and functions. Referring to Article 15 of the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 6 of 2018 concerning Principal Duties and Functions of School Principals is to carry out the principal managerial tasks, entrepreneurship development, and supervision of teachers and education staff, develop schools and improve school quality based on 8 (eight) national education standards, implement learning and coaching tasks so that the learning and coaching processes continue in the education unit, carry out learning or coaching tasks outside of their main tasks and carry out the promotion of Indonesian culture. A school is a place for developing national culture. Cultural development in schools is the most important part that does not escape the attention of the principal.

Abstract

This study focuses on the values of Islamic education contained in the customary marriage in Tembalae Village, Pajo District, Dompu Regency. Description of the focus of this research are the process of implementing traditional marriages in Tembalae village, Pajo sub-district, Dompu district and the values of Islamic education in marriage customs in Tembalae village, Pajo sub-district, Dompu district. The results of the research on marriage customs in Tembalae village through several stages: Firstly, stages before the marriage contract, a. panati (small meeting), b. wi,i Nggahi (application), c. Mbolo Weki (consultation ), d. Wa,a Co,i (delivery of dowry ), e. ziki map Kapanca (sticking henna leaves ). Secondly, stages of implementing the marriage contract, namely lafa (contract). Thirdly, the stages as difficult as the marriage contract are Jambuta Tekarne,e ( wedding party). The values of Islamic education contained in the marriage customs in Tembalae Village include the value of Aqidah education, the value of Worship education, and the value of moral education, which need to be developed and preserved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision delivered by Madrasah Principal on teacher discipline in MTs Guppi Samata, Kec. Somba Opu, Gowa, South Sulawesi. This research is a field research with quantitative research design and quantitative approach. The research used questionnaire as a data collection technique that included three stages (preparation, implementation, and final stages), and were prepared using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an effect of the supervision of the Madrasah principal on the discipline of MTs Guppi Samata teachers in Kec. Somba Opu, Gowa, South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is what is the meaning of the work of worship in the Kalla Groupcompany in Makassar. The subject matter is then reduced to how it is implemented in its activities at thecompany.This type of research is qualitative with the research approach used is a case study. The datacollection techniques in this research are through observation, study of literature and interviews. Dataprocessing and analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation andconclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that there are 5 (five) values contained in worship work at KallaGroup companies, namely Tawheed, Ikhlas, Amanah, Honest and Istiqomah. This value is implemented incorporate activities both in the magdah and ghair magdah worship.The implications in this study are: 1) Work of worship is one of the guidelines in the religion ofIslam because it is a command especially to men who have a family to support their family life inmaintaining survival. So that work is not just work, it needs to be accompanied by God's involvement inall activities so that it is worth worshiping. 2) Understanding of the work of worship will lead toemployees that by working as well as a place to pile the reward fields in order to get the Grace fromAllah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application the two stay two stray learning model in PAI class V UPT SDN 16 Pinrang Kec. Watang Sawitto, describes the PAI learning outcomes of students class V UPT SDN 16 Pinrang Kec. Watang Sawitto, and analyzed the effect the application of the two stay two stray learning model on the PAI learning outcomes of students class V UPT SDN 16 Pinrang Kec. Watang Sawitto. This research iquantitative research, using the 'ex post facto' method. The research subjects were students at UPT SDN 16 Pinrang Kec. Watang Sawiitto with a total of 30 of 92 students taken by purposive sampling technique. Techniques collecting data through closed questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found the application the two stay two stray learning model on PAI subjects in class V UPT SDN 16 Pinrang Kec. Watang Sawitto is in the medium category, which is 60%, PAI learning outcomes students class V UPT SDN 16 Pinrang Kec. Watang Sawitto is in the medium category, namely 50%, and there no significant effect of the application the two stay two stray learning model on the PAI learning outcomes of students class V UPT SDN 16 Pinrang Kec. Watang Sawitto. This can proven the t-test which gets a t-count 0.790 < t-table 2.048, and a significant value of 0.436> 0.05. while the amount contribution only 2.2% and the remaining 97.8% is influenced other factors that are not this study. Abstract

This research was designed to examine and evaluate the influence of the principal leadership and the provision of compensation on teacher job satisfaction at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in the Sinjai Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with the ex-post facto method. One hundred twenty-three respondents in this study were madrasah (Islamic schools) teachers. The results indicated that headmaster leadership and the arrangement of compensation have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Thus, the level of job satisfaction felt by teachers in an educational institution depends on the efficiency of the leadership applied and the provision of adequate compensation. Therefore, educational institutions must pay attention to implementing effective leadership and a good compensation system to create teacher job satisfaction. So, they are excited to perform their roles optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of extracurricular activity management can improve student achievement at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar. In this study using a qualitative research type. The data collection methods were conducted by interview and documentation. Data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The role of management of extracurricular activities; (a) Management of extracurricular activities planning includes determining the types of extracurricular activities and determining the budget, (b) Management of organizing extracurricular activities, determining teachers as supervisors of extracurricular activities, and establishing institutional structures, (c) Management of the implementation of extracurricular activities where extracurricular activities are carried out in daily, weekly, and annual work programs and the activeness of students participating in competitions, as well as training students' skills and developing academic and non-academic learning achievement (d) Management of extracurricular activities supervision includes evaluating each implementation of extracurricular activities and after they are carried out, as well as LPJ (Accountability Report). There are obstacles in the management of extracurricular activities when the implementation of extracurricular activities is very short, the budget, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. The implications of this research; (1) It is hoped that the madrasah will archive every documentation of the achievements of extracurricular activities in the competition, and identify every student who excels. (2) It is hoped that the coach will be able to maintain the process of mentoring students.

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an, as the holy book inherited from the Prophet, is the basis for the formation of laws and legal systems in society that implements Islamic law, a support and guidance for humanity in shaping their lives. Meanwhile, philosophy is an attempt to understand and explore existential aspects, knowledge, ethics, logic, as well as concepts about the universe, life and reality in more depth. The research method used is a library study with a qualitative approach, the investigation is carried out through data collection in the form of journals and books or other literature as reference sources. The purpose of writing is to know the Qur'an as a basis for using the mind as a means of philosophizing. The results of this research are based on the Koran, intellectual intelligence is the greatest gift from Allah SWT. something given to humanity on earth. So that they can use their intelligence to be able to differentiate between good and bad and behave in a dignified and useful manner. Instructions in the Al-Qur'an as a basis for using reason mentioned in the Al-Qur'an to understand the truth of Allah's verses such as the universe, humans, civilization. This truth is a sign of the existence of the Almighty over everything, namely Allah SWT. So it is intelligence that is most likely to give birth to a religious and spiritual type of person. In the typology, intelligence seems to be an important goal of the Qur'an that must be developed at all levels of human life.

Abstract

Various cases of financial violations in companies that are not disclosed in the public accountant's report indicate the low quality of the audit. The cause of the low audit quality is due to the non-compliance with applicable ethical standards and auditing standards in regulating public accounting services. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic values on audit quality. The type of research used is quantitative. This re-search was conducted on the auditors of the public accounting firm in Makassar. The sample used was purposive sampling with the criterion being that only Islamic auditors were respondents. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire through the google form was 146 people. Analysis of the results of qualitative research was carried out descriptively from the data information received while the analysis of quantitative research used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 soft-ware. The results showed that the value of monotheism, the value of monotheism, did not directly affect audit quality, monotheism had a direct effect on the value of the khilafah, the value of the khilafah had a direct effect on the quality of the audit and monotheism had an indirect effect on the quality of the audit through the value of the khilafah.

Abstract

The history of Islamic education in Java not only reflects changes in religious teaching approaches and methods, but also is a mirror of broader changes in Javanese society. Islam first entered Java in the 14th century, precisely in 1399 AD. Islam was introduced by Maulana Malik Ibrahim, an Arab who once lived in Gujarat, India with his nephew named Mahdum Ishaq. He and his nephew were in Gresik, East Java to start spreading Islamic education. Walisongo is reviewed from the personality classified as a lover of Allah when viewed in terms of the strategy of his duties and functions in the Demak kingdom he is the ruler of the government, that's why he obtained the title Walisongo was given the title of "Sunan" which has the meaning of "respected" because in spreading Islam the guardians always provide solutions to the problems that exist in people's lives through friendly practice and teaching. The Guardians have their respective karomah and uniqueness in the view of the community. Walisongo who has a very broad knowledge and understanding of religion so that the spread of religion in Java is very easy. In addition, the combination or synergy between ulama and Umara makes the spread of Islam in Java wider even outside Java, namely the eastern part of Indonesia and Kalimantan whose influence is wider until now.
