Abstract

The getting worse of domestic currency, the more people will speculate on the system of currency usage. It will appear parties argue that the currency usage is no longer relevant in today’s monetary sistem. The phenomenon then become a strong reason to impost bi-metal currency which are gold dinar and silver dirham. In this article, presented problematics of imposing bi-metal currency, which is dinar dirham -- that can be used as solution in the midst of economic crisis or precisely it will lead to a new polemic. Finally, it was found that the dinar and dirham can not be the absolute solution to handle currency crisis. Because, the limited availability of gold become the greatest obstacle, less simple, and can be the trigger of crime. Besides that, crisis problem is not merely currency problem, but payment balance, interrelation of foreign transaction in which the economic condition of other countries as partners. Keywords: Dinar, Dirham, Solutions, Crisis Semakin terpuruknya nilai mata uang domestik, maka akan semakin banyak yang berspekulasi tentang sistem penggunaan mata uang. Muncullah pihak-pihak yang mensinyalir, jika penggunan mata uang, sudah tidak lagi relevan dengan kondisi sistem moneter yang kekinian. Fenomena tersebut yang kemudian menjadi alasan kuat untuk kembali memberlakukan mata uang dwi logam yakni dinar emas dan dirham perak. Dalam artikel ini ditampilkan problematika pemberlakuan mata uang dwi logam, yaitu dinar dirham—dapat dijadikan solusi di tengah-tengah krisis ekonomi atau justru akan memunculkan polemik baru. Akhirnya, ditemukan jawaban bahwa dinar dan dirham tidak secara mutlak dapat menjadi solusi atas krisis yang terjadi. Sebab, ketersediaan emas yang terbatas menjadi kendala terbesar, kurang praktis, dan dapat memicu kejahatan. Selain itu, persoalan krisis bukan semata-mata persoalan mata uang tetapi keseimbangan neraca pembayaran, keterkaitan transaksi luar negeri yang kondisi ekonomi negara lain sebagai mitra. Abstract

Problems related to the quality of education have long become a concern of all educational stakeholders. The stakeholders of the quality of education have thought about how to improve the quality of education in various ways. One of the efforts is by using educational technology. The educational technology can help to solve learning problems. Systemic process can be understood in twosenses:irregularorregularthatreferstoasystem.Asaregular system, the educational technology is the process that is preceded by studying the needs, formulating the objectives, identifying the possible achievement of goals, determining the possibility of selection criteria, selecting the best possibility, developing and testing the chosen possibility, carrying out developmentresults, and evaluating the overall activities and results. As a product, the educationaltechnologycanbeunderstoodastheprocesses,which arecomplexandintegratedthatinvolvepeople,procedures,ideas, tools, and organizations to analyze problems, find ways to solve problems,implement, assess, andmanagethesolutionsthat cover all aspects of human learning. The educational technology was born from the problems in education. It not only helps to solve the problems of learning in the school, but in the whole contexts of people’s lives by developing and/or using a variety of sources. In the context of school, the technology of education evolves from what was originally known as didactic and methodical. However, because learning is not only in the context of school, but in the whole contexts of the community, the educational technology operates in which learning is required, either by individuals, groups or organizations. Keywords : education, technology of education, and the quality of education. Permasalahan terkait mutu pendidikan telah sejak lama menjadi konsen bersama seluruh stake holder pendidikan. Seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap mutu pendidikan memikirkan mengenai bagaimana meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu upaya yang ditempuh adalahdengan menggunakan teknologi pendidikan. Teknologi pendidikan dapat membantu memecahkan masalahmasalah pembelajaran. Proses sistemik dapat dipahami dalam dua pengertian; beraturan atau mengacu pada suatu sistem. Sebagai sistem yang beraturan, teknologi pendidikan adalah proses yang didahului dengan telaah kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan, identifikasi kemungkinan pencapaian tujuan, penentuan kriteria pemilihan kemungkinan, memilih kemungkinan terbaik, mengembangkan dan mengujicoba kemungkinan yang dipilih, melaksanakan hasil pengembangan, dan mengevaluasi keseluruhan kegiatan maupun hasilnya. Sebagai produk, teknologi pendidikan bisa dipahami sebagai perangkat proses, yang bersifat kompleks dan terpadu melibatkan orang, prosedur, ide, peralatan, dan organisasi untuk menganalisis masalah, mencari jalan untuk mengatasi permasalahan, melaksanakan, menilai, dan mengelola pemecahan masalah tersebut yang mencakup semua aspek belajar manusia. Teknologi pendidikan lahir dari adanya permasalahan dalam pendidikan. Teknologi pendidikan tidak hanya membantu memecahkan masalah belajar dalam konteks sekolah, namun dalam seluruh konteks kehidupan masyarakat, dengan mengembangkan dan/atau menggunakan beraneka sumber. Dalam konteks sekolah teknologi pendidikan berkembang dari apa yang semula dikenal dengan istilah didaktik dan metodik. Namun karena belajar tidak hanya dalam konteks sekolah, tetapi dalam seluruh konteks masyarakat, maka teknologi pendidikan beroperasi di mana belajar itu diperlukan, baik oleh perorangan, kelompok maupun organisasi. Abstract

Besides the efforts to enhance the knowledge of science and technology as well as work ethic and competitiveness, the efforts to establish the character and identity of nation are implemented through the development of religion in the form of providing education in order to realize an independent Indonesian society that is advanced, noble, dignified, and civilized. The development in the field of religion cannot be separated from the development of education, especially religious education and education in Islamicschool(madrasah)andotherreligiouspubliceducational institutions. The development of the nation’s character is directed to be part of efforts to achieve the vision of the national development as it is stated in the Long Term Development Plan of 2005-2025 namely to make Indonesia as a developed, independent, and fair nation as the foundation for the next stage of development toward fair and prosperous society in the NKRI (a unitary state of Indonesia) based on the Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945. Abstract

The vision of wealth creation in al-Qur’ān is set forth in the detailed stages. For that, no doubt if al-Qur’ān is a sacred document that can be used as a guide in the creation of prosperity. Some terminologies such as maslahat (beneficiaries), aman/iman (safe/faith), salam (greeting) and others actually show a vision of humanity from Al’Qur’an. Al-Qur’ān also provides steps for people to get welfare. The terms of shulh, maslahah, salam, aman and iman are part of the welfare concept. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of personality type and gender differences on the students’ results of micro-counseling subject in department of Da’wah STAIN Purwokerto. The populations of the research are students majoring in Dakwah. The subjects are 70 students, which consist of 30 male and 40 female with extrovertand introvertpersonality type. The data are collected by using questionnaire of Personality. The validity and reliabilityoftheinstrumentsareassessedbyusingPearson’sProductMoment correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The data are analyzed using 2-Ways ANOVA technique by means of Microsoft office excel 2007. The result of this study shows that (1) there is a very significant interaction effect between factor A (personality types) and factor B (Sex Differences), or the influence of personality type on the results of study Micro counseling subjects depends on Gender Differences (Fhit = 49.074>Ftabel = 4.062); (2) there are differences in average learning outcomes of courses of group micro -counseling between male and female (Fhit 6.292>Ftabel 4.062); and(3) therearedifferencesinaveragelearning outcomes Micro counseling courses from groups that have a personality type Extroverts and Introverts. Abstract

Dayak Tidung is one of the communities of sub-Dayak from families of Murut who do dialectic and construct their own identities independently. Their civilized existence can be a driving force (trigger power) in building social integration that is often hurt by the conflict of ethnicity and religion. In addition, it could act as a breaker of the classical construction of Dayak identity attached to non-Muslims and non-Malays that could jeopardize the potency for social integration in East Kalimantan. This study is aimed to determine the dialectic of the identity of Dayak Tidung, especially in the aspect of social relation and religion. Thus this can be understood as: firstly the dialectic of religious identity and struggle of the identity of Dayak, secondly, the dynamics of the social-religious relation and its response in articulating Islam in the middle of the local identity of Dayak, and thirdly the dynamics of its religiousness and its relation to the community outside of itself. Keberadaannya yang civilized dapat menjadi kekuatan pendorong ( trigger power) dalam membangun integrasi sosial yang kerap terciderai konflik berbasis vis a vis etnisitas dan agama. Di samping itu bisa berperan sebagai pembongkar terhadap kontruksi klasik identitas Dayak yang lekat dengan non Muslim dan non Melayu yang dapat membahayakan potensi integrasi sosial di Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dialektika identitas Dayak Tidung, terutama dalam aspek relasi sosial dan Agama. Dengan demikian bisa dimengerti beberapa hal. Pertama, dialektika keberagamaan dan pergulatan identitas ke Dayakannya. Kedua, dinamika Relasi Sosial-Agama dan responsinya dalam mengartkulasikan agama (Islam) ditengah identitas lokal Dayak. Ketiga, dinamika keberagamaannya dan relasinya terhadap komunitas di luar dirinya. Kata Kunci: relasi, dialektika

Abstract

Sinceitsbirth,Islamisareligionthathasconcernedoneducation.The firstverseofAl-Qur’anfortheProphetMuhammadandtheprophetic missionofMuhammadshowthisconcern.Theconditionofignorance that dominated the Arab society in the past was tried to be changed by Islam. The Islamic education is often called tarbiyah and ta’lim al-tarbiyah which means education that includes aspects of science and morality. Therefore, Islamic education is to cultivate humans’ minds and to regulate humans’ characters and attitudes based on the Islamic teachings. Meanwhile al-ta’lim in Islamic education means teaching, which only gives knowledge to the students. According to Islamic teachings, humans have two potentials (evil and piety). The teachings of Islam acknowledge the differences of people’s talents but the differences do not mean that they cannot be formed at all. In order to achieve the goals well, education needs to be adapted with the development of thestudents. Keywords: Islam, education, tarbiyah, and ta’lim. Sejak kemunculannya, Islam adalah agama yang konsen dengan pendidikan. Ayatyangpertamaturundanmisikenabian Muhammad menunjukkan hal tersebut. Kondisi kebodohan yang mendominasi masyarakat Arab pada waktu itu berusaha untuk dirubah oleh Islam. Pendidikan Islam sering diistilahkan dengan tarbiyah dan ta’lim al-tarbiyah yang berarti pendidikan yang mencakup aspek ilmu dan akhlak. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan menurut Islam ialah menumbuhkan pikiran manusia, serta mengatur akhlak dan perangainya berdasarkan ajaran Islam. Sedangkan al-ta'lim dalam dunia pendidikan berarti pengajaran, yang hanya memberikan ilmu semata kepada anak didik. Menurut ajaran Islam, manusia itu mempunyai dua potensi (jahat dan takwa atau positif). Ajaran Islam mengakuiadanyaperbedaanbakatpembawaanpadadiriseseorang, namun perbedaan tersebut bukan berarti tidak bisa dibentuksama sekali.Agarmencapaisasarandanberhasildenganbaik,pendidikan perlu disesuaikan dengan perkembangan anak didik. Abstract

Saridin’s popularity in the grassroots of the community is not only because of the strange attitudes and behavior in the era of kuwalen (Walisongo) especially when struggling and interacting with Sunan Kudus. Saridin left many teachings that are still inherent in the local community in Pati. Saridin’s existence with all existing images seems to have helped in constructing this public awareness, even in a particular group, it participates in constructing pattern of beliefs and value system that embodied in the “Religion of the People.” Story, legend and history of Saridin in the coastal community remain strong in the grassroots of the community because the cultural reproduction process is still ongoing whether through art, literature or local tradition. In connection with its relation with Islam, Saridin’s images and traditions can be identified at least into two: Firstly, in a struggle with tradition, Saridin is known by the innocence and spirit out of order (status quo) through a resistance with an attitude of “nggendeng” ie, pretending not to know, to know as it is shown through attitudes and behaviors of the community of Sedulur Sikep (sikepisme) in Sukolilo, Pati. Secondly, in a struggle within Islam, Saridin has created a kind of variant of sufistic-populist Islam namely Islam that is simple with attitudes and kasunyatan that are not rigid. Kepopuleran Saridin dalam masyarakat bawah (grass root) bukan saja karena berbagai keanehan sikap dan perilakunya di zaman kuwalen ( walisongo) terutama ketika bergumul dan berinteraksi dengan Sunan Kudus. Saridin juga meninggalkan berbagai ajaran yang masih melekat dalam masyarakat lokal di Pati. Eksistensi Saridin dengan segala pencitraan yang ada ini agaknya telah turut mengkonstruksi kesadaran masyarakat, bahkan pada kelompok tertentu turut mengkonstitusi pola keyakinan dan sistem nilai sehingga terwujud dalam “ Agama Rakyat.” Cerita, kisah, legenda dan sejarah Saridin dalam mesyarakat pesisir masih bertahan kuat di masyarakat bawah karena proses reproduksi budaya masih terus berlangsung baik melalui seni, karya sastra maupun tradisi lokal. Berkaitan dengan persentuhannya dengan Islam, citra dan tradisi Saridin setidaknya dapat diidentifikasi menjadi dua; Pertama dalam bergumul dengan tradisi, Saridin dikenal dengan keluguan dan semangat keluar dari tatanan (status quo) melalui perlawanan dengan sikap “nggendeng” yakni berlagak tidak tahu, untuk tahu sebagaimana terejawantahkan dalam sikap dan perilaku komunitas Sedulur Sikep ( sikepisme) di Sukolilo, Pati. Kedua, Saridin dalam bergumul dalam Islam telah memunculkan semacam varian Islam sufistik-populis, yakni warna Islam yang sederhana dengan perilaku dan kasunyatan, tidak terlalu baku. Abstract

One of the efforts to make our higher education institutions to be in the same level with those of other nations is by improving the quality of the lecturers and their service to students. The research was conducted at the STAI Darul Ulum Banyuwangi, with a population of 132 people and 64 people of sample. The method of data collection is by using questionnaires and the method of data analysis is by using the analysis of double regression predictors. The results of this research show that: firstly, the lecturers’ abilities significantly influence the quality of services to students. Secondly, the lecturers’ teaching motivation also significantly influence the quality of services tostudents. Thirdly, the lecturers’ abilities are related to their teaching motivations. Finally the lecturers’ abilities and the teaching motivation simultaneously influence the quality of service to students. Keywords: quantitative design, ability, motivation, and service. Salah satu usaha untuk menjadikan pendidikan tinggi kita sejajar dengan bangsa lain, diperlukan perbaikan terutama pada perbaikan mutu dosen dan kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STAI Darul Ulum Banyuwangi, dengan populasi 132 orang dan sampel 64 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dua predictor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; pertama, kemampuan dosen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan kepadamahasiswa;kedua,motivasimengajardosenberpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa; ketiga, kemampuan dosen berhubungan dengan motivasi mengajar; dan keempat, kemampuan dan motivasi mengajar dosen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa.
