Eduhumaniora is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes different kinds of scientific articles based on the research-article and ideas-article. All topics that we received only articles relating to elementary education fields. For research category, articles can be written using quantitative and qualitative approaches, and can be made in a variety of research designs, such as action research, experiments, and case studies. This journal was published since 2009 twice a year every January and July, and published by the collaboration between Elementary Teacher Education Program, Kampus UPI di Cibiru and Himpunan Dosen PGSD Indonesia.

Abstract

Different but still one, Indonesia is used to various situations but the situation that occurs is very different from the habit. Not only Indonesia, but foreign countries are also feeling the impact of the Covid-19 virus. Various sectors in the government were affected, including the education sector. Education is experiencing tremendous shocks in this situation, the implementation of teaching and learning activities, but must not stop. Various efforts have been made by the government to keep it optimal even though the situation cannot be optimized. This research illustrates how the portrait of Indonesian education during the Covid-19 pandemic. Besides, this research also presents the nature of education, indigenous education, and a little preview of the new normal period. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research approach to field studies with observation techniques and documentation. In addition, the study used various references sourced from 11 reputable national journal articles, the Covid-19 cluster website, 2 bare books, and documents from the Ministry of Education and Culture.The result of the research states that education is trying to understand everything that is in the universe, all-natural phenomena that occur not by chance, because of the will of the creator. The new normal period is a transitional period with new habits, the author calls it a transitional period because in life everything that is done is still within a limit. The portrait of Indonesian education during the pandemic continues to adapt to the situation, various color zones are set to indicate whether education can be carried out face-to-face or through networks. Various efforts are continuously being made to create the ideal education that is currently happening.

Abstract

This study is to describe the readiness of teachers in Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT) during the COVID-19 pandemic in the 2021 academic year. This is motivated by the importance of teacher readiness in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by implementing Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT). in the teaching and learning process. This study uses a method with a qualitative approach to the type of evaluation research using the CIPP model. The subjects of this study were two PAI subject teachers and Budi Pekerti. The results of this study indicate that teacher readiness is viewed from the four components in the CIPP model as follows; 1) the context component of teacher readiness in learning planning that the teacher downloads the lesson plans and syllabus from the internet. The learning objectives are not formulated based on the ABCD formula. Learning activities follow the lesson plans from the internet and there is no assessment in the lesson plans. LKPD uses multiple choice daily test sheets. Instructional media using the blackboard 2) The input component of teacher readiness in learning in terms of methods using lectures, questions and answers and assignments. The material aspect is taken in the student book. 3) The components of the learning process process, there are several activities that have not been carried out, such as the preliminary activities the teacher does not convey the learning objectives, in the core activities many learning steps are not carried out and in the closing activities the teacher does not conduct an assessment. 4) The product component of student learning outcomes is seen from the affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on the social studies learning outcomes of students grade V elementary school. The type of research conducted is a literature review. This literature review research analyzes in depth in order to obtain objective research results on student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model to improve the social studies learning outcomes for students in grade V elementary school. The data used in this research was obtained from leading journal sites, such as Sinta, Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ. In this research, researcher obtained 2600 articles with related titles, then the results of the articles were reduced according to the criteria set out in the selection of data articles, so that 35 articles were selected that were relevant to the purpose of the research. Based on the results of the analysis of the article, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division effectively used in social studies learning in grade V elementary school to improve student learning outcomes, both in terms of cognitive, affective, and skills.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought big changes to the world of education in Indonesia. Learning that should be done in person or face-to-face turns into online learning. This raises problems for the readiness of schools, teachers, and students in carrying out learning. This study aims to obtain information about the effectiveness of digital media in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, whether digital media has been effective and its use is optimal in learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using an online survey method. The results obtained were that online learning using digital media at SDN 1 Gambasan Temanggung did not increase student scores because only about 20% of student scores had increased, 50% of students also complained about the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support learning. Teachers also have not been able to use digital media in accordance with the characteristics of learning, this is evidenced by 45% of students answered disagree. Students also do not have higher motivation when using digital media, it is proven that only 5% agree. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that digital media is less effective when the supporting facilities and infrastructure are minimal.

Abstract

This study aims to develop project-based thematic learning media using SAC to improve 21st-century skills for fifth-grade elementary school students and test the learning media's feasibility, practicality, and attractiveness. The research method used is development research or called RD. The research model used is the Borg and Gall development model. The implementation of the development steps does adjust to the needs of the researcher. Given the limited time and funds owned by the researchers, simplified these steps into four steps: data collection, planning, product development, validation, and trials. The questionnaire consisted of media experts, material experts, learning experts, practitioners (teachers), and student responses. The research used quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results from the media expert validation got a score of 68.89 or categorized as "Eligible." The material expert's assessment results got a score of 93.84 with the "Very Eligible" category. The score of the learning expert assessment is 83.63 categorized as "Very Eligible." obtained the feasibility of the media from the teacher's evaluation with a score of 82.85 categorized as "Very Eligible." The student questionnaire assessment got a score of 83.92 or "Very Eligible." All expert validations, teacher assessments, and student responses obtained an average score of 82.96 which means the project-based thematic learning media of SAC is "Very Eligible." So it can conclude that this learning media is appropriate for improving elementary school students' skills in the 21st century.

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of the need to develop learning media based on schoology and power to improve student motivation and learning outcomes. Student learning motivation will form motivation in achievement which is an effort to achieve the best learning outcomes that refer to the quality standards of education. Data collection techniques used are using open and closed questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using average calculations. The results of the study are teachers and students still using conventional learning materials and rarely use information and communication technology-based media that are more in demand by students. Thus it can be seen that overall development is still needed regarding the use of mediated based learning media especially in schoology and powtoon to stimulate students in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes

Abstract

A good education in low-classes does not only aim to foster an academic aspect, but also establish a non-academic side in order to have good personality and characters. Hence, mathematics is one of the sciences that is appropriate to develop all of these potentials. Some prior research results have delineated that mathematics is not only effective to expand students’ intelligence, but also form learners’ characters. Therefore, this paper presents that the Holistic Mathematics Education (HME) model based on among system is one of the educational values used to develop students’ characters in low-classes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study 1) What is the Integration of Pancasila Values at MI PSM Pupus Lembeyan Magetan. 2) What is the Background of the Integration of Pancasila Values in MI PSM Pupus Lembeyan Magetan. 3) What are the Problems and Problems in the Integration of Pancasila Values at MI PSM Pupus Lembeyan Magetan. Purposive sampling of data sources by determining the head of the Madrasah, religious teachers, and several students in grades 4 and 5 with certain considerations. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, then the researcher analyzes the data through data collection by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data is adjusted to the research focus, the last stage is drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate the low level of understanding of students in understanding character values. The planting of Pancasila character values in Madrasas is expected to provide provisions for students to get along in their playing environment, in the PSM Madrasah environment the Pancasila characters are accustomed to social behavior and attitudes that are reflected from educators to students, in every learning process in Madrasas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which teachers and elementary school students perceive the use of augmented reality digital learning media. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study say that learning using augmented reality is very suitable for use at the elementary school level. Because basically the learning of elementary school children is still teacher-centered and the use of learning media itself is still minimally used. There are still many teachers who lack an understanding of science and technology. The teacher's perception of the impact of augmented reality is that by utilizing technology, students not only gain cognitive abilities, but students also gain the abilities and skills in using and utilizing technology wisely which is one of the skills in the 21st century. Furthermore, students' perceptions of media Augmented reality digital learning is that students can enjoy learning, enrich their knowledge of the material studied through augmented reality, and students are more enthusiastic about learning. Augmented reality is a learning media by utilizes technological developments.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are (1) the expansion of digital-based COVID-19 mitigation media literacy (Misimicotin) (2) The suitability of digital-based COVID-19 mitigation literacy media. The research method used for research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methods) with research design and development (R D). Based on the research design that has been designed, the stages of R D research in this study are knowing the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and testing. Digital-based COVID-19 mitigation media literacy (Misimicotin) was created using Microsoft PowerPoint software which is then converted into an android application using Inspiring Suite 9 and Website 2 APK Builder. Based on the results of 3 expert validators, it was found that the media was quite feasible with an average score of 3.5, while the user response involving 30 elementary school-age respondents found that the average score of user responses was 89% agree and strongly agree so that user responses to learning media are at very good category.
