Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing consumer's green purchase intention towards eco-friendly skincare products in Indonesia using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 260 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM through the AMOS program. The results showed that attitude toward green products and subjective norms had a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention. Meanwhile, perceived behavioral control did not have a significant effect on purchase intention towards eco-friendly skincare products. In addition, environmental knowledge did not directly influence attitude toward green products, but had a positive and significant effect on environmental sensitivity. Furthermore, environmental sensitivity and eco-labels were proven to have a positive and significant effect in shaping consumer attitudes towards eco-friendly skincare products. In conclusion, this study provides practical implications and strategic decision-making for eco-friendly skincare companies to optimize environmental education programs, product availability, and strengthen positive consumer attitudes through marketing communications that emphasize environmental benefits, ingredient safety, and product ethical value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance. The research employs a quantitative approach using a causal associative method. The population of this study consists of all employees at the research object, with the sample size determined based on the applicable sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that leadership and work discipline are able to explain a portion of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, improving effective leadership and consistently implementing work discipline are expected to enhance employee performance optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at the Capital Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Lampung Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this study were all ASN employees at DPMPTSP Lampung Province, totaling 95 people, with a sample of 30 respondents determined using the Yamane formula with a 15% error rate. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program, accompanied by validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that partially training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and human resource development also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, training and human resource development have a significant effect on employee performance at DPMPTSP Lampung Province. The coefficient of determination (R²) value indicates that training and human resource development are able to explain most of the variation in employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, improving the quality of training and human resource development in a structured and sustainable manner is expected to improve employee performance and the quality of public services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human relation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Cooperatives & SMEs Office of Central Java Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method that aims to determine the influence of Human Relation, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Central Java Province. The population in this study were all employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Central Java Province. The sample of this study was 91 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out online by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms with a Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using the SPSS program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, compensation, and work environment on turnover intention among employees of PT. Sukses Ekspor Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative approach using a causal method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of PT. Sukses Ekspor Indonesia, totaling 37 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 27 as the analytical tool. The results indicate that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of job stress experienced by employees, the greater their tendency to leave the company. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that fair and adequate compensation can reduce employees’ intention to leave the company. In addition, the work environment also has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Based on these findings, companies are expected to manage job stress more effectively, improve compensation systems, and create a more conducive work environment to reduce employees’ turnover intention.

Abstract

The sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) continues to face challenges, particularly in financial management practices. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial administrative management on the sustainability of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Tangerang City. This research employs an associative quantitative approach with a sample of 120 MSME actors selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that all indicators are valid and reliable. The R-square value of 0.47 shows that financial administrative management explains 47% of the variance in business sustainability. The path coefficient of 0.686 with p < 0.05 indicates a positive and significant effect. Effective financial administration through planning, recording, controlling, and reporting has been proven to strengthen MSME sustainability. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing financial administrative capacity as a strategy for business sustainability. The study also recommends the implementation of training and mentoring programs in financial administration for MSME actors to improve the quality of sustainable business management. nical aspects accelerates the adoption of renewable energy and supports environmental, social, and economic sustainability goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales, Total Debt, and Production Costs on Net Income (Case Study on Primary Consumer Goods Sector listed on the IDX in 2024). The sample used in this study were primary consumer goods sector companies that met the research criteria and obtained 27 companies. Data was collected using purposive sampling method which is included in Non-Probability Sampling and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that Sales, Total Debt, and Production Costs partially have a significant effect on Net Income. The F test results show that simultaneously Sales, Total Debt, and Production Costs have a significant effect on Net Income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how consumer interest in purchasing from Raffas Kitchen MSMEs in Indramayu is impacted by social media marketing and influencer marketing tactics. The study employs an explanatory research strategy and a quantitative methodology. Using a purposive sampling strategy, questionnaires were given to 47 respondents in order to gather data. With indicators like online communities, interaction, accessibility, and credibility, the results show that the social media variable has a considerable impact on consumers' desire in making a purchase. However, because of low levels of interaction and a mismatch between the target market and the audience, the influencer marketing variable does not demonstrate a meaningful impact. Evaluation of the measurement model shows that all indicators are valid, with AVE surpassing 0.5, loading factor values over 0.70, and composite reliability above 0.7. A 0.521 R-squared value suggestsindicated 52.1% of the variation in customer purchasing interest can be explained by social media and influencer marketing combined. To increase the efficacy of marketing strategies, this study suggests choosing more appropriate influencers and optimizing social media content.

Abstract

Many challenges exist in business, financial management is the most fundamental internal problem for MSMEs, which can undermine their sustainability. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of financial reports, internal control, and the use of digital accounting on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors. The research sample used data from 100 respondents. The respondent criteria included MSME actors in the culinary sector in Pekanbaru City, active businesses, MSME actors registered with online services, operating for at least 1 year, having a physical store or permanent sales location, and a turnover of ≤ 2.5 billion per year. Data analysis using multiple linear regression was carried out for partial and simultaneous testing. The results of the research indicate that partially, the quality of financial reports has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSME businesses. Internal control has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSME businesses. Internal control has the largest regression coefficient (B = 0.464), so that mentoring can focus on SOPs, segregation of duties, and cash control. The use of digital accounting has a positive and significant impact on the sustainability of MSME businesses. The research results indicate that improving the quality of financial reports, optimizing internal controls, and utilizing digital accounting can improve the sustainability of MSME businesses. The adjusted R-squared result of the research is empirically proven at 45%. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing for this study indicate that the quality of financial reports, internal controls, and the use of digital accounting have a positive and significant impact on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Pekanbaru City.
