Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and service quality on the level of satisfaction of public service users. The focus of the study is directed at determining the extent to which work discipline of civil servants and the quality of service provided can increase public satisfaction as service users. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to service user respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, supported by validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests to ensure the feasibility of the research model. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on public service user satisfaction. In addition, service quality also has a positive and significant effect on public service user satisfaction. Simultaneously, work discipline and service quality have a significant influence on the level of satisfaction of public service users, which means that the better the work discipline of civil servants and the quality of service provided, the higher the level of public satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that increasing public service user satisfaction is strongly influenced by work discipline of civil servants and service quality. Therefore, it is recommended that relevant agencies increase the consistency of the application of work discipline through continuous monitoring and evaluation, and continue to improve service quality in the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence to realize professional public services that are oriented towards public satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of parasocial relationships and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on Instagram on the purchase intention of Adidas Samba products among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasila University. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire distributed through Google Form. This study uses a quantitative approach with SPSS version 29 analysis techniques and uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results show that parasocial relationships and E-WOM partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Adidas Samba products. This finding indicates that the stronger the emotional closeness with influencers and the more positive reviews consumers receive on Instagram, the higher the students' purchase interest in Adidas Samba products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in tourism villages in Langsa City, focusing on capital, human resources (HR), digitalization, and government support. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 58 MSME actors in Cinta Raja Village, selected using saturated sampling. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results indicate that partially, the HR variable has a positive and significant effect on MSME productivity, while capital, digitalization, and government support show no significant effect. Simultaneously, the four independent variables do not significantly influence MSME productivity. The findings highlight that HR quality is the dominant factor affecting MSME productivity, whereas capital, digital utilization, and government support have not been optimally implemented. This study suggests enhancing HR competence, improving digital literacy, and strengthening government assistance programs to improve MSME productivity in tourism village area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) management in supporting the tourism potential and attractions in Gampong Cinta Raja Tourism Village, Langsa City. The research objects include the village's main potentials in the form of migratory bird ecotourism, mangrove areas, and thorny pandan crafts, which are the identity of the community's creative economy. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT matrices. The results show that the village has strengths in the form of community support, the active role of Pokdarwis, and unique natural potential that can attract tourists. However, weaknesses were found such as minimal HR managerial skills, less than optimal digital promotion, and limited tourism facilities. Development opportunities are obtained from government support and the increasing trend of nature tourism, while threats include competition from other tourism villages and environmental factors that affect the sustainability of migratory bird attractions. This study recommends increasing human resource capacity, strengthening digital promotion, improving tourism support facilities, and developing collaborations with the government, academics, and related communities to support the sustainability and competitiveness of Gampong Cinta Raja Tourism Village.

Abstract

This study uses career planning to evaluate how self-efficacy affects Gen Z students' work preparation. The study included Central Java public and private university students. A proportionate random sample of 110 respondents was chosen. Quantitative analysis used SEM-PLS version 3. The results show that self-efficacy improves career planning and employment preparation. Direct and indirect effects show the importance of self-confidence in career planning and work readiness. Career planning somewhat mediates self-efficacy-work readiness. These findings suggest that Gen Z students' work preparation is best improved by boosting self-efficacy and career planning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies at UD Rahmad Loyang in enhancing responsiveness to market changes. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that inventory management is carried out manually through daily monitoring, while product distribution follows predetermined routes and schedules to three branches of Irian Supermarket. The company demonstrates a relatively good level of responsiveness to fluctuating demand, as reflected in its ability to increase orders during high-demand periods. However, this responsiveness is not yet optimal due to the absence of modern forecasting systems and digital inventory management. Several issues were identified, including dependence on certain suppliers, manual stock recording, and suboptimal distribution routes. This study recommends adopting digital inventory systems, implementing data-based forecasting, diversifying suppliers, optimizing distribution routes, and applying lean distribution practices.

Abstract

Fraud is a serious problem that can hamper the performance and sustainability of Village Credit Institutions (LPD). The characteristics of LPDs, which have a relatively limited organizational structure and minimal level of external supervision, have the potential to cause information asymmetry and conflicts of interest as explained in agency theory. Based on this framework, this study analyzes the role of the Internal Control System as a formal monitoring mechanism, the Whistleblowing System as an internal detection mechanism, and Compensation Suitability as an incentive alignment mechanism in preventing fraud in LPDs. The study population was all active LPDs in Tabanan Regency. A sample of 150 LPDs was selected using the Slovin formula and then, the sample was divided into each sub-district using a proportional sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the relationship between the research variables. The results of the study indicate that the Internal Control System (β = 0.015; p < 0.05), Whistleblowing System (β = 0.845; p < 0.05), and Compensation Suitability (β = 0.170; p < 0.05) have a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The R² value of 0.989 indicates that the three variables simultaneously explain 98.9% of the variation in Fraud Prevention. This finding emphasizes the importance of strengthening oversight mechanisms and aligning incentives in supporting transparent and sustainable LPD governance.

Abstract

Healthcare is an essential component in ensuring the fulfillment of the community's need for quality medical services, where hospitals play a strategic role as institutions providing comprehensive and integrated healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee competency and the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through digital literacy as an intervening variable. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. The results show that employee competency and SIMRS have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and have a positive and significant effect on improving employee digital literacy. Digital literacy is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while also mediating and strengthening the influence of competency and SIMRS on performance, where the influence of competency on performance is stronger when mediated by digital literacy compared to its direct influence. These findings confirm that digital literacy has a strategic role in optimizing the utilization of employee competency and the effectiveness of SIMRS implementation to improve employee performance sustainably. Therefore, the implications of this study emphasize the importance for hospital management to make employee competency development a strategic priority through continuous education and training programs, not only focusing on the technical aspects of health services, but also on increasing the ability to adapt to developments in information technology, so that digital literacy can become the main foundation in supporting digital transformation at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital, Lampung Province.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has accelerated the adoption of fintech payment services, particularly among Generation Z who are highly familiar with digital platforms. However, users’ intention to adopt fintech payment is strongly influenced by their perceptions of usefulness, ease of use, and security. This study aims to analyze the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security on the intention to use fintech payment among Generation Z in Sidoarjo Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, involving 200 respondents who have used fintech payment services for at least three months. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security have poitive and significant effects on the intention to use fintech payment. Among these variables, perceived usefulness has the most dominant influence on usage intention. These findings support the relevance of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in explaining financial technology adoption behavior among Generation Z and provide practical implications for fintech service providers to improve service quality, system usability, and security features to encourage sustainable usage, especially in suburban areas such as Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction of indomaret in the city of Tanah Grogot. A quantitative approach was used by collecting data through questionnaires to 75 selected respondents using accidental sampling techniques. Service quality measurement also refers to SERVQUAL's five dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of jamovi. The results of the study show that simultaneously all dimensions of SERVQUAL have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had a significant effect, while tangibles had no significant effect. The value of the determination coefficient indicates that most of the variation in consumer satisfaction can be explained by this research model. These findings are expected to be a consideration for retail managers in improving service quality.
