Abstract

Poor supply chain management can cause operational costs to swell, which consumes business funds while slowing down the delivery process to customers. The Redjosari Sugar Factory currently has a decline in the percentage level of productivity and is still below the predetermined production target. This is because it has not been able to identify and monitor its success or failure and has not decided for performance measurement standards. For this reason, it is necessary to measure the performance of the factory. This study aims to determine the KPI criteria for measuring performance in production activities and to design a monitoring system. The research was conducted using the BSC and SCOR methods. Tools are needed to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in its application and then combined with the AHP method. Furthermore, the monitoring system design and Kendall Tau test were carried out. The study results obtained 11 KPIs for measuring supply chain performance in the production activities of the Redjosari Sugar Factory. In addition, the performance measurement system designed in this study is a dashboard monitoring system based on the Microsoft Excel application. The dashboard monitoring system that has been created can be used to monitor the performance of supply chain activities through the level of production activity at each KPI and monitor the overall progress of the performance results of each perspective on the BSC model. Based on the results of the Kendall Tau correlation analysis between the monitoring system and the effectiveness of the production process, it was found that there was a relationship between the two variables and had a strong relationship. The results of this study can be used as a reference for improving performance at the Redjosari Sugar Factory.

Abstract

Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) is a plant typical of tropical regions including Indonesia, whose fruits, leaves, seeds, and roots are often used in traditional medicine, including as an antibacterial. This research was conducted to determine the inhibition zone of noni leaf extract (Morinda citrifolia L.). An inhibition test was carried out according to the Kirby-Bauer method with 4 replications on the growth of Bacillus cereus. The results of this study showed that a concentration of 25% produced an average inhibition zone of 9.075 mm, a concentration of 50% produced an average inhibition zone of 8.650 mm, a concentration of 75% produced an average inhibition zone of 9.275 mm, a concentration of 100% produced an average inhibition zone of 10,050 mm, positive control using ciprofloxacin produced an average inhibition zone of 30.475 mm and negative control using DMSO produced an average inhibition zone of 0.000 mm. The results of the comparative test using the Kruskal-Wallis statistical test with a p. value of 0.003 (p<0.005) and the results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference between P2 and P4 with a value of 0.042 (p<0.005). The conclusion obtained from this study was that the noni leaf extract had a weak zone of inhibition on the growth of Bacillus cereus at a concentration of 100% according to Greenwood's criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the success rate of Artificial Insemination (AI) and Body Condition Score Analysis (SKT), and to determine the effect of HCS, body weight, and age of cattle on the success of Artificial Insemination (IB) in cattle in Tebo Regency. This research was conducted in Tebo Regency, namely in 3 sub-districts, Rimbo Ilir District, Rimbo Bujang District, and Rimbo Ulu District. The method used is a survey method. The sampling technique uses clustering. The data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression and analyzed using t-test. The results show that the success rate of Artificial Insemination (IB) in the form of S/C in Tebo Regency is 1.56. The highest value of HCS in Tebo Regency is SKT with a moderate value of (3) as much as 41.18%. The body weight of livestock in Tebo Regency is 350.25 Kg, and the age ranges from 4-8 years. The results of this study revealed that the success of Artificial Insemination (IB) in Tebo Regency was good, there were differences in the value of SKT between sub-districts, and the value of SKT and body weight of livestock did not affect the success of Artificial Insemination (AI) in the form of S/C, while the age of livestock had an influence on the success of Artificial Insemination (IB) in the form of S/C.

Abstract

The problem of criminal acts committed by children is now increasing in society, both in developed and developing countries. Such developments are also underway in Indonesia with the integration of the value system characterized by an industrial society, the clash between traditional local values and the values of modernism is inevitable. In the end, the most pronounced impact as a result of the very rapid social change towards industrial life is the deviation of the behavior of children or adolescents. The problem that the author raises in this paper is how is the diversion policy for children who are in conflict with the law in criminal cases that are threatened with a 7 (seven) year sentence based on the value of justice? The diversion policy for children who are in conflict with the law who are threatened with a sentence of 7 (seven) years based on the value of justice is limited by the existence of Article 7 paragraph (2) letters a and b which states that diversion is carried out in the event that the crime committed is threatened with imprisonment under 7 (seven) years. The existence of Article 7 paragraph (2) letters a and b has limited the implementation of the diversion itself, and this is clearly contrary to the principles of the holding of the child protection law. The existence of restrictions has hurt the best principle for the child. The reason that can be stated that the diversion is the transfer of the settlement process to avoid stigma on the child and the diversion is not automatically acceptable to both parties, namely the victim and the perpetrator, so that even though the sanctions imposed are 7 years old, there is still the possibility of unsuccessful diversion and vice versa even though the criminal sanctions are above 7 years, it is possible that the diversion can be successful. The method that the author uses is the normative research method, namely by looking at the law as a rule (norm).

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to see (1) the impact service quality on purchase intention, (2) the impact electronic word-of-mouth on purchase intention, (3) the impact brand image on purchase intention, and (4) the impact service quality on brand image. (5) the Impact of electronic word-of-mouth on brand image. In selecting samples, researchers used targeted sampling techniques and determined samples based on  criteria established by the researchers. The sample for this study was 150 consumers from Dagadu Yogja. Then check the quality of the data  using validity and reliability tests. After confirming quality, the data are processed through traditional acceptance tests, multiple regression tests, and Sobel tests. Traditional acceptance tests consist of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The  data were then analyzed using the certainty test, the split test (t) and the joint test (f).  The results of this study show that (1) service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, (2) electronic word-of-mouth has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, and (3) there is a positive and significant impact. is shown. (4) Service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image (5) Electronic word-of-mouth has a positive and significant impact on brand image.

Abstract

Employees who have good performance can not happen in a short time, but through a process. To obtain employees who have good performance, companies must pay attention to the abilities or competencies of employees. Therefore, it is necessary to manage Human Resources (HR) in this case are employees, which include planning human resources, procurement, directing, developing, maintaining and dismissing. The objectives of the study were (1) to determine the effect of recruitment on employee performance, (2) to determine the effect of selection on the performance of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha employees, (3) to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance at BPR Chandra Mukti Artha, (4) to determine the influence of work culture. on the performance of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha employees and (5) knowing the effect of recruitment, selection, work placement and work culture on the performance of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha employees simultaneously. The research sample is the employees of BPR Chandra Mukti Artha with a total of 46 people, selected by population sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis technique with multiple linear regression consisting of F test, t test and coefficient of determination, where previously carried out classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that (1) Recruitment had a positive effect on employee performance, (2) Selection had a positive effect on employee performance, (3) Job placement had a positive effect on employee performance, (4) Work culture positive effect on employee performance and (5) Recruitment, selection, work placement and work culture simultaneously affect employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the better employee recruitment, employee selection, work placement and work culture, the better employee performance will be. Vice versa, if employee recruitment, employee selection, work placement and work culture are not good, then employee performance will also be low.

Abstract

A country's economic development success is largely based on its economic growth. The human development index, labor, and local revenue are some of the indicators used to influence economic growth. This study aims to examine the factors that influence Karanganyar Regency's economic growth from 2008 to 2021. With the assistance of Microsoft Excel 2016, the time series data for 14 years are analyzed using multiple linear equations (multiple regression), and the data are processed using Eviews 12 with a significance level of 5%. Secondary data were obtained from the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Finance and the Central Statistics Agency of Karanganyar Regency. The study reveals that the Human Development Index and Regional Original Income have a significant impact on Economic Growth, whereas Labor does not.

Abstract

Infrastructure is very important in accelerating economic growth. The Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) is one of the national strategic infrastructure projects that aims to increase regional development on the island of Sumatra which is expected to support national economic growth. The JTTS consists of 24 segments with a length of 2,704 km that connects the northernmost point of Sumatra Island in Banda Aceh with the southernmost point in Bakauheni, Lampung Province. The presence of JTTS is expected to have a fiscal impact on the government in the form of an increase in tax revenue. This study aims to analyze the impact of JTTS development on central tax revenues. This study uses data on central tax revenues at the Tax Service Office (KPP) on the island of Sumatra in the period 2014 - 2020. This study uses the Difference in Difference with multi time periods method. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the development of JTTS and central tax revenues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the direct influence of Human Resource Development on employee performance; (2) The direct influence between Human Resource Development has an influence on Knowledge Sharing; (3) The direct effect of Knowledge Sharing on employee performance; (4) The influence of Knowledge Sharing in mediating Human Resource Development on employee performance. This research was conducted on active employees or employees who were registered at the Muara Bungo II Health Center. The population is 75 active employees and valid data used as a sample is 75 respondents. Data was collected using interview and questionnaire methods, which were then analyzed by causal analysis. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results showed that (1) The direct influence of Human Resource Development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) The direct influence of Human Resource Development had a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing, (3) The direct influence of Knowledge Sharing had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) the effect of Knowledge Sharing in mediating Human Resource Development on employee performance has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to review the relationship between language and culture and its implementation in literary works from a scientific point of view. Culturaldiversity enriches the language characteristics so that it is in betweenus to review a little of the relationship between language and culture and its implementation in literary works from a scientific point of view. This relates to bahasa being a tool used by humans to express ideas, ideas, and feelings by viewing culture as its semantic code. If we want to know the culture of a society then we can see and study from the language. The results of the discussion show that bahasa is a reflection of culture because inthe expression of the statement conveyed by someone we can trace the culture of that person. Â
