Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent to which the variabels of Emotion Regulation Self awareness can predict Anxiety. The emotion regulation variabel was measured by an emotion regulation scale based on Thompson's theory (2017), a self-awareness scale based on Morin’s theory (2016) and a counseling anxiety scale based on Stuart's theory (2016). The research was conducted on the support buddy community, LISA Helpline, Bali Province with 113 research samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variabels of emotion regulation and self awareness can predict anxiety in support buddy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy carried out by the Principal of SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi in improving teacher performance in the school. This research was carried out from October to November 2022, located at SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. In this study, the author used a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach, namely the author went directly to the field. In determining the sample, there are two informant determination techniques, namely from the Nonprobability Sampling technique, which consists of Snowball Sampling and Purposive Sampling. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the Head of SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi has been carried out to improve the performance of teachers in the school. Among the things that have been done is to improve teacher discipline and provide motivation and appreciation of work for teachers.

PT. Anugrah Prosperous SuccessWhere this limited liability company is one of the businesses providing vehicle maintenance services.the reason why PT was chosen by the researcher.Because of the possibility of excessively high taxes, Anugrah Sejahtera's success, it is still possible to plan for these businesses' taxes to reduce their burden.This is consistent with the information regarding the Article PPH Income Tax's burden and benefit.This study aims to learn about and examine how PT applies income tax planning article 21 to individual taxpayers.Anugrah Prosperous SuccessResearch Strategies Gathering information as per research needs, assessing the information as worker finance for allowances and computing PPh 21 at PT.Achievement Anugrah Sejahtera, checking organization representative pay rates then, at that point, making charge anticipating compensations by expanding prohibited pay, directing meetings, choosing bookkeeping techniques that are as per charge guidelines lastly reaching determinations.This study's findings indicate that PT.According to the applicable Tax Law, Sukses Anugrah Sejahtera (SAS) has not calculated and deducted income tax from its employees.The conclusion then drawn is that PT employees.In the tax calculation section, Success Anugrah Sejahtera (SAS) has not fully mastered the applicable PPh21 tax regulations, such as determining job costs, using layers of progressive rates, and accepting sanctions for those without an NPWP.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information on the effective and efficient provision of rice husk biochar and betel nut biochar for the growth and production of rice crops in tidal marshlands. The research was carried out in community rice fields located in Pembengis Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province with a height of 3 meters above sea level (masl). This study used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with two factors, the first treatment factor is the rice plant variety consisting of local varieties of white works, high strong local varieties, high-yielding varieties of inpara 3 and superior varieties of inpari 32, the second treatment factor is biochar consisting of no biochar as a control, rice husk biochar and betel nut coir biochar. Each treatment is repeated 3 times. The variables observed were plant height, maximum number of saplings per clump, number of productive saplings, panicle length, amount of grain per panicle, percentage of hollowness per panicle, yield of milled dry grain, weight of 100 grains of grain, length of roots and amount of grain contents per panicle. The results showed that the application of biochar to superior and local rice plants had a significant influence on several variables. There was an interaction between high-yielding varieties and local varieties with the application of rice husk biochar and betel nut coir biochar in tidal marshlands.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of HDI, Economic Growth and Unemployment on Poverty in Pangkajene Islands Regency. The type of data to be analyzed in this research is secondary data in the form of time series data, namely entity data with time/period dimensions which in this study uses the 2012-2021 period. The analytical method used is a multiple linear statistical test modelor Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Through the SPSS Amos 26 software application. The results show that HDI has a negative and significant effect on Poverty, Economic Growth has no significant effect on Poverty, Unemployment has no significant effect on poverty.

Abstract

Yamaha Land is a place of business for food truck entrepreneurs who were born in Surabaya. Customer satisfaction is important for the company because it can also be a marketing tool. One effort to increase consumer satisfaction is to determine the level of consumer preference for the characteristics of a product or service. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of consumers, the process of consumer purchasing decisions, and customer satisfaction at Yamaha Land Surabaya. The number of respondents in the study were 96 respondents. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Analysis (CSI). Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the majority of Yamaha Land consumers are male, with an age range of 22-27 years, monthly income of Rp. Yamaha Land consumers go through five stages in their purchase decision process, namely the need recognition stage, information search, alternative evaluation, purchase decision and post-purchase. The results of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) of attributes contained in quadrant I are taste and speed, Quadrant II is cleanliness, friendliness, politeness, and tidiness, Quadrant III is price, color and texture, and Quadrant IV is aroma. While the value on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is 75.6 percent. Judging from the consumer satisfaction index, it can be said that consumers who come to Yamaha Land for all tested attributes are in the satisfied category.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of education, unemployment, per capita spending, inflation on poverty and the gini ratio in Makassar City. The methodology of this study is to use a quantitative approach based on path analysis. The results of this study found that the unemployment rate and inflation had a positive effect on poverty or in other words had a directly proportional relationship. Conversely, the average length of schooling and per capita expenditure have a negative effect on poverty, in other words, it shows an inverse relationship. Judging from the dimensions of economic growth. Next, the variable average length of schooling and per capita expenditure both show a relationship that is directly proportional to economic growth. Meanwhile, the open unemployment rate, inflation and poverty each have a negative effect on economic growth. Thus, each of these variables has an inverse relationship to economic growth. The implication of this research is that the government must be more aggressive in pushing for more pro-poor development and inclusive economic development so as to achieve better socio-economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of developing an E-book to improve poetry writing skills at FKIP Unja and changes in poetry writing skills before and after using the E-book to write poetry. E-book itself means electronic teaching material that contains complete material for writing poetry texts. This e-book was developed based on an analysis of student needs, and one of the requirements is that learning poetry requires complete material both in online form so that it can be accessed and read without being limited by place and time. This type of research is development. To develop products using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Data acquisition is obtained through interval scale values and the N-Gain formula. For one-on-one trials, 5 students are required and 25 students are required for field tests. The research instruments used were interview sheets, questionnaires, and observation guides, as well as tests. Allitative data is in the form of a description of the process of developing an e-book for learning to write poetry based on 21st century learning. For quantitative data obtained based on the validation results of material experts and media experts. For material, an average value of 85.50 is obtained and for media it is 86.00 with a very valid category. The average result of practitioners is 89.00 with very valid. Products that were tested individually obtained an average value of 89.00 with a very valid category. The pretest obtained an average value of 57.00 and the posttest obtained an average value of 85.00. N-gain ability to write poetry is 0.65 medium category.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is one of the contributors to maternal and child mortality in the world, WHO noted that preeclampsia occurs with an incidence of 3-10% of total pregnancies. The condition of preeclampsia can develop into eclampsia which is characterized by seizures and decreased consciousness so that CS surgery is carried out to save the mother and baby. Sectio caesarea delivery has higher pain which is around 27.3% compared to normal delivery which is around 9%. Peppermint aromatherapy and effleurage massage are non-pharmacological alternatives to reduce pain that provide a distraction and relaxation effect. This reserarch to analyze and prove the theory of interventional massage effleurage with peppermint aromatherapy can reduce the intensity of postoperative pain SC (eclampsia). The design of this study was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation. The research was conducted in the postpartum room at Sungai Dareh Hospital, Dharmasraya Regency with a total sample of 30 people taken by convenience sampling. Pain intensity was measured before and after giving effleurage massage with peppermint aromatherapy once a day for 3 days of administration. This research instrument uses the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The result is effleurage massage with peppermint aromatherapy for 3 days showed a statistically significant difference (p=0.000). Before giving the action the average pain intensity was on a scale of 8.33 (severe pain category) and after being given the action the pain intensity experienced a decrease in the average scale of 2,03 (mild pain category). There is an effect of effleurage massage with peppermint aromatherapy on reducing pain intensity in postoperative SC (eclampsia) patients. Nurses and midwives can practice giving such therapy as non-pharmacological therapy for pain management.

Abstract

The Information Technology-Based Mutual Funding Service Industry (LPBBTI) or known as Fintech P2P Lending is in great demand by the unbanked, this has attracted many illegal P2P lending platforms to also enliven this industry. One of the legal problems that arose later was the misuse of personal data of loan users carried out by the illegal online loan providers. This research was conducted using the normative legal method (library study). The results of this study are a form of legal protection for personal data of fintech peer to peer lending users in terms of the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including preventive legal protection. In Preventive legal protection on online lending and borrowing services based on financial technology, the government issued several regulations related to fintech peer to peer lending, namely POJK LPBBTI and SEOJK LPMUBTI Governance. In addition, there is also repressive protection which has a function to resolve disputes in the future through the Court within the scope of General Courts or through Government Agencies which are administrative appeal institutions by providing administrative sanctions for perpetrators of violations. Efforts that can be taken by fintech peer to peer lending users if they find that there has been a leak of user personal data on the platform of the fintech peer to peer lending provider, that is, they can take non-judicial or non-litigation (out of court) legal remedies or judicial or litigation (judicial) legal remedies.
