<![CDATA[The increasing number of internet and social media users in Indonesia creates new opportunities for company marketers to sell products while at the same time building brand images and increasing consumer’s trust in their brands. Social media marketing is a marketing strategy used in the form of online networking. Of course, this opportunity is used by Uniqlo Indonesia on various social media platforms. This study aims to determine the level of influence of social media marketing on purchase intention of Uniqlo products which is mediated by trust and brand image. The research method is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SMARTPLS 4 software. This research consists of four variables, namely Social Media Marketing as an independent variable, Purchase Intention as the dependent variable, Consumer Trust and Brand Image as intervening or mediating variables. Based on the results of the study, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has an effect positive and significant impact on purchase intention, mediating impact of consumer trust from social media marketing on purchase intention, and mediating impact of brand image from social media marketing on purchase intention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is influence and how much brand ambassador Park Hyung Sik has on Avoskin's brand image. Data collection in this study was carried out using quantitative methods including descriptive analysis, regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis, and validity and reliability. This research was conducted using a quantitative type method, with descriptive and associative properties because it is able to provide an explanation regarding the relationship between the two variables, namely brand ambassadors to brand image. In this study, the technique used in data collection used a survey method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The results in this study showed a positive influence on Brand Ambassador Park Hyung Sik (X) on Brand Image Avoskin (Y), with simple linear regression results with a value of 1.420. Therefore, when the value increases by 1%, the Brand Ambassador will increase by 1.420 and the Brand Image variable will also increase by 6258.905. This proves that the value of the Brand Ambassador has grown, so the Brand Image has also increased. The research was conducted using the Viscap model.]]>

<![CDATA[Building management studies with a transdisciplinary analysis approach provides two roles, namely: First, contributing to the process of deep culturization by placing ethics to build individuals, families and communities based on religious values and normativity prevailing in society. Second, emphasizing the importance of the function of social ethics as a form of value that becomes a paradigm in directing a person to interact with his social environment and also as the main target of worship because it is the estuary of the perfection of concrete and global piety. Transdisciplinary education is built on the basis of reevaluating the role of intuition, imagination, sensitivity and the body in the transmission of knowledge. Thus, the study of management deals with a complex and changing social, economic, political, cultural world which is a natural law. The interrelationship between various complex components is also a law of nature. This research is a research that uses the method of literature study or literature review. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literature such as books and journals to compare the results of one study with another. Transdisciplinary implementation is assumed to be a cooperative effort by scientists in solving problems concerning human life. Each scientific discipline in addressing management issues has a different point of view and study based on the strength of the scientific method of each scientific discipline. In this case, the transdisciplinary management paradigm includes the scientific management paradigm, the human relations management paradigm, the human resource paradigm and the principled leadership paradigm.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the effect of independence, competence, organizational commitment on audit quality. The sample used in this research is an auditor who works in a public accounting firm (KAP). This research uses a quantitative method with primary data as the source of data, and the sample obtained is 40 respondents. Respondents were taken using a porposive sampling technique. The research results show that competency has a positive effect on audit quality, organizational commitment has a positive effect on audit quality.]]>

<![CDATA[In order to achieve maximum development, supervisory work is needed. Facilities and infrastructure are very vital and very important things in supporting the smoothness or convenience of the learning process, in relation to education that requires facilities and infrastructure and also their utilization both in terms of intensity and creativity in their use by lecturers and students in learning activities teach. Educational facilities are all the facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both movable and immovable so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. In the 2021 fiscal year the Banten Poltekes campus received a budget of 9,779,346,000. The allocation of these funds was intended to continue the construction of the Phase VII Poltekes building, there were delays caused by disputes. These disputes stem from several factors between stakeholders, in which each stakeholder has different problems and this requires quite a long time to identify the causative factors and find the right solution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing delays in the construction of the Polytechnic Health Campus building in Banten. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by means of a narrative description, in which the researcher conducted interviews with the Director of PT. Rahandika Nusa Perkasa. The results of the study found that the factors causing the delay in the construction of the Poltekkes campus building in Banten were due to the very short time given, the selection of workers who were not good, the frequent exchange of workers, the lack of material transportation equipment.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Selo Progo Sakti is a company engaged in the Asphalt Mixing Plant industry. Asphalt Mixing Plant is a production equipment that produces Hotmix in the form of a mixture of asphalt with some aggregate materials used as road pavement materials. This Asphalt Mixing Plant operates for production according to orders from consumers and the character of the production results in the form of hotmix must meet certain temperature criteria for gnats to be spread out on the road media so that it must be avoided so that the product conditions do not occur at low or cold temperatures because it will harden and cannot used for road pavement. Therefore, the accuracy in delivering the product to the location where it will be held will greatly determine the quality of the production after it is held on the road. In addition, product quality is also determined from the job mix or the proportion of the material mixture that has been agreed upon in accordance with the job specifications, so it needs supervision from various parties involved in the implementation of the work. The existence of an information system is a tool for controlling production costs, in this case hotmix products produced from Asphalt Mixing Plant machines are needed to monitor every production process from several departments that have been worked on so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Therefore, this system was built in order to overcome problems such as calculating the cost of production of hotmix for each product according to jobmix, cost control, inventory control and preparation of financial reports which can be done in one integrated information system. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the ProtoTyping method.]]>

<![CDATA[Hindering is a state of inability to flourish in youngsters under five years of age (babies under 5 years of age) which is brought about by tenacious lack of healthy sustenance so the kid is excessively short for his age. Lack of healthy sustenance happens when the child is in the belly and toward the start of the child's introduction to the world, however hindering most actually shows up after the youngster is two years of age. In view of SSGI records for 2021, it is known that in Jambi Territory the most elevated frequency of hindering is in Muaro Jambi Rule (27.2%) and the least is in Jambi City, for East Tanjung Jabung Regime it is 25.6%, better than the benefit of Jambi Area (22.4%). This examination is a quantitative exploration with a sectional methodology. The Geragai District served as the location of the research area. The ideal opportunity for leading the examination was in December 2022 with a populace of 574 moms with Baduta youngsters (old 0-23 months) and an example of 132. <![CDATA[Human resources are called the main capital for an organization, this is because HR can be a source of strength that comes from human potential to achieve goals. Among the organizational assets that must be maintained is human resources, especially when these human resources have good performance. The causes of employee performance are said to be good, one of which is competence. Employees who have good competence are able to complete tasks according to the targets set, because they have the desire to continue to improve their work results. The quality of human resources is determined by good management of human resource empowerment so as to form human resources who have a competitive spirit. Competence among employees is also important, and DP3AP2KB is no exception. The purpose of the research conducted was to find out the effect of competency on performance of employees at DP3AP2KB. The method in this study is quantitative explanatory research with a sample of 34 respondents with regression testing as a statistical analysis technique, determination, correlation, and hypothesis testing. From this study, it was found that there was a significant influence between competence on employee performance with a regression value Y = 9.674 + 0.855 X, and a coefficient of 0.930, in other words the level of strong relationship with a determination value of 86.5%. While the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 or less than 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to explore the interrelationship between the project-based learning model and student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects. The experiment was conducted on fourth grade students of SDN Baru 03 Pagi East Jakarta. Quantitative and quasi experimental methodologies were used as research methods. In addition, the sampling method is purposive sampling technique. Samples were taken from the control and experimental groups. 40 multiple choice questions were given for validity testing, with 30 questions considered valid and 10 questions considered failed. This study obtained the results in the IPAS lesson Ha accepted Ho rejected means that the project-based learning model has a significant effect on students of SDN Baru 03 Pagi East Jakarta is considered capable of improving student learning outcomes resulting in differences in the average post-test class of 75.2 in the experimental class and 89.8 in the control class.]]>
