Abstract

E-Government is a new innovation in the implementation of public services in village government. The high number of internet users in Indonesia is the initial capital for implementing E-Government in maximizing public services in villages. The implementation of E-Government is also one of the steps to support good governance in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze how strategic steps can be taken to maximize E-Government-based public services in the village. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a literature review approach, in collecting data the authors collect data and information related to the implementation of E-Government in the village. Supporting data comes from research journal articles, supporting books, and online news. The results showed that in maximizing the implementation of E-Government-based public services, strategic steps must be taken, namely firstly improving the quality of the village apparatus, secondly conducting socialization to the community about the application of E-Government and thirdly conducting evaluations as a form of supervision in the implementation of village E-Government.

Abstract

The colligative of properties of solution is one of the mandatory materials in high school/MA level chemistry subjects in class XII. The concepts in the colligative properties of solutions are abstract, so it is often difficult for students to understand. To respond to the problems above, there has been the development of Microsoft PowerPoint-iSpring media that integrates prompting questions and three levels of chemical representation on the colligative properties of the solution, but the practicality and effectiveness tests have not been carried out. This study aims to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the integrated PowerPoint-iSpring learning media with multiple chemical representations and prompt questions on the colligative properties of solutions on the learning outcomes of students in class XII science high school/MA. In this study, practicality and effectiveness tests were conducted. The effectiveness test used a pre-experimental design research design with one group pretest post-test research design. The educated population consisted of students in class XI IPA and XII MIPA at SMAN 2 Koto XI Tarusan and the sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The sample class in this study was class XII MIPA 3. The instrument for the practicality test was in the form of a questionnaire, while for the effectiveness test the instrument was in the form of a multiple choice test. The results of the study obtained a practicality value of 78.25 from teachers and students with practical categories based on practicality data analysis from practitioners and the integrated PowerPoint-iSpring learning media with multiple chemical representations and prompting questions on the material colligative properties of effective solutions in improving student learning outcomes in class XII IPA at SMAN 2 Koto XI Tarusan with an N-Gain score of 0.77 in the high category and analysis a t-test obtained that the pretest average was significantly smaller than the posttest average.

Abstract

Based on the data obtained from the nursing committee, it was found that the credentialing process for nursing staff at the Dumai City Hospital has only been carried out on 1 (one) clinical nurse, the implementation of credentials for the level above has not been carried out. This is not in accordance with PMK Number 49 of 2013 and PMK Number 40 of 2017 which explains that the nursing committee has a central role in conducting the credentialing process for new nursing staff, re-credentialing in accordance with a predetermined time maximum once every 3 years. This study aims to analyze the role of the nursing committee in the implementation of nursing credentials in Dumai City Hospital. This research is a qualitative type with a RAP (Rapid Assessment Procedure) design which was carried out in May-July 2022. The key informants in this study were the Director of the Dumai City Hospital, the Main Informant, the chairman of the nursing committee, the credential subcommittee, bestari partners, nurses and supporting informants. head of nursing and secretary of the nursing committee. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation, document review and FGD which were processed by triangulation, and questionnaires were obtained using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the research found that out of 6 (six) there were 2 (two) committee roles that had not been optimally carried out, namely rearranging clinical authority and white papers and re-credentialing for old nursing staff.

Abstract

Villages are the front line implementers in the implementation of national development. The success of implementing village development depends on the ability of the village head to increase community participation and manage and cultivate the potential that exists in the village. Village development should not only focus on physical development but should also prioritize non-physical development which includes development in the social, cultural and economic fields. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the role of the village head in the implementation of non-physical development in Paringan Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. Paringan Village was formerly a backward village and received a negative stigma as a crazy village. The vacancy of the village head position makes Paringan village lagging behind in various fields. However, since the leadership of the new village head has changed Paringan Village into an independent village full of achievements. To find out the role of the Parringan Village Head who has succeeded in advancing the village, a study was conducted by measuring the role of the village head in development using the theory from Siagian (2018) which includes the role as stabilizer, role as innovator, role as modernizer and role as pioneer. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that the Head of Paringan Village has played a role in the implementation of non-physical development and has brought progress in various fields to Paringan Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia has not reached the expected number (<80%) that mothers stop breastfeeding due to lack of milk production, for this reason, giving long bean leaves has the potential to stimulate oxytocin and prolactin hormones such as alkaloids, saponins, polyphenols, steroids, flavonoids and other substances. the most effective in increasing and smoothing the production of breast milk. This study aims to determine the effect of consumption of long bean leaves on mother's milk production. This study is a quasi- experimental study with a random cluster design pretest and posttest. This research was conducted in the Sungai Clear Village, Muara Curb District, Tebo Regency, which was carried out on February 17 - March 5, 2022. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who lived in Sungai Clear Village, Muara Rab District, Tebo Regency, as many as 32 people. The sample in this study were 32 people who were taken by total sampling technique. Collecting data by observing breast milk production. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that there is an effect of consumption of long bean leaves on mother's milk production in Sungai Jernih Village, Muara Tabir District, Tebo Regency in 2022 with a p value of 0.000. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide information to health workers, especially midwives, in increasing breast milk production by providing counseling to breastfeeding mothers and recommending consuming long bean leaves as a method with ingredients that are easily available and not harmful to maternal health.

Abstract

Currently, MSME products continue to increase and are not optimistic in the food sector. MSME food products are not in the form of packaging but also there are only MSME business actors who provide food directly on the spot and the food ingredients come from meat. According to LPPOM MUI data, there are 318 MSME products recorded in Bengkulu Province. 162 is located in Bengkulu City. Along with the development of the halal lifestyle, people are more selective in choosing food by paying attention to the availability of halal labels in places to eat because not all MSME products are halal certified. For this reason, public awareness of halal is needed before consuming food, especially meat-based, this is related to animal slaughter. This study aims to find out whether the millennial generation understands what is meant by halal awareness and how the millennial generation's halal awareness of MSME Food products in Bengkulu City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling as the sample collection. The results of the study show that the millennial generation is aware of and understands the halal awareness of a religious obligation in carrying it out. The behavior or actions of the millennial generation are in line with the knowledge they have and their application in everyday life. Such as halal awareness to consume halal food and toys. Before consuming the millennial generation, first pay attention to the production process, packaging, raw materials or composition, cleanliness and safety and look for information on the availability of halal labels on the MSME products.

Abstract

Every company needs an employee as a worker to carry out all the company's business activities. Employees are important assets of the company. In the employment agreement there is one legal aspect that is detrimental to the employee. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out about the purpose of making a Non Competition Clause by the company in a work agreement whether it is contrary to the laws and regulations and how the legal protection will be for a non competition clause. The research method used is a normative research method by conducting a research approach used is a statutory and conceptual approach. Conclusions from the research: 1) The non-competition clause in the work agreement is contrary to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and the Civil Code, in the Civil Code the non-competition clause is regulated for its implementation but does not use the term clause or competition. Meanwhile, according to the Manpower Act, every worker has the right and opportunity to choose, get or move to a decent job. 2) Legal protection for workers/laborers with the existence of a Non Competition Clause, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia emphasizes that the protection of human rights is the responsibility of the state, especially the government. people have the right to freely choose the work they like and are also entitled to fair employment conditions. Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent to which the variabels of Emotion Regulation Self awareness can predict Anxiety. The emotion regulation variabel was measured by an emotion regulation scale based on Thompson's theory (2017), a self-awareness scale based on Morin’s theory (2016) and a counseling anxiety scale based on Stuart's theory (2016). The research was conducted on the support buddy community, LISA Helpline, Bali Province with 113 research samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variabels of emotion regulation and self awareness can predict anxiety in support buddy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy carried out by the Principal of SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi in improving teacher performance in the school. This research was carried out from October to November 2022, located at SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. In this study, the author used a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach, namely the author went directly to the field. In determining the sample, there are two informant determination techniques, namely from the Nonprobability Sampling technique, which consists of Snowball Sampling and Purposive Sampling. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the Head of SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi has been carried out to improve the performance of teachers in the school. Among the things that have been done is to improve teacher discipline and provide motivation and appreciation of work for teachers.

PT. Anugrah Prosperous SuccessWhere this limited liability company is one of the businesses providing vehicle maintenance services.the reason why PT was chosen by the researcher.Because of the possibility of excessively high taxes, Anugrah Sejahtera's success, it is still possible to plan for these businesses' taxes to reduce their burden.This is consistent with the information regarding the Article PPH Income Tax's burden and benefit.This study aims to learn about and examine how PT applies income tax planning article 21 to individual taxpayers.Anugrah Prosperous SuccessResearch Strategies Gathering information as per research needs, assessing the information as worker finance for allowances and computing PPh 21 at PT.Achievement Anugrah Sejahtera, checking organization representative pay rates then, at that point, making charge anticipating compensations by expanding prohibited pay, directing meetings, choosing bookkeeping techniques that are as per charge guidelines lastly reaching determinations.This study's findings indicate that PT.According to the applicable Tax Law, Sukses Anugrah Sejahtera (SAS) has not calculated and deducted income tax from its employees.The conclusion then drawn is that PT employees.In the tax calculation section, Success Anugrah Sejahtera (SAS) has not fully mastered the applicable PPh21 tax regulations, such as determining job costs, using layers of progressive rates, and accepting sanctions for those without an NPWP.
