PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. INTI INDO SAWIT SUBUR DESA BULIAN JAYA KECAMATAN MARO SEBO ILIR KABUPATEN BATANG HARI Etty Siswati

The purpose of this study was to determine .Partially Effect of work environment to employees performance at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari . Partially Effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. Simultaneously the influence of the working environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and tools using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results showed that partially (1) work environment (X1) has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. By using t test showed tcount 3,011 > 1,649 ttabel, then Ho is rejected. (2) work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. Based on the t test results showed the value of tcount 3,316 > 1,649 ttabel, then Ho is rejected. Then simultaneously by using F test showed that the value of fcount = 15:13 > ftable = 2.76. So that the working environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari.Key word: Work environment, Work discipline, Employees performance PT. This crime is a serious crime, as has happened in the event against human rights, so it is not wrong to many who stated that this crime is no less dangerous than the evils ofNarcotics and illegal Weapons sales and terrorists.Basically, the criminal acts of trafficking persons, in addition to its nature as an international or transnational crimes and carried out in an organized, also are very detrimental and dangerous to the community, nation, and State so that the necessary legal provisions of a different material, for example the existence of provisions of criminal threats that are heavy for the culprit. In addition, the establishment of law No. 21 of 2007 is intended to embody the national commitment towards the desire of Nations International in eradicating the crime trade people because of acts of transnational and organized the pidananya. In an attempt to examine this matter, witnesses the victim who became one of the key disclosure of this case should be separated from the threat of violence or pressure (Fear of Crime), by providing a sense of security and protected to the victims, so that the necessary accompaniment for the victimsin the process of case examination.Crime victims are usually will experience prolonged trauma and so the need for an escort by both countries as well as the non-governmental organizations in the process of rehabilitation and reintegration with society and the environment. Likewise, awarding restitution from the offender to the victim has to be fought, given the many events in the form of this crime, the victim has been exploited, either sexually exploits, as well as physical and often are not given in Exchange for nothing. An advocate is a person who berfropesi to give legal services both inside and outside the Court meet the requirements based on the provisions of the Act. The role of an advocate in providing legal services in civil matters is that the Advocate as a recipient of the power or the plaintiff or defendant from representing in the beracara in front of the Court to explain and straighten out the facts and evidence put forward by its clients, so that they can assist and facilitate the judge in taking a decision.In carrying out its functions and perananya of the civil code in the case of the powerlaw is obliged to execute the code etiknya as legal advisor. The job of an advocate or a legal advisor is as trust. Thus the relationship between legal counsel with clientsmust be prefixed with a trust relationship. So the relationship between legal counselwith clients can run in accordance with the code of ethics that has been determinedfor legal counsel. Advocates in carrying out tasks of work prohibited to differentiatethe treatment of Clients on the basis of gender, religion, race, descent, political, or social and cultural background.Keyword: advocate, civil litigation

Excreta disposal is an important part of environmental sanitation, non-sanitary excreta disposal can result in negative impacts on the surrounding environment such as water, human and land. Besides it also could lead to a smell that can not be tolerated. In Jambi province of the results of a home inspection, it appears that the use of latrine coverage in 2011 was 68.72%. Family latrine coverage (Keep) healthy Sarolangun in 2011 only 60.16%. Lowest coverage contained in Batang Asai health center is 35.58%.This research is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. The population in this study was the entire house that has a toilet with a sample size of 83 respondents, taken at random with a systematic random technique (Systematic Sampling). Data were collected using interviews and observations with research questionnaires. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate Chi-square test.Results of univariate analysis of the 83 respondents indicated that there is, as much as 60.2% of respondents have a sanitary latrine families who are not eligible, 54.2% of respondents have a poor knowledge, 57.8% of respondents said the role of health workers is not good. The results of the bivariate analysis showed no significant relationship between knowledge and the role of health workers to the family toilet sanitation.Keywords: Sanitary latrine family, the knowledge and the role of health workers.

Perception is an opinion, opinions, or perceptions of an event or phenomenon. The quality of a service that can be seen of how stakeholders or customers perceive the service. Professionalism is one form of service to stakeholders or customers. This study aimed to describe the students' perceptions of professionalism lecturer English Language Study Program Guidance and Counseling, University of Buffalo. To achieve this goal a questionnaire was distributed to 40 students (20% of the population). There are five aspects of the professionalism observed, namely: the ability to speak English, mastering the course material, teaching skills, work commitments, and breadth of vision. To analyze the data using a simple tabulation techniques. From the results of data analysis found that, as perceived by students, faculty English Language Study Program Guidance and Counseling, University of Buffalo has a high level of professionalism.Keyword : perception, professionalism, English education

Among the products that are withdrawn excise goods are goods products using raw materials alcohol ranging from 1% (one percent) to above 20% (twenty percent), such as beer and other beverages. While determining the amount of excise duty of a good product that contains alcohol is based on the provisions of the applicable law governing alcohol rates.Determination of alcohol excise rates there are direct from central government officials and some are issued by local government officials (local laws).In the city of Jambi was no withdrawal of excise duty on companies which produce beverages containing alcohol that is at PT. This research aims to test the influence of the characteristics of the application of budgeting, accounting information systems, and public accountability against the performance of managerial Work Unit (SKPD) Area Device Batang Hari. The phenomenon in this study is the evaluation of the Governors of the five Day Rod Unit WorkingDevice area (SKPD) because it is not able to achieve the original target of revenue (PAD) Region in the year 2014. The population of this research is the entire FinancialManager Officer Derah Unit Working Device area (SKPD) Batang Hari. Samples prepared in this research as much as 146 by using purposive sampling method. Data collected by way of disseminating a questionnaire. The research of using multiple regression analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous budget participation variables, clarity of goals to budget, budget feedback, the difficulty of the achievement of objectives, the evaluation of the implementation of the budget, accounting information systems, and public accountability effect on managerial performance. Clarity of goalsto budget, budget feedback, evaluation, budget and public accountability in partialeffect significantly to managerial performance, whereas a variable participation budget, the difficulty of the achievement of the goals, and the application of the systemaccounting information has no effect on performance of significant managerial. The results of this research show that the independent variables the dependent variableimpact of 96.4%.Keywords: managerial performance, budget participation

This article describes a model Debate Analysis and Findings (DAT) in the yellow book learning in schools to improve students' critical thinking skills so they can find a new science. This article is an article the development model of learning called DAT models. DAT models applied by using two parallel classes, two classes as the control group and three other classes as the experimental group. In a grade control applied to the conventional learning model and the experimental class applied DAT models. In the framework of the management of the river basin (DAS) to develop a model of watershed management in small extents (DAS Micro) will be able to accommodate the needs of sustainable watershed management objective that includes the object biophysical, social, economic, and institutional. Watershed management should be integrated from upstream to downstream areas involving all parties associated with the principle of one river, one plan and one integrated organization. Micro DAS Stem Tegan is part of the Sub Watershed Batang Bungo who was instrumental for the Dusun community Rantau Pandan and LUBUK Wood Aro in Sub Region Senamat Ulu Pandan and Orchard and Orchard Muaro Make The heart of the District III Ulu Muaro Bungo District, Jambi Province. Sustainability of the river is very important this river is a placeholder from catcment area dominated by land titling 25-40% (rather steep) with extents 1868.88 Ha. The main potential biophysical land areal MDM is a District Snapshot water (DTA) or Catchment Area. Micro DAS Stem Tegan is pensuplai water to Sub DAS further Batang Bungo will join the DAS Batanghari. Biophysical problems onto the areal MDM is low soil fertility, soil erosion splash and sheet type, slope of land, availability of critical land and the land has the potential to become critical. The main potential of the social economy of institutional structures are formed community orchard, potential productive workforce, there is a means of education, worship, health, as well as some economic institutions such as markets and society. Social and economic problems that are being recorded from areal MDM is a high rate of population growth, poverty, and dependence of agricultural land.Keywords: Soil and water conservation and cultivation zones
