<![CDATA[This research would focus on studying of Jambi Malay Culture from the point of view baju kurung as the traditional clothing of Jambi Malay women. By using qualitative research methods with a historical approach, this study aimed to determine the history and meaning of the philosophical values of baju kurung with its development ethically and aesthetically as the traditional clothing of Jambi Malay women. The benefits of this research were expected to become an inventory of Jambi Malay culture in the scientific studies. In the background of the diversity of natural and cultural wealth owned by Jambi province, there were many kinds of values of beauty, philosophy and cultural ethical and aesthetic values, one of them was an aesthetics in clothing which was important part of traditional Jambi Malay women's clothing. Baju kurung as a symbol of Jambi Malay Muslimah women have a philosophical meaning that was closely related to traditional and Islamic customs. The entry of Islam in the land of Malay Jambi influenced the concept of dressing up in Jambi's Malay women. It can be concluded that baju kurung was a reflection of the identity of Muslimah women in Jambi, according to Islamic law, which is described in the seloko of custom Jambi "adat bersendi syara’, syara’ bersendi kitabullah. Syara’ mangato, adat memakai. " The seloko of custom Jambi has become a philosophical value in the art of dressing Jambi Malay women which has the uniqueness of ethical and aesthetic values without reducing the elegance of Jambi Malay women.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop an eBook of Drama courses that can be used independently by students by linking learning videos that have been uploaded by lecturers in youtube media. The development of drama e-book courses aims to help and support distance learning, especially during this pandemic. This research follows the steps of ADDIE (analize, design, develop, implement, and evaluate) which focuses on development research. Based on the results of data analysis, the average value of each aspect tested in the eBook of this Drama course is 83.85. This figure shows the teaching book on Drama Subjects is feasible and valid to use. The effectiveness and practicality of the e-book drama courses that have been used obtained an average score of 83.25. This figure shows the Drama course eBook is practical and effective for use in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Know the accounting system and procedures clearly and accurately so that the implementation of credit disbursement is selective and on target, especially productive credit to debtors at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch, is the purpose of this research. The implementation of credit disbursement effectively and efficiently can be carried out properly in accordance with the standards and regulations that apply in general and in particular. Comparing the opinions of experts or references that are used as guidelines or technical instructions with the implementation in this research, and describe in detail the chronological details of the results of this research with qualitative descriptive methods. So that clear and detailed results are obtained from this research which shows that the systems and procedures that are run by PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch in the implementation of lending, especially productive credit, can be carried out properly in accordance with applicable principles and standards. Until the goal is to provide the best service and be able to choose the right debtors so that the provision of productive credit can be carried out effectively and efficiently, as expected.]]>

<![CDATA[The number of toddlers in Indonesia is very large which is 10 percent of the entire population. Malnultrisi is still behind the disease and death of a child, although it still often goes unnoticed. Early detection of growth irregularities by measuring weight loss against height aimed at determining the nutritional status of children, Jambi City itself still has children who were malnourished as many as 5 people in 2015. Quantitative research with cross sectional design. The population is a mother who has children aged 6 -24 months who are in the area of Puskesmas Kenali Besar Jambi City. The sample formula uses a Rule of Thumb with corrections and amounts to 80. Quota sample sampling technique. The results of the analysis found a knowledge relationship with the risk of failing to grow in children aged 6-24 months p-Value = 0.011 (p > 0.05). There is an exclusive breastfeeding relationship with the risk of failing to grow in children aged <6-24 p-Value = 0.011 (p < 0.05). there is no family support relationship with the risk of failing to grow in children aged 6-24 months p-Value = 0.428 (p > 0.05) in the Working Area of Puskesmas Know Besar Jambi City Year 2016. For puskesmas to be able to immediately report if there has been a risk of failing to grow in the child, so that it can be addressed quickly so that the risk of failing to grow does not occur in the child.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the level of beef price volatility before fasting (D-7) to after Eid (H + 7) in Jambi City, and compile a forecast model. This study used a survey method for beef traders in the Angso Duo market, Jambi City. The analysis used to calculate the volatility of beef prices is the ARCH (Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedastic) model analysis and the GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity) model analysis. The average price of beef during the period before fasting (D-7) to after Eid (H + 7) in Jambi City was IDR 124,147 per kg with the highest price of IDR 150,000 and the lowest was 110,000 per kg. The volatility of beef prices during the period before fasting (D-7) to after Eid (H + 7) in Jambi City is the highest before Eid al-Fitr (Eid). ARCH and GARCH models can predict the future value of beef prices.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of member perceptions, customer trust and participatory budgets on managerial performance through moderating job satisfaction in Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) "X" Padang city. This type of research includes quantitative types in the form of primary data collected by questionnaire, population and 25 research samples were taken using the census method Data analysis techniques used Structural Equations Model (path analysis) The results showed that managerial performance was explained directly by member perceptions, customer trust and participatory budgets through job satisfaction in BMT "X" cities The perception of members moderates the relationship of job satisfaction with managerial performance in BMT "X" Padang city. Customer trust does not moderate the relationship of job satisfaction with managerial performance in BMT "X" Padang city. <![CDATA[This study examines the effect of budgetary participation, government internal control systems with organizational commitment as a moderating variable on managerial performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the above variables, either partial or moderation. The population of this study were all employees of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of mandatory government affairs related to basic services. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Of the five OPDs that are included in mandatory government affairs related to basic services, there are 120 employees as respondents in this study. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The software used to process data in this study is SPSS version 25. The results of this study that budget participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, government internal control systems have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, organizational commitment is unable to strengthen the effect of budget participation on performance. Managerial, and organizational commitment is not able to strengthen the influence of the government internal control system on managerial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze and observe the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability on Firm Value in the Goods and Consumption Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive types. The research population is the Goods and Consumption Sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period as many as 50 companies. Taking while using purposive sampling and samples obtained 92 samples from 23 sectors of goods and consumption multiplied by 4 years. This method uses the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results obtained from the R Square coefficient test are 9.7%, which means that the variation in the Firm Value variable is described by the independent variable 90.3%. The research results simultaneously show that liquidity, leverage, and profitability have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, partially shows that liquidity and profitability have no and insignificant effect on firm value, however, the leverage variable has a significant effect on firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[ISPA is an infectious disease of the upper and lower respiratory tract which is caused by the entry of microorganisms (bacteria and viruses) into the respiratory tract organs which lasts for 14 days. This study aims to determine the relationship between ventilation, type of house floor, type of fuel. for cooking, completeness of immunization and history of infectious disease against the incidence of ARI in children under five. This type of research is quantitative, using the analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The research location is in the working area of the Alang-Alang Lebar Community Health Center in Palembang City with a total of 78 respondents. The primary data source was obtained by means of a questionnaire and secondary data was obtained from the profile and records of the Alang-Alang Lebar Community Health Center Palembang. Data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The results of the chi square test showed that the variables associated with the incidence of ARI in children under five were ventilation (p = 0.000 ≤ 0.05), and a history of infectious diseases (p = 0.039 ≤ 0.05). Based on the results of the study and discussion, it was concluded that there was a simultaneous relationship between ventilation and a history of infectious diseases simultaneously with the incidence of ARI in children under five in the Alang-alang Lebar Community Health Center Palembang City in 2020. ]]>
