Abstract

Bale Kampoeng Radjoet is an SME in Bandung that markets knitting products from 12 artisans. In thebusiness process, recording product data is still done manually using a notebook. This has an impact on thestock opname process, namely the occurrence of product data discrepancies in the warehouse with recordsand difficulties in knowing product stock. These problems are caused by the absence of a system that helpsrecord all product data. This is the basis for improving the stock opname recording system by digitalization, namely the use of a website-based information system. The development of the stock opname recordingwebsite uses the waterfall method, with system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Thesystem verification process uses blackbox testing and validation using User Acceptance Testing (UAT)which refers to ISO 25010. UAT results show the characteristics of functional suitability 89.33%,performance 92%, usability 91.2%, and reliability 93.33%. The results adjusted to the interpretation criteriashow that the four characteristics are in the range of 81%-100%, which means that the website can beaccepted by users because it fulfills user needs and can be run according to its function

Abstract

The use of environmentally unfriendly chemicals (refrigerants) in Air Conditioners (AC) can damage theozone layer in the earth's atmosphere which has an impact on global warming. Therefore, an environmentallyfriendly cooling system is needed in the application of the Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) cooling moduletechnology. TEC when supplied with DC voltage (direct current) one side will become hot, while the otherside will be cold, to maximize the cooling process, the hot side of TEC must be lowered as low as possibleby using a fan, heatsink and thermal paste (thermal grease). Using 6 pieces of TEC 12 V 6A, dimensions 40x 40 mm and 4 mm thick. TECs are arranged in parallel and electricity is arranged in series. TEC when thepower supply is connected to an electric current source, operating the 6 TECs attached to the heatsinkarranged in parallel and in series will cause one side to cool down (heat absorbed) and the other side tobecome hot (heat released). What causes the cold side of TEC to cool is the flow of electrons from a higherenergy level to a lower energy level. To find out the temperature of the Peltier cold results using a DHT22sensor with an Arduino microcontroller with a programmed temperature that automatically turns off and on.For the breaker or automatic switch using a 5-volt relay. the use of air conditioners per day (6 hours) issubject to tariffs Rp. 3,212 and the use of air conditioners for a month (30 days) every day the use of 6 hoursis subject to tariffs Rp. 96,360, so as to enjoy a safe and comfortable atmosphere by using environmentallyfriendly and low-cost technology.

Abstract

The use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology is closely related to Cybersickness (CS), namely a feeling ofdizziness that arises due to differences in perception between what is felt and seen. Other research showthat personality and eye health can affect a person's perception thus affecting the level of CS felt. The studyaims to identify the relationship between personality and eye health on CS and make recommendations toreduce for gaming industries. The research was conducted with within-subject experimental design with twovariables, personality and eye health. The initial study made an experimental design which was followed bya pilot study to determine the minimum sample size for the study and improvements to the experiment.Furthermore, participant data was collected in the form of personality, eye health, completion time, andVirtual Reality Sickness Questionnaire (VRSQ) score. Data was collected from 36 participants and thenprocessed statistically. The data were tested for classical assumptions and searched for their relationship withthe two-way ANOVA. After knowing the existence of a relationship, a Post-hoc Test (Tukey's Test) wasconducted to find the most significant group. The results shows that there was a significant relationshipbetween personality and eye health on CS (P-Value < 0.05), where participants with introvert personalityand abnormal eye conditions are more vulnerable. From the results of the study, it is recommended thatsettings be made to reduce screen shakes, limit playing time, choose the right game, and do oculomotorexercises before playing.

Abstract

Based on the performance achievements of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, in 2023 unmanagedwaste amounted to 5,899,371.35 tons/year. The data shows that there is still a waste management process atthe upstream level that is not optimal. The downstream of waste, namely landfills, is an obstacle due toexcess capacity. It was recorded that 38 landfills burned in 2023 in a number of regions in Indonesia. Oneof the landfills that caught fire was the Sarimukti landfill located in Bandung. Before the waste is finallydumped in the landfill, the waste will transit in the TPS. The purpose of this study was to design a layout atthe Widyatama University TPS using the TPS-3R method and SNI 19-2454-2002. Observations andobservations were made in June and July 2023 at Widyatama University TPS to see the condition of wastegeneration and TPS buildings, while the observations made were measurements of the TPS area andidentification of the current layout conditions. The proposed layout design for Widyatama University TPSis divided into 5 places based on the largest waste category, namely: leaf organic waste with a size of 1 x 1.5x 1 m; food waste organic waste with a size of 1 x 1.5 x 1 m; plastic inorganic waste 1.5 x 1.5 x 1 m;cardboard / paper inorganic waste with a size of 1.3 x 1.5 x 1 m; and styrofoam inorganic waste with a sizeof 0.7 x 1.5 x 1 m. At the TPS, a mixed waste outpouring area is also made as a waste bin before sorting, then an organic waste processing area is made which contains an organic waste chopping machine, and acontainer is prepared as a storage area for residual waste.
