Abstract

Indonesia has many religious organizations according to their sects. One of the religious organizations is the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute. This religious organization has the function of uniting all people and providing real meaning in social life. There are various religious organizations, one of which is the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute or the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute. In some areas, this often causes conflict due to social disputes because the teachings of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute are considered deviant by society. One of them is in Sawoo District, where the majority join the religious organization Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute. In this case, the formulation of the problem raised is what the social interaction patterns of people who adhere to LDII teachings are with other groups of people in Sawoo District. The aim of this research is to understand the life of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute in Sawoo sub-district and analyze the interaction patterns of people who adhere to the teachings of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using literature study, observation and interviews. The results of research regarding the social interaction patterns of people who adhere to the teachings of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute, namely the interaction and life of people who adhere to the teachings of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute, namely places of worship or mosques which are specifically for the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute, if you meet someone who is not their group then it is considered impure and cleaned immediately after leaving. People's views on these teachings vary, there are those who consider this strange and not in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet, but there are also those who consider this normal because each religion and teachings are different according to their organization.

Abstract

Shaping student character is certainly the most important goal for principals to do., and every principal's leadership must have its own strategy in developing it. MTs Mabdaul Falah West Kaduara Educational Institution implements a religious program, namely Special Lessons and Hifdz Subjects. The existence of this religious program is to provide good benefits for student character shaping. The strategies implemented by the school principal play an important role in ensuring that the regulations support students' character building. The data collection mothed in this research uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis of this research uses the theory commonly used in qualitative research but with an updated theory from Miles, Hubarman and Saldana, namely Data Condensation. The results showed that the principal has implemented various effective strategies in developing religious programs at school. Including First, making clear and structured regulations. Second, the consistent application of reward and punishment system. Third, collaboration with external institutions. This strategy has three main implications. First, it becomes a facility for character knowledge for students. Second, it instills competitive and disciplined character values. Third, improving students' abilities in the field of religion.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of relationship marketing and discounts on customer satisfaction at the Penyet Kalasan Chicken Restaurant. The study adopts a quantitative approach with sampling determined using the Hair formula. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results show that relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.714 and tcount (10.054) greater than ttable (1.9804), and a significance value below 0.05. Similarly, discounts also exert a significant positive effect, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.251 and tcount (3.278) > ttable (1.9804). The joint effect of both variables is confirmed by the F-test, where Fcount (89.698) exceeds Ftable (3.07), suggesting that relationship marketing and discounts simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 60.5% of the variance in customer satisfaction is explained by these two variables, while 39.5% is attributed to other factors outside the study. These findings emphasize that customer relationship strategies and discount programs are critical drivers of satisfaction in the restaurant industry. Therefore, managers are advised to strengthen relational engagement with customers while offering attractive promotional pricing to sustain loyalty and competitiveness in a highly dynamic market.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions face intense competition in attracting public interest, requiring strong leadership to maintain their sustainability. Educational leadership serves as the primary force in shaping institutional identity, developing strategic policies, and fostering trust among stakeholders. This study explores the role of educational leadership as a key driver in increasing public enthusiasm for Islamic education. Using a library research method with a critical literature analysis approach, this study examines how leadership styles, decision-making processes, and institutional vision influence community perceptions. The findings indicate that effective educational leadership not only enhances institutional credibility but also plays a crucial role in implementing adaptive management strategies. Leaders with strong vision and transformational capabilities can foster innovation, strengthen institutional networks, and improve service quality. This study highlights the importance of leadership models that integrate Islamic values with modern management approaches, ensuring that Islamic education remains relevant and competitive in contemporary society. Strengthening leadership capacity is essential for sustaining institutional growth and expanding the reach of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study critically examines the application of bankruptcy law in Indonesia with a specific focus on debtors who still possess viable business prospects. Grounded in John Rawls’s theory of justice and Gustav Radbruch’s legal philosophy, the research evaluates whether the implementation of bankruptcy provisions promotes substantive justice or merely reinforces creditor dominance. Using a normative juridical method that combines statutory and case approaches, several landmark court decisions, including Supreme Court Decision No. 186 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2015, were analyzed to assess judicial reasoning and its implications for economic recovery. The findings reveal that Indonesian courts predominantly emphasize debt repayment, often disregarding the debtor’s potential for business continuity. The rigid structure of Article 2 of the Bankruptcy Law tends to result in premature liquidation, contrasting with rehabilitative systems such as Chapter 11 in the United States. The study concludes that legal reforms are necessary to incorporate justice-oriented and rehabilitative mechanisms that balance the interests of creditors and debtors while supporting sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Textbooks serve as primary learning resources in schools and are expected to provide accurate, structured, and comprehensive material. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the presentation of female blood material in the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics (PAI BP) textbook for grade 4 students at SD Negeri Tanjung 5 and the grade 4 fiqh textbook at MI Negeri 1 Pamekasan. Specifically, the research seeks to examine (1) the presentation of female blood material in both textbooks, (2) the similarities and differences in their content, and (3) the extent to which the formulation of the material meets students’ learning needs. This research employed a qualitative approach with library research as its design. Data were collected through documentation of primary sources PAI BP textbook (2021) and fiqh textbook (2023), as well as secondary sources from relevant literature. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that the fiqh textbook provides more detailed coverage, particularly on menstruation, including its definition, characteristics, duration, restrictions, and obligatory bathing, while also briefly addressing istihadhah and nifas. In contrast, the PAI BP textbook limits its discussion to menstruation, adopting a narrative and integrative approach that combines fiqh and biological perspectives. Both books share similarities in positioning menstruation within the puberty chapter but differ in depth, argumentation, and evaluation techniques, with fiqh offering broader conceptual-theoretical content than the more contextual narrative of PAI BP.

Abstract

This paper examines the development of State Sharia Securities (Surat Berharga Syariah Negara/SBSN) in Indonesia over the past decade, focusing on the opportunities and challenges faced in its implementation. SBSN, or sovereign sukuk, is a Sharia-compliant financial instrument issued by the government to support the financing of the State Budget (APBN) and to stimulate the growth of the Islamic financial market. Since its first issuance in 2008, SBSN has shown significant growth in terms of investor numbers, issuance value, and product diversification. The government has developed various sukuk schemes including Green Sukuk and Mudharabah Sukuk to fund strategic and sustainable development projects. This paper also highlights ongoing challenges such as dependence on budget deficits, limited underlying assets, and the need for inter-agency coordination. Nevertheless, supported by strong regulatory frameworks and Sharia rulings, SBSN has great potential to become a key instrument in inclusive and Sharia-compliant development financing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi moderasi beragama dalam sistem pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Kauman Lasem, Rembang. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis tematik (thematic analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama seperti toleransi, kerukunan, penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, dan kepedulian sosial telah diterapkan secara nyata dalam kurikulum dan aktivitas harian pesantren. Interaksi positif dengan masyarakat Tionghoa menjadi indikator utama keberhasilan moderasi tersebut, selain itu, hubungan harmonis antara komunitas pesantren dan masyarakat Tionghoa menjadi bukti nyata penerapan mederasi beragama dalam ranah pendidikan. Kesimpulan menyebutkan bahwa pesantren dapat menjadi model lembaga pendidikan yang mampu menjembatani nilai-nilai keislaman dengan semangat kebhinekaan. Kata kunci: Moderasi beragama, pendidikan inklusif, pesantren, multikulturalisme, analisis tematik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the researcher’s concern regarding the spiritual values of students in the current millennial era. Students have been influenced by culture and technological developments to such an extent that spiritual character values are becoming increasingly distant from their lives, especially in matters related to religion. This thesis discusses the inculcation of spiritual values by Islamic education teachers in improving the morals of santri (Islamic boarding school students). This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at Al-Muqri Islamic Boarding School in Prenduan. The data were obtained from teachers and students of Al-Muqri Prenduan. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data processing and analysis were carried out in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested through four criteria: credibility (prolonged engagement, increased persistence, and triangulation), transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The spiritual values of the students at Al-Muqri Prenduan are generally good; however, aspects related to self-confidence and religious commitment are still lacking and need improvement. (2) The inculcation of spiritual values by Islamic education teachers is carried out through habituation and by providing advice.

Abstract

This study investigates the legal implications of personal data misuse by telecommunication service providers, specifically in the context of prepaid SIM card registration without the data owner’s consent and the distribution of starter packs that are already active prior to consumer acquisition. Employing a normative juridical approach with a statutory perspective, the research is anchored on Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The study finds that unauthorized utilization of the National Identity Number (NIK) and Family Card Number (KK) infringes upon consumer privacy rights and may result in both material and immaterial losses. While telecommunication providers have implemented complaint handling procedures and compensation mechanisms, these measures remain insufficient to fully protect consumer data. The study emphasizes the necessity for stricter regulatory oversight, increased consumer legal awareness, and proactive compliance from service providers to ensure the confidentiality, security, and proper handling of personal data in line with statutory requirements
