Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between tradition and religion carried out by the fishing community of Pantai Kelang, Sei Naga Lawan Village. The question is asked how the tradition of sea banquets has an Islamic perspective. This paper uses the field study method to describe data clearly and in detail on a phenomenon or event. Sources were obtained through observation, documentation and interviews with village heads, sea handlers, fishermen leaders and community leaders. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that the tradition of sea banquets carried out by the fishing community of Pantai Kelang, Sei Naga Lawan Village, in practice does not conflict with Islamic sharia rules, but belief in sea ghosts or sea genies is an act of shirk. Because Islam emphasizes that sustenance and safety on the sea and on land are the sole power of Allah. The relationship between tradition and religion has sharia boundaries that must be understood by the community, especially the fishermen of Kelang Beach, Sei Naga Lawan Village.

Abstract

The most important part of an organization apart from technology and capital is human resources (HR). This is because humans themselves control other elements. This study aims to examine and determine the Implementation of the Human Resource Management Strategy at MI Darul Muta'allimin Patianrowo Nganjuk in an effort to improve the quality of education. This research is a non-statistical analytical descriptive research with a qualitative approach with a case study design. Information obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be explained that the Implementation of the Human Resource Management Strategy at MI Darul Muta'allimin Patianrowo Nganjuk in an effort to improve the quality of education has quite a positive effect on the achievements and vision and mission of the madrasa program. The positive influence is caused by several factors in the management of human resource management. However, there are also some inhibiting factors, but all of them are solvable.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort from someone who is an adult, whether a parent, teacher or individual, to someone who is considered immature in accordance with Islamic teachings (Al-Qur'an and Hadith) so that it can give rise to faith, worship and also good morals. Luqman is a person whom Allah SWT gives guidance to, a wise person whom we are implicitly commanded to emulate. Luqman is a portrait of a parent educating his child with the teachings of faith. With persuasive education, Luqman is considered a wise educator, so Allah immortalized him in the Koran with the aim of making it a lesson (ibrah) in terms of educating children. In Surah Luqman there are several concepts for children's education, namely instilling faith, instilling morals, instilling worship, and finally instilling humanism.

Abstract

The goal of moral education in Islam is to develop positive traits in humans so that their morality will develop, so that they are always open to doing good and able to distance themselves from all forms of evil. Thus, a person can become a human being who has good morals and is responsible. Meanwhile, according to the concept of Hadratus-Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul Alim Wal Muta'alim has provided an educational treatise that talks a lot about the moral education of teachers and students so that in the book we can understand and know in depth about the content of moral education properly. And he also colored education in Indonesia and among Islamic boarding schools. This research is a library research (Library Research) which is included in qualitative research. Data was collected through primary and secondary data sources after which the data was analyzed using a descriptive approach. This study states that in the book Adabul Alim wal Muta'alim, moral education is thoroughly integrated into the learning process. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari emphasized the importance of being calm and gentle for a teacher in interacting with his students. Likewise, students are expected to have morals that sincerely respect their teachers. In the context of learning, morality for students means always prioritizing learning by starting from the most important things to the depth of the discussion. The moral relationship between teacher and student actually reflects mutual respect and trust, which is built on awareness and respect between the two during the learning process. Ethics in interacting between teachers and students is considered as a real form of obedience to Allah and His Messenger. All of this shows that the harmonious relationship between the two parties cannot be separated from the spiritual values that are upheld in Islamic teachings

Abstract

Axiology is a branch of philosophy that talks about or discusses orientation or value in a life. Axiology is divided into two, namely ethics and aesthetics. Ethics is divided into two, the first is descriptive ethics and the second is normative ethics, while for aesthetics, there are descriptive aesthetics and normative aesthetics. Axiology in Islamic education is still questionable. The reason is, there are still many criminals committed by islamic education output actors. So that in this article will be presented how the implications of value education in Islamic education in order to be a reference for Islamic education stakeholders in the axiological dimension. This article uses qualitative research with library research types. Speaking of axiological (value) issues in relation to Islamic education consists of two approaches, namely ethics and aesthetics which means that all processes must have value. There are two values, namely the value of ilahiyah and insaniyah. Furthermore, the implications of value education in Islamic education can be seen from the purpose (being a person who is kamil), material (incorporated islamic teaching values), methods (sourced to the Quran and hadith), evaluation (evaluating physical and spiritual dimensions), and the role of educators (a teacher must believe, be obedient, noble in character, worthy of example).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the application of contextual learning strategies using audio-visual media in a learning process in the classroom. The learning process in the classroom is a very important thing that a teacher needs to pay attention to. The learning process must be equipped with strategies and media as tools to help the learning process run smoothly in the classroom. Contextual strategies and audio-visual media are one of the strategies and media chosen by a teacher that can be applied and used in the learning process in the classroom with the aim of making the learning process run smoothly and achieving the goals desired by a teacher and students. The existence of strategies and media can make it easier for a teacher to convey learning material well and can also be easily understood by students.

Abstract

This research aims to provide basic knowledge, especially in the world of education, so that evaluation can be carried out. This research method is literature. The data collection technique used by researchers is collecting data from various library sources, including books, journals, and results. Data analysis uses data interpretation techniques and researchers provide adequate explanations in terms of theories that are relevant to the problems faced. The results of the discussion are that educational evaluation is a form of assessment of ongoing educational performance to obtain information so that it can be used to improve educational performance. There are two functions of evaluation, namely: The general function is to prepare plans and improve and measure success. Special Functions consist of administrative, psychological, and active. Meanwhile, there are specific and general goals. The principles consist of accountability, student characteristics, pedagogical, integration, and coherence. Formative, diagnostic, and summative evaluation forms. The types include monitoring evaluation, comprehensive program, impact, planning and development, and economic efficiency.

Abstract

Financing Management is a process in optimizing existing funding sources, allocating available funds and distributing them as facilities or means of supporting the learning process so as to create an effective and efficient learning process. Education financing is an instrumental input component that is very important in preparing human resources through the implementation of education in schools. There is almost no educational effort that can be influenced by costs, so without the education process it will not work. The financial management process in schools includes: Budget planning, Strategy for finding sources of school funding, Use of school finances, Budget monitoring and evaluation and Accountability. School financial sources are: Financial sources and school financing are grouped into three, namely (1) Central and regional governments intended for educational purposes (2) Parents or students (3) Society.

Abstract

Excellent human resources are a country's greatest asset, so that this nation can easily keep up with the rapid progress of this era. Furthermore, superior human resources reflect the successful management of educational institutions in a country. This study uses a literary reflection methodology, including exploration of sources such as journals, books, and online materials. In the era of disruption that we have today, the development of human resources plays a very important role. It is not only the government's responsibility to improve the quality of human resources; The role of students is also very important. As educated individuals, students have the ability to think critically and in-depth knowledge in various fields. The hope is that with the industrial revolution 4.0 towards Society 5.0, Indonesia can follow developments that suit the needs of modern society. Abstract

Reconstructionism is a flow in educational philosophy that seeks to change old structures and create a modern cultural order. This school also aims to achieve understanding between individuals in order to regulate human life and the environment. Currently, the development of information technology has reached all levels of society, including Islamic Religious Education. In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, there are three important literacies, namely data literacy, human literacy and technological literacy. Learning in the era of revolution 4.0 can use hybrid/blended learning and case-based learning approaches. In fact, in the era of society 5.0, students can be involved in learning together with robots designed to replace the role of educators. Disruption in the world of education, especially in Islamic Religious Education, cannot be avoided. This article explores the reconstruction of Islamic Religious Education in facing the era of society 5.0. In this way, education actors and stakeholders can understand the importance of technology in Islamic education in the era of society 5.0.
