Abstract

Abstrak: Nawal el-Saadawi, an Egyptian feminist, which dismantle patriarchal culture in Egypt, through the work of the controversial novel "Woman at Point Zero" a phenomenal work because it makes the Egyptian government blocked all literary works. So el-Saadawi owns exodus to America because his life is not safe in his own country. This novel literary work is a true story of a woman named paradise. Firdaus was sentenced to hanging for killing a pimp - in this novel tells the vagaries of life. From the time of his childhood in the village, until he became a top class prostitute in the city of Cairo. He welcomed the heart punishment. Even he firmly rejected clemency to the president proposed by the prison doctor. According to paradise, it is precisely the verdict is the only path to true righteousness. Ironic. This phenomenal literary work, terms of the patriarchal system that is so powerful in the Egyptian city. Although there are much more works of el-Saadawi, who gave the feel of the uprising of a feminist Nawal el-Saadawi, as plaintiff, he was imprisoned, chased, stalked a herd of armed security guards. Abstract

Abstract: Islam always respect the dignity of a woman when being a wife and a mother when she relates in the marriage. Mutaddah woman (wife who left for dead by her husband) has prescribed period for four (4) months and ten (10) days, during which a woman must wait to not accept the (marriage) proposal and married, but must carry out the obligations and prohibitions, called the ihdad as a tribute to her husband. As for the wisdom of in infected the Iddah is to determine the void womb of a woman in keeping her nasab (descent) and her purity. Sometimes customs and culture affects a law even urf (customs) tends to be a role model. It is understood they are due commonness of a person in a nash (postulate) so it is effected to tasahul (oversimplify) in the implementation of worship and muamalah. The methodology research is used field research (case studies in the field), using a qualitative descriptive approach. However, negligence is still in the corridors of shariah, it means that most of them do not do ihdad (obligations and prohibitions) while doing his Iddah. It takes a real solution to fix and straighten understanding. Through individual approach, religious activities, the involvement of government officials, especially the Religious Courts (PA) and the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) who involved in family law issues directly; marriage, divorce and other cases.

Abstract

Abstract: Javanese is the most populous tribe in Indonesia. Javanese themselves have a culture that is still run by the Java community. In a culture that possessed the Java community, if there is disclosed a lot of wisdom values ​​therein. From the discovery of the values ​​of this wisdom, if practiced, it can improve the condition of the nation today, especially those related to moral values ​​begin to shift in society today. And in the end with improving moral values ​​of society, the civil society can realize the objectives of nation building. The purpose of this study is to raise the values ​​of Javanese cultural wisdom in creating a civil society. By using qualitative research method refers to the study of literature. Based on this study, of the values ​​of Javanese cultural wisdom is revealed there are moral values ​​which are very useful in shaping civil society.

Abstract

Abstract: Islam and Politics are like two currencies in a sense interconnected and inseparable from one another. Speaking of politics in Islam cannot be separated from the figure of the Prophet Muhammad especially related to his hijrah from Makkah to Yathrib (Medina) which is a new chapter in his leadership relay as prophet and apostle as well as a reliable political leader. He has a very strategic role as a highly respected negotiator among Medina society at that time. This is evidenced by the Medina Charter. The birth of the Medina Charter became a point of reference for the arrangement of inter-religious relations in Medina to live peacefully so that it can become a model in building inter-religious and inter-religious relations. This shows a historical fact that the religious-political values propagated by the prophet resulted in a success in bringing human civilization to a holistic-integralistic civilization. At first, Islam propagated by the Prophet Muhammad in the midst of the struggle of Arab society is a representation of the existence of a dialectic between revelation and the accompanying reality in Arab socio-cultural realm so that Islam plays a very urgent role as agent of change for growth and development Even the progress of Arab civilization at that time. In this paper will discuss the thoughts of Abdul Rashid Moten who seeks to build the ummah with the legality of the leader and his capacity as a khilafah raised by the people or peoples consensus.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper describes the stages of the implementation process of social rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents and children in conflict with the law. Social rehabilitation carried out to change the behavior of the client. The method used was qualitative research methods with descriptive studies in LPKS ABH Nganjuk. The results showed that social rehabilitation at the center of social rehabilitation, divided into eight phases of the rehabilitation process, the initial approach phase, admission, assessment, planning, intervention, implementation of interventions, resocialization, further guidance, and termination. In its implementation, there are factors inhibiting and supporting the social rehabilitation process conducted. Approach of Islamic spiritual is referred to as “Islamic psychotherapy”, it is a process of treatment and healing of mental disorders, spiritual, moral and physical victims through the guidance of Allah, Prophets, and their heirs. Therefore, Islamic spiritual approach is wider to be developed.

Abstract: The Caliphs Rashidin era is a period where the expansion of Islam is increasing, this is followed by Daula Umayyad and Abbasid Daula. Unfortunately during Uthmani Turkey is not a lot of developments in science are successfully obtained, not as much as during the Abbasid Daula. After the death of Sultan Sulayman al-Qanuni year 974 AH / 1566 AD As a huge kingdom, the Ottoman Turks gradually decline. Substitute Sultan Sulaiman al-Qanuni turned out to be more concerned with themselves, their morale even worse, so inevitably the Ottoman empire in decline. Sometimes the area is reduced due to losing the war, sometimes growing again, then decline again. This lasted until the XXI century. Mustafa Kemal Pasha was a brilliant military cadres in a career. With the concept, he wants to make Turkey a secular state that is no longer an empire. With all the efforts and the movement of his dreams come true. In 1924 the Republic of Turkey was proclaimed by Mustafa Kemal Pasha as President and as Prime Minister Ismet Inonu.

Abstract

Almost everyone recognizes that within him there is a greater force outside himself. That Power is called by various terms including themost common one is God, Dewa, Puang Matua (in Toraja), Tete Manis (in Ambon), Sang Hyang Widi and so forth. All of that shows the recognition of something that has the power and power that governs everything outside of humans (“The Supreme Beings”). Indonesia`s population is the highest Muslim religion in the world. Seeing this statement, the question that arises is “why?, what is the appeal of Islam to have lage following in Indonesia?”. To find this out, we must look at the whole starting from the history of the Indonesia, Islam’s entry into Indoensia, and its development. If you look at the history of Indonesia before Islam entered, this country is not the middle of nowhere empty, without inhabitants, and without trust. Therefore, the presence of Islam in Indonesia must experience a meeting with the beliefs of the first Hindu and Buddhist religions. This is interesting upto Islam entered into a religion that has most followers not only in Indonesia but also in the world.

Abstract

Research entitled Analysis of Poverty determinant in West Nusa Tenggara province for the period of 2010-2016. The research aims to test the influence of: (1) health as indicated by life expectancy for poverty, (2) education is indicated by Length of school average on poverty, (3) investment indicated by the formation of gross fixed capital on poverty, (4) Degree of Fiscal Autonomy towards poverty. So, refers to this aims the government of West Nusa Tenggara province can find out what interventions can be performed toward variables observed to decrease poverty rate. Research method using descriptive analysis with secondary data taken from sources that have legality in issued development data. so we can take quantitative approach to know how much influence of variable observed toward poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province period of 2010-2016.

Abstract

It is undeniable that some Indonesian Muslims comprehend Islam in radicalism perspective. They use several ways to spread this radicalism through the organization of cadres, speech in mosques that managed under their control, magazines publishing, booklet and books, and through various websites on internet. Although many people develop tendentious speculation that terrorism originates from fundamentalism and religious radicalism, but not a few who believe that the motives of radicalism and terrorism are not sourced from a single aspect. This article discusses about the propaganda (Dakwah) that is carried out by Muhammad (pbuh), Walisongo and theologian (‘Ulama). The term of dakwah is often used by Muslims who spread theirbeliefs to others There are some Muslims who engage in dakwah actively. This clearly requires a preacher to adapt the method used, especially in modern era. Such as, the first is dakwah bil kitabah, the method of dakwah by writing, either through books, newspapers or magazines. The second is dakwah bil lisan. Dakwah verbally (linguistic) such as, seminar, symposium, discussion, sermon, opened discussion, chatting etc. The third is dakwah bi al-hal. Dakwah with the act, which is expressed in action to the development of the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam multikultural menawarkan dirinya sebagai solusi dari berbagai konflik yang menggejala pada saat ini akibat dari penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian target kurikulum tertentu, serta hanya menekankan pada pengetahuan dan pencapaian nilai/angka (ranah kognitif), yang cenderung mengabaikan pembelajaran pada ranah efektif dan psikomotorik. Pesantren sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan Islam tertua di Indonesia telah ikut serta mewujudkan pendidikan Islam yang berwatak multikultural tersebut. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) melalui konsep sistem pendidikan pesantren yang digagasnya, pesantren diharapkan mampu menjadi ‘mitra’ masyarakat dalam mencetak manusia yang memiliki kepribadian yang utuh dan bulat, sekaligus menjadikan pesantren sebagai lembaga yang menjalankan sistem pendidikannya dengan corak multikultural.
