Jurnal Ilmiah Psikologi Inquiry diterbitkan secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu bulan Juli dan Desember. Saat ini Inquiry telah terindeks pada Google Scholar dan Onesearch.id.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of SERASI (Sekolah Ramah Inklusi) programme as bullying prevention programme to increase knowledge on the topic of disability and bullying. Improvement in knowledge of disability is expected to increase student acceptance on special needs students. Improvement in knowledge of bullying is expected to increase student’s helping intention as peer bystanders in bullying situation. The SERASI programme consists of disability awareness part and bullying awareness part. Nineteen participants participated for three days in six sessions. Training material covered topics about inclusive education, disabilities, simulations, bullying, role in bullying situations, the importance of bystander roles, and strategies to support bullying victims. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a within-subject design. Measurement carried three times, at before (pre-test), immediately after (post-test), and three months after (post post-test) implementation of SERASI programme. Results of statistical analysis using paired sample t-test showed significant improvement in students' knowledge on topic of disability and bullying after participated in the SERASI programme (M pre-test = 6.68; M post-test = 10.26; t = 6,026; df = 18; p = 0.000). Results of statistical analysis using paired sample t-test also showed students' knowledge on topic of disability and bullying was decreased after three months in the SERASI programme and there were no delayed effects (M post-test = 10.26; M post post-test = 8.11; t = -3.060; df = 18; p = 0.007).

Abstract

Sekolah adalah tempat untuk belajar, tempat untuk mengembangka karakter, tempat untuk belajar memahami orang lain, tempat untuk merasakan perbedaan, tempat untuk saling menolong dan menguatkan. Terdapat arah, fungsi dan tugas yang perlu ditempuh oleh sekolah sebagai organisasi. Upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan mengaktivasi budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menafsirkan profil budaya organisasi menggunakan instrumen assesment organisasi (OCAI) sebagai kunci sukses dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan kinerja organisasi SMPN 4 Sumedang. Responden adalah Guru di SMPN 4 Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep competing values framework (Cameron dan Quinn, 2006) dengan kuesioner OCAI yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tipe budaya organisasi saat ini didominasi oleh tipe clan, sementara tipe budaya yang diinginkan didominasi bertahan oleh tipe clan.

Abstract

Violence against women and children become an issue in both western and eastern countries, the abuser may come from parents, caregivers, and spouses. Emotional abuse is one of the hardest to recognize because the signs are not visible in the victims, but the impact itself can interfere with one’s development. Emotional abuse can have an effect on one's psychological well-being. The purpose of this study is to describe psychological well-being in early adult that experience emotional abuse during childhood and adolescence affects. The method of this research is case study qualitative research, the subject of the research is a 22 years old early adult woman and three informants. Technique sampling was used nonprobability sampling technique. Data collection method was interviewe. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded from six dimension, there are dimensions go well such as positive relationship with others, purpose in life, and personal growth. While in other dimensions, such as self-acceptance, autonomy, and environmental mastery are still in the process of achieving.

Abstract

Penelitian awal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kesadaran lingkungan mengenai pencemaran udara pada masyarakat yang beraktivitas di Jakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Peneliti memberikan gambaran mengenai kesadaran lingkungan yang terbagi kedalam tiga kelompok kesadaran lingkungan yaitu kesadaran lingkungan tinggi, kesadaran lingkungan sedang, dan kesadaran lingkungan rendah. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 121 responden yang beraktivitas di Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mendasarkan pada dimensi kesadaran lingkungan menurut Grob (1995) yang terdiri dari environmental knowledge dan recognition of environmental problem. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa responden dalam penelitian ini memiliki kesadaran lingkungan sedang yang mengarah ke tinggi. Untuk hasil penelitian yang lebih detail akan dipaparkan dalam pembahasan.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of authoritarian foster pattern on cyberbullying tendencies mediated by emotional intelligence in teenagers in the city of Bandung. This research used a quantitive approach with regression analysis methods with variable mediation method. The sample in this study were 341 teenagers lived in Bandung. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. The authoritarian foster pattern is measured using instruments according to Riberio (2009) which is the result of the adaptation of Cahyanuari (2018), emotional intelligence is measured using instruments according to Goleman (2016) which is the result of the adaptation of Jonta (2018), and cyberbullying is measured using instruments from Willard (2017) which is a result adaptation of Agustin. The data analysis technique used in this study was a simple regression analysis to determine the influence of authoritarian foster patterns against cyberbullying tendencies mediated by emotional intelligence. The results of this study show that emotional intelligence cannot be mediated on an authoritarian foster pattern against cyberbullying tendencies.
