Abstract

Based on the observation result, the learning system applied in SMK Negeri 1 Darul Kamal Aceh Besar, is more dominated by conventional learning. Therefore, the student activity tends to be passive. However, in the process of learning the student is less understanding the material provided by the teacher. One of the alternatives to solving the problem is by offering a PBI learning method. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of student learning motivation after learning by using PBI learning method. This research was carried out on November 13-15, 2017. The design of this research uses a real experimental research design. The population in this study is all students of SMKN 1 Darul Kamal which amount to 198 students, while the sample in this research is 22 students of class X Electronics. Technique of collecting data used observation and motivation questionnaire. Observation results showed significant improvement using RPP I, RPP II and RPP III, both observing the ability of teachers to manage learning and student activity observation. Teacher observation results at first meeting with total value of 80.62%, at second meeting with 81.85% and third meeting result increasing up to 85%. Similarly, student activity observation result from 76.42%, to 79.28%, even up to 84.28%. The result of the research by using motivation questionnaire shows that the average value of experimental class is 87,4%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the use of learning method of PBI can increase students motivation to learn "resistor value measurement" in class X Electronic SMKN 1 Darul Kamal Aceh Besar.

Abstract

To facilitate the parking of the car to be efficient parking equipment was needed by using the distance with objects. In this research, the development of prototype of car parking guide by displaying information by using centimeter or meter unit and using sound output to facilitate the user in parking their vehicle. From the analysis and testing of prototype car park guides with human voice output indicates that this prototype can give good results. Ultrasonic sensor SRF05 can work well but in the sensor distance of more than 3 meters cannot send data

Abstract

Bullying is negatif agresif character to cover and hurt someone physically or physicology continoustly to act hard to other people who is lower than him. Some parents ignore this problem because of unknowing about the result of this problem that give negative effect to their children and other people. This system will identificate early the begining bullying character for teenager by knowing the kinds of the bullying character base on rate of presentation of higest quartel who has bullying character. This system designed by using  Dempster-hafer teory to know the begining of bullying character by using basic knowledge and forward chaining technic to know more about basic knowledge. Counting of this metodh by combining some symptoms that happen on children by calculating the possibillity disturbing by rating the symptoms from 0 to 1. Implementation of this system use PHP program and My SQL database. The black box trial on the consultation modul is done by using 12 instruments of tria  and found error value 0,88 % on the system and result of the trial expert system have suitable accuration 84 % ,  so we can conclude that this expert system  for early  identification  for suspect  bullying  on teenager good for use.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada era globalisasi saat ini semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, sehingga penerapan software dalam kegiatan pembelajaran akan membuat sistem pembelajaran menjadi lebih canggih. Hasil dari observasi pada peserta didik kelas XI SMK N 2 Banda Aceh dalam kegiatan pembelajaran belum sering menggunakan software sebagai penunjang pembelajaran, sehingga peserta didik tidak memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan simulasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan diterapkan pembelajaran menggunakan media software PSIM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dan dengan pre-test dan post-test desain. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar pre-test, lembar post-test dan lembar kuesioner. Hasil dari data pada instrumen tersebut dianalisis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan kemampuan peserta didik. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perubahan hasil belajar yang signifikan yang dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test peserta didik yaitu (38.3 < 83.9), dan nilai pengaruh dari pembelajaran dengan presentase sebesar 33.4%. Sehingga dari hasil tersebut yang bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran menggunakan software PSIM ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI TITL di SMK N 2 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 is a student-centered learning, where one of them is learning project based learning that is suitable for scientific study. SMK, it is not yet available any project-based learning tool. Therefore, this study aims to produce project-based learning project which is feasible and can be used to support the implementation of the curriculum 2013 on the subjects of Operating Systems Multimedia at Class X in SMK This study uses a 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate), where the theoretical feasibility obtained through validation by experts. The data were analyzed in descriptive quantitative. Results of the assessment showed that the learning tools is feasible and can be used in learning at SMK. The theoretical feasibility of the learning tools is described as follows : (1) the syllabus of 88.25% (2) 87.5% RPP (3) Books 83.5% (4) LKS 86.75% (5) 87.5% Products LP (6) LP psychomotor 86.25% (7) items 86% (8) 89.25% student response, learning feasibility of 81.36%, as well as the achievement of competence indicator of good attitude reached 100%, while the competence indicator of knowledgemastery and skills of each student reached 100%, while the response of students reached 86.87%

Abstract

Abstrak - Salah  satu  upaya  yang  dapat  dilakukan  untuk  memprediksi  zona tangkapan ikan a d a l a h dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit. Klorofil-a dan suhu permukaan laut parameter yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi area yang berpotensi untuk penangkapan ikan. Penelitian ini untuk akan memprediksi area yang berpotensi untuk penangkapan ikan berdasarkan sebaran SPL dan sebaran klorofil-a di perairan Aceh Jaya. Dan menyajikan area potensi penangkapan ikan dalam bentuk Peta yang mudah dimengerti oleh nelayan. Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan, pengumpulan citra, pemotongan citra sesuai dengan daerah yang diinginkan, ekstrak informasi klorofil-a dan sebaran suhu permukaan laut, dan interpolasi dengan menggunakan metode Kriging. zona potensi panangkapan di perairan Aceh jaya hanya terdeteksi pada bulan November dan Desember  yang  tersebar di sepanjang pesisir pantai perairan Aceh jaya . Perairan Aceh sangat cocok dijadikan daerah untuk penangkapan ikan pada bulan November dan Desember dikarenakan pada bulan November dan Desember perairan Aceh jaya memiliki kandungan sebaran klorofil-a yang tinggi dan terdapat adanya suhu permukaan laut yang sesuai untuk penangkapan ikan yaitu antara 26 0C – 29 0C.

Abstract

Media belajar bahasa Inggris berbasis buku teks membuat suasana pembelajaran menjadi kurang menarik bagi siswa khususnya untuk anak sekolah dasar (SD). Hal ini menyebabkan transfer pengetahuan menjadi terhambat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang menarik diantaranya dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah merambah dunia pendidikan sehingga banyak sekolah telah menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar seperti penggunaan animasi visual yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran diantaranya teknologi augmented reality. Aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa inggris berbasis teknologi augmented reality menjadi solusi untuk menarik minat anak SD. Aplikasi ini memiliki 2 fitur utama yaitu pembelajaran dan quiz. Pertama siswa diberikan pengenalan terkait informasi obyek-obyek di sekitar rumah dalam Bahasa inggris, selanjutnya siswa diminta untuk mengerjakan soal dalam lingkungan teknologi augmented reality.  Aplikasi ini melakukan beberapa proses yang meliputi pembacaan simbol marker menggunakan kamera, kemudian melakukan tahapan pre Processing yaitu proses segmentasi untuk perbandingan simbol marker dengan simbol yang telah menjadi acuan sebelumnya. Bila simbol marker merupakan citra yang memiliki kemiripan dengan data referensi, maka hasil pengenalan citra itulah yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk menampilkan objek 3 dimensi. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur aplikasi ini berjalan dengan baik, serta pengguna secara umum merasa terbantu dengan adanya aplikasi ini untuk belajar Bahasa inggris bagi anak SD

Abstract

This study aims to (1) produce an  android-based Physics learning media on static fluids materials for senior high school students, (2) know whether the android-based Physics learning media is able to improve the students cognitive learning achievement viewed from the motivation. This study is kind of Research and Development. The product of the development was applied in the experiment class, while the conventional learning was applied in the control class. This study used quasi experiment method by applying the nonequivalent control-group design. This study consisted of (1) planning, (2) designing the product, and (3) developing the product. The study results of this research were that android-based physics learning media is rated good by the materials experts, media experts, Physics teachers, colleagues, and students, and stated as appropriate to be used implemented as physics learning media. Then the research concluded that  the Android-based Physics learning media is not able to improve the cognitive learning achievement viewed from the learning motivation.

Abstract

The research has been conducted to determine the effect of heavy metals on coal, where the coal comes from three different places in Indonesia. The collection and testing of samples was conducted by PT Sucofindo Padang branch. From the sample tested, the combustion energy is 6562 Kkal / Kg, 6331 Kkal / Kg and 6375 Kkal / Kg, for coal with initials A, B and C. Heavy metal testing is done using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (SSA). From the test, the biggest metal concentration is metal potassium (K) followed by other metal. From the data it can be seen that Iron (Fe), Mangan (Mn), Lead (Pb) and Potassium (K) if the concentration is large, the combustion energy is small. While the two metals of Magnesium (Mg) and Calcium (K) have no effect at all. In Aluminum (Al) and Copper (Cu) metals if the concentration is large the energy is also large.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi sudah tidak dapat dielakkan lagi begitu pula dalam bidang Pendidikan. Memaksimalkan perangkat computer yang tersedia dengan berbagai altenatif perangkat lunak (software ) aplikasi yang dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya peningkatan minat dan capaian hasil belajar. Artikel ini bertujuan mengobservasi hasil perancangan, pengembangan dan penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis perangkat lunak pada bidang elektro. Adapun bentuk media pembelajaran berbasis perangkat lunak yang banyak digunakan berupa video pembelajaran, e-learning, e-book dan simulator (perangkat lunak simulasi).
