Lipase is widely applied in various fields of industries elevating its economic value. The demand for lipase keeps increasing open up working opportunities. Isolates showing lipolytic activity obtained previously are tested for their activity on different pH mediums: 7, 8, 9, and 10; and at different temperatures. The fungi are grown on SDA medium supplemented with Olive Oil, emulsifier, Tween 80, and Rhodamine B. The experiment was made in 3 replicates and is incubated at room temperature of 30oC. Lipase activity was calculated based on the clear zone around colonies observed on day 2 and day 3 after inoculation. The result shows that those isolates are highly active on various pH at RT, and the activity slightly reduces at 30oC. This result suggests that a wide range of their applications are at room temperature when pH is a limiting factor for the applications

Synthesis and characterization of SnO2 thin films with various types of doping materials such as aluminum, fluorine and indium have been successfully carried out. This study aims to determine the effect of various types of doping materials on the quality of thin films such as the energy band gap produced. The results showed that the higher the doping concentration, the more transparent the layer formed. In addition, the optical properties of thin films such as band gap energy are affected by the applied doping. The direct and indirect values of the largest band gap energy for the percentage of 95:5% are 3.62 eV and 3.92 eV are found in the SnO2: In thin layer. Meanwhile, the lowest direct and indirect values of band gap energy are in the thin layer of SnO2:(Al+F+In) for a percentage of 85:15%, namely 3.41 eV and 3.55 eV. The greater the amount of doping given, the smaller the bandgap energy produced. In addition, the more combinations of doping mixtures (aluminum, fluorine, and indium) given, the smaller the bandgap energy produced. This shows that the quality of a thin film of SnO2 produced is influenced by the amount of concentration and the type of doping used

The development of android mobile technology has reduced student interest in learning and this will have an impact on the use of study time. Considering that this phenomenon is important to be studied in more depth, then through this study, it will be investigated the relationship between interest in learning and the use of time. The population of this study were all high school students in the city of Banda Aceh, but due to time and cost constraints, the research respondents were only taken as many as 75 students from 4 high schools in the city of Banda Aceh. Sampling using the proportional sampling method with the consideration that only classes that have implemented subject learning using online media. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire of interest and the use of learning time. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, namely descriptive and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to obtain the average data, the largest score, and the percentage. While inferential analysis is used to obtain data about the relationship between aspects of interest, aspects of time use with variables of interest and use of time. The results of data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (r_xy = 0.68) in the high and positive category and the coefficient of determination was 46.24% at a significant level of 0.05. Inference from the results of this study, teachers need to attract students' interest in learning by choosing a model or method that has been proven to be reliable, so that students are willing to manage their study time appropriately and efficiently

The purpose of this study is to determine the electron’s position expectation values and energy spectrum on the Li2+ ion on the principal quantum number n≤3. This research using literature study methods on quantum mechanics. The expectation values of the electron position and the energy spectrum of the Li2+ ion uses numerical calculations using the Matlab 2019a program. The steps in this research method include: preparation; theory development; simulation; validation of the results of theory development; results of theory development; discussion and conclusion. The results obtained in this study are the electron’s position expectation values and energy of the Lithium ion. The electron’s position expectation values indicates the presence of electrons that often appear around the x-axis by relying on the interval used. The larger the interval, the more constant the electron’s position expectation values will be and towards an almost constant value. From the analysis results, the expectation value varies in positions from 0,0001a0 to 0,1637a0. The electron energy spectrum of the Li2+ ion is inversely proportional to the square of the principal quantum number (n),E1= -122,4 eV ; E2= -30,6 eV ; E3= -13,6 eV
