Abstract

Abstract: Jakarta Provincial Government initiated the concept of integrated development Marunda towers that are intended for low-income residents who live in the area of potential flooding. Location of Marunda area located in the North Coast Jakarta potentially has access to the attainment of the region using the waterway. Procurement as a water taxi transportation facilities for residents Marunda towers insufficient capacity Marunda residents who want to use the water taxi, so it requires a regional port that connects to the towers Marunda other strategic places. Integrated port Marunda an attempt to summarize all activities and support facilities for residents surrounding the towers Marunda regional ports and traditional markets. The purpose of the planning and design of the (1) How integrated port Marunda able to provide support facilities to meet the transportation needs in the form of regional ports and primary needs, (2) How to maintain the ecological balance of the environment through the grades. Abstract

Abstract: Rest Area of Solo – Semarang Toll Road in the manner of idiomatic aesthetic aspect of Ungaran City is a side-road public space which provides resting facilities for road user to regain their fitness, and also for location signing through identity emergence. For those purposes, there are several design problems to be resolved, (1) How the space programming concept of the rest area could optimally regain the user’s fitness through building design, (2) How the building appearance concept could give information about location and identity of Ungaran City itself. The design strategy for the rest area is regaining user’s fitness by emphasizing psychological and behavioral aspect which affect the space programming of the rest area design which is focusing in facilities provision based on the psychoanalysis and circulation arrangement based on the place-centered mapping theory. Ungaran City location signing could be implemented by using the idiomatic aesthetic aspect of Kitsch, which put Gedongsongo Temple as observation object and city identity in the shape of element function diversion, object transformation as well as object veneration. Keywords: Gedongsongo Temple, Kitsch Idiomatic Aesthetic Aspect, Psychoanalysis, Rest Area

Abstract

Abstract: This facility has a purpose to improve life quality of the society by applied science and efficient technology. For that, Yogyakarta is the fine city because it has a vision to become the central of education in Indonesia supported by society of knowledge and technology. To achieve that purpose, Science Public Hall provides several main functions and activities that which are; workshop, convention, exhibition, and library. Abstract: Elderly building residential and care are a building that can accommodate the activities and needs of physical, psychological and spiritual for the elderly in Bogor Regency. Number of phenomena related to the demands of the existence of a welfare facility for the elderly in Bogor Regency, increasing the urgency of the sustainability of this building. The existence of elderly residential and care will strengthen the potential of Bogor Regency as the development of residential areas in Jakarta. Design problems that arise are how to design residential buildings and services for the elderly according to the physical and psychological condition of the elderly. Theory of behaviour in architectural design is used as emphasis to produce a comfortable and secure facility for the elderly. Utilizing open space or communal space with applying the principles of social space and theories of sociopetal space.  Applying the technical requirements of accessibility according to the physical condition of the elderly. Abstract

Abstract: Designing vocational school of department of agriculture in Klaten motivated by the National Education Department policies in order to achieve the ideal composition between the SMA and SMK 33:67 percent, demand for labor vocational graduates are relatively many, and the fact that there are opportunities in designing classrooms better than the standards set at this time. The problem is how to formulate the concept of vocational Department of Agriculture as a place that is able to accommodate a variety of activitis (teaching,laboratory stuff, sports, etc), and how to design forms an ideal class corresponding to the ergonomics of students, where the facility is located in Klaten by using the concept of green architecture in designing buildings. The method used is the method of architectural design, which begins with problem tracking, data collection and information, analysis approach to the concept, and synthesis of data. School is expected to meet the criteria for green architecture by manipulating the building in such a way so as to reduce energy use in operating the building. Keyword: ergonomics of students, green architecture, energy saving

Abstract

Abstract: Wedding Center is a place that consist a wedding services equipment and a wedding celebration facility that informs the product development of the marriage market to the general public. Aims to provide the latest information on clients and the general public who interest in matters relating to marriage and provide office space facility as a representation of many companies engaged in the field of services and management of weddings. The design concept of the building is an implementation the formation of a flexible space where provide a possibility to use a room for an assortment of characters and events and the changing to the amount of space according to the user’s need might be done without changing the structure and shape of the building. Start from Wedding Center functions that provide wedding celebration, the most important thing is the wedding activities based on the wedding characters used, wedding time and the number of invited guests who will be invited to the wedding celebration . Therefore , by using the flexibility of architecture emphasis, then the layout changing and changing of the amount of space problems can be solved by upholding the value of the marriage’s sanctity. Keywords: Wedding Center, Flexibility of Architecture

Abstract: Emha Ainun Nadjib’s house representation of human body make an effort for harmonizing public and private space, as well as the balance of human body’s appearance and function. The concept  of fairness and honesty of Cak Nun’s house resolved through tectonic architecture of YB. Mangunwijaya that concern on exposing construction, lightweight structure, small building mass and the principle of locality. Cak Nun’s house as also a cultural center where people doing arts and spiritual activism so the building should give an inspiration and good effect for the environment and society. The principle of locality affect the use of  structure and building construction, form and building orientation also the use of renewable material. Abstract

Abstract : YPAC in Surakarta is a development and rehabilitation foundation of medical, education, social and skills  rehabilitation for people with physical disabled type ( disability ) and multiple disabled type( mentally and physically ) . The foundation not only develops their talents and think abilities, but also has the ability to interact with human beings in it as well as humanistic environment. To realize YPAC which is humanist, design problems to be solved that ( 1 ) How to determine the required facilities disabled users in accordance with the specification requirements physically disabled , ( 2 ) How to determine the interior , exterior and landscaping of the building that can create an atmosphere that is friendly to the user universal and the environment in the process of rehabilitation and education . Through these problems, the design process is to apply the special needs of persons with disabilities within the city of Surakarta . Keywords: Humanits, YPAC, Physically Disabled.
