Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reaction of the capital market through abnormal returns and trading volume activity to the announcement of the policy of distributing funds of Rp200 trillion to state-owned banks (HIMBARA) announced by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia on September 10, 2025. The research was conducted with a time span for seven consecutive days before, D-day to 7 days after the announcement of the event. This study involved five banks with a total sampling method. The results of the paired t-test The results of the study indicate that there was no significant change in abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the Rp200 trillion fund disbursement policy.

Abstract

The quality of service provided by the bank is one of the factors that can attract customers. To find out how much quality of service in Islamic banking, you can use the CARTER dimensions, namely Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangible, Empathy, and Responsiveness. However, there are still complaints from customers regarding the quality of service that is not optimal. Starting from the parking facilities that are still minimal and the assumption that BPRS does not provide ATM facilities. The problem raised in this study is how the quality of service and customer loyalty at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cab. Pragaan by using the CARTER dimension, which is described in two focuses, namely: 1. How is the application of the CARTER dimension at PT BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cab. Pragaan 2. How the CARTER dimension can improve service quality and customer loyalty at PT BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cab. Pragaan. This research was designed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are branch heads, tellers, and customers. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. For data validity, researchers used observation persistence and triangulation. The results of this study are the implementation of the CARTER dimension that has been carried out at PT. Bank BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cab. Pragaan has been implemented well, this can be seen from customer satisfaction with the services provided both in terms of compliance with sharia, guarantees, reliability, physical evidence, concern and responsiveness. CARTER dimensions can improve service quality and customer loyalty at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cab. Pragaan, this can be seen from employees when providing services to customers. While customer loyalty is seen from customers making repeated purchases, customers recommending to others, talking about positive things to others and showing immunity to the pull of competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of green banking in supporting Indonesia’s transition toward a green economy through a case study at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu Adam Malik Branch. The research is motivated by climate change urgency and Indonesia’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 29% by 2030. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews and documentation. The analysis employs Edward III’s policy implementation theory and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah framework. Findings indicate that green banking has not yet been formulated as a specific product but has been integrated through digital banking services, the BYOND by BSI application, e-Emas features, and paperless systems. The implementation aligns with Islamic objectives of protecting wealth and life while supporting sustainable finance.

Abstract

Long-term education financing remains a structural challenge in the development of human resources in Indonesia, along with increasing educational funding needs and limited conventional financial sources. In this context, Islamic waqf has the potential to serve as an alternative and sustainable instrument for education financing. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic waqf particularly productive waqf and cash waqf as well as waqf governance in supporting long-term education financing in Indonesia. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by examining scholarly journal articles, academic books, waqf institutional reports, and relevant regulations. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis to examine the concepts, mechanisms, and challenges of waqf management in the education sector. The findings indicate that Islamic waqf has significant potential to strengthen education financing through productive and sustainable management of waqf assets. However, the optimization of waqf remains constrained by governance limitations, nazhir managerial capacity, and low waqf literacy. Therefore, strengthening waqf governance and developing innovative productive waqf instruments are key to positioning Islamic waqf as an inclusive and equitable source of long-term education financing.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Program “Muslim” Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kediri dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan zakat. UPZ merupakan perpanjangan tangan BAZNAS dalam menghimpun dan mendistribusikan dana zakat, infak, dan sedekah (ZIS) di lingkungan instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah muzaki dari sekitar 700 menjadi lebih dari 1.200 orang mencerminkan keberhasilan strategi penghimpunan zakat yang sistematis. Dalam aspek pendistribusian, Program “Muslim” yang meliputi Muslim Peduli, Muslim Cerdas, Muslim Sehat, dan Muslim Mandiri telah mengintegrasikan pola bantuan konsumtif dan produktif. Bantuan sosial, beasiswa, dukungan kesehatan, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui modal usaha dan gerobak jualan menunjukkan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan mustahik. Meskipun demikian, aspek sosialisasi dan publikasi program masih perlu diperkuat agar keberadaan UPZ lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Secara keseluruhan, Program “Muslim” dinilai efektif dalam mendukung optimalisasi pengelolaan zakat secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Isu perubahan iklim yang kian mendesak telah menuntut dunia untuk melakukan transisi menuju ekonomi hijau yang berkelanjutan. Namun, proses transisi ini masih menghadapi hambatan besar berupa kesenjangan pendanaan yang signifikan, di mana kebutuhan dana untuk proyek ramah lingkungan jauh melebihi ketersediaan sumber pembiayaan global. Dalam konteks ini, keuangan syariah hadir dengan menawarkan solusi inovatif melalui instrumen Green Sukuk dan Green Waqf . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi serta sinergi antara kedua instrumen tersebut sebagai model pembiayaan berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis berbasis studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Green Sukuk berperan dalam memobilisasi investasi berskala besar, terutama dari investor institusional maupun ritel, sedangkan Green Waqf mengumpulkan modal sosial melalui kontribusi filantropi masyarakat. Kombinasi keduanya menciptakan ekosistem pembiayaan yang lebih kokoh: Green Waqf dapat menjadi sumber awal pendanaan proyek sosial-lingkungan, sementara Green Sukuk memperluasnya ke skala yang lebih besar. Meskipun implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama terkait regulasi dan literasi publik, bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa Green Sukuk dan Green Waqf telah berkontribusi nyata terhadap pencapaian SDGs, khususnya SDG 7 (Energi Bersih dan Terjangkau), SDG 13 (Aksi Iklim), serta SDG 15 (Ekosistem Daratan). Dengan demikian, sinergi keduanya menawarkan model pembiayaan yang kuat, etis, dan relevan untuk mendukung agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan global

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the community of Jumat Village in managing waqf land for Islamic education through Madrasah Aliyah Muslim Cendikia, to analyze its contribution to adolescent behavior, and to identify the challenges faced in its management. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design focusing on social phenomena in Jumat Village, Talang Empat District, Bengkulu Tengah Regency, Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the chairperson of the foundation, teachers, alumni, village officials, and community members. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that the community has played an active role from the initial waqf process and construction stage to the ongoing management of the madrasah through mutual cooperation, financial support, voluntary services, and social supervision. This participation supports the sustainability of Islamic education and has a positive impact on the moral development and behavior of adolescents. The challenges identified relate to limited funding and resource support in optimizing waqf management.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on the continuance intention of users of the iKISI application for sharia stock investment. The population in this study consists of iKISI investors. The method used is quantitative. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 investor respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 31.The results show that partially, performance expectancy and social influence do not have a significant effect on the continuance intention of iKISI application users. In contrast, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions are proven to have a positive and significant effect on continuance intention. Simultaneously, the four independent variables significantly influence continuance intention. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.265 indicates that the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions are able to explain 26.5% of the variation in continuance intention, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables outside the research model.These findings indicate that the ease of using technology and the availability of supporting system facilities are important factors in encouraging the continued use of the iKISI application for sharia stock investment.

Abstract

The development of app-based food delivery services is driving increasingly fierce competition, requiring companies to maintain customer trust and satisfaction to increase repeat orders. This study aims to reveal the influence of honesty, transparency, and service quality on repeat orders among GrabFood users in Bengkulu City. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to GrabFood users in Bengkulu City and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed an R-Square value of 0.359, indicating that 35.9% of the Repeat Order variable on GrabFood (Y) is influenced by Honesty (X1), Transparency (X2), and Service Quality (X3), while the remainder is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, honesty, transparency and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on repeat orders on GrabFood because it has a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, but partially only service quality is significant. It is recommended that future research examine other factors that may influence repeat orders, such as price, promotions, or customer satisfaction, which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service strategy for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, service quality, and reputation-building efforts of PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri as a Hajj and Umrah travel agency. The research employed a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving managers, supervisors, customer service staff, and Umrah pilgrims. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri implements a systematic service strategy, starting from service planning at the registration stage, transparent package information, well-planned departure schedules, and continuous evaluation through communication with pilgrims. The service quality meets the SERVQUAL dimensions, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, contributing to pilgrim satisfaction and comfort. Reputation building is achieved through regulatory compliance, professional service delivery, consistency between promises and service realization, and the implementation of sustainable social responsibility programs. These results demonstrate that the integration of service strategy and service quality plays a crucial role in building and maintaining corporate reputation in a sustainable manner.
