Abstract

Halal tourism is one of the sectors that has experienced rapid development in recent years, along with the increasing awareness of Muslim communities regarding the importance of tourism services that comply with Islamic principles. This study employs an associative/causal research design, which aims to examine the relationship as well as the influence between two or more variables. In this research, the independent variables consist of muamalah (X1), worship/ibadah (X2), and morality/akhlak (X3), which are analyzed for their effects on the dependent variable, namely MSME income (Y).This study adopts a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that based on the partial test (t-test), the variables of muamalah, worship (ibadah), and morality (akhlak) each have a significant effect on MSME income. The muamalah variable has a t-value of -5.596 with a significance level of 0.000, the worship (ibadah) variable has a t-value of 4.955 with a significance level of 0.000, while the morality (akhlak) variable shows the most dominant influence with a t-value of 47.630 and a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the 4P marketing strategy (product, price, place, promotion) towards achieving the target of Umrah departure seats: the SWOT approach at PT. Berkah Utama Tour & Travel Bengkulu. This type of research is field research uses a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques use SWOT analysis. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the strategy used by PT. Berkah Utama Tour & Travel Bengkulu is quite effective in achieving the target of Umrah departure seats. Products with various choices, competitive prices, strategic locations, and online and offline promotions. The results of the internal factors SWOT analysis of PT. Berkah Utama Tour & Travel Bengkulu possesses several strengths, including legality, the KSA team, an extensive branch network, and ownership by six partners. and a 13-day flagship package. However, there are weaknesses in price perception and the package options. External factors of opportunity have good relationships with pilgrims, and it is one of the companies that is quite developed. Threats faced include the pilgrims' congregation still lacking knowledge regarding key factors to consider when choosing a travel agency, as well as intense competition among Umrah travel agencies.

Abstract

Tolak ukur kualitas pelayanan dapat dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan pasien, semakin sempurna kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan semakin meningkat pula nilai standar dari mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan daya tanggap perawat dengan kepuasan pasien. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah populasi sebanyak 850 pasien sedangkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden menggunakan rumus Sloving. Hasil penelitian yaitu kualitas pelayanan daya tanggap perawat tertinggi yaitu kategori baik sebanyak 78 orang sedangkan kepuasan pasien tertinggi yaitu kategori puas sebanyak 78 orang dengan nilai nilai signifikan 0,000. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan daya tanggap perawat dengan kepuasan pasien gawat darurat di UGD RSUD DR. M.M Dunda Limboto. Saran untuk pihak rumah sakit agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada pasien dengar cara memberikan edukasi pada perawat, agar kepuasan pasien untuk berobat di RSUD DR. M.M Dunda Limboto meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran ekonomi hijau dalam mewujudkan ekonomi sirkular yang berkelanjutan pada UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi proses produksi, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal, serta dokumentasi, sehingga memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai penerapan prinsip ekonomi hijau dan praktik ekonomi sirkular pada UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip ekonomi hijau menjadi pendorong utama praktik ekonomi sirkular melalui penggunaan bahan baku secara efisien seperti ikan dan tepung, penghematan energi dalam kegiatan pengolahan, serta pengurangan limbah organik dan anorganik yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi dan pengemasan. Sementara itu, limbah yang berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan kembali, seperti sisa bahan organik, dapat diolah menjadi produk turunan atau dikelola melalui kemitraan dengan pihak pengolah limbah, sehingga mengurangi beban pembuangan dan meningkatkan nilai tambah. Namun, implementasi ekonomi sirkular masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi sederhana, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan limbah, serta terbatasnya jejaring kolaborasi dengan pihak ketiga. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program pendampingan UMKM dan penerapan standar operasional yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of halal labeling on food and beverage products among MSMEs in Bengkulu City, identify internal and external factors influencing business owners' decisions to obtain certification, and examine its impact on consumer trust and product competitiveness. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and field research methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants consisted of seven MSME owners who had undergone the halal certification process. The findings reveal that most business owners have a good understanding of halal certification procedures, although technical assistance is still needed. Internal factors such as capital readiness, commitment, and awareness, along with external factors including market trends and consumer demand, influence decision-making regarding halal certification. The implementation of halal labeling has shown a positive impact by increasing consumer confidence, strengthening product competitiveness, and enhancing market opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risk management faced by prospective Umrah pilgrims, particularly victims of Umrah Package fraud in Talang Tinggi Village, Seluma Regency, this study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of prospective Umrah pilgrims, fraud victims, and umrah travel agencies. The result show that prospective Umrah pilgrims face various risk, including administrative, operational,legal, economic, social, and psychological risks. The most dominant risks are economic and legal risks, which cause financial losses and uncertainty about departure. The implementation of risk management is carried out through the stages of identification, analysis, evaluation, and risk mitigation. Recommended strategies include increasing pilgrim literacy regarding travel legality, transparency ind fund management, strengthening internal coordination of travel agencies, and emotional support for victims. The impelentation of appropriate risk management is expected to minimize the potential for fraud and increase protection for prospective Umrah pilgrims

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Recruitment, Green Development, and Green Employee Relations on Employee Engagement at the National Sharia Bank (BSN) Bengkulu Branch Office, while raising the issue of the importance of integrating sustainability values ​​in strengthening employee engagement. The study uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 39 employees, with a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population was used as a sample. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that each variable Green Recruitment, Green Development, and Green Employee Relations partially influences Employee Engagement. Simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement with a significance value of <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.674 indicates that 67.4% of the variation in Employee Engagement can be explained by the three independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the research model. These findings confirm that strengthening sustainability-based Green Human Resource Management practices plays a strategic role in increasing engagement, loyalty, and work enthusiasm of Islamic banking employees.

Abstract

Perkembangan produk keuangan syariah di Indonesia mendorong lahirnya kartu kredit syariah sebagai instrumen pembayaran nontunai modern yang mengintegrasikan beberapa akad (multiakad), yaitu ijarah, kafalah, dan qardh. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang berfokus pada satu akad atau kartu kredit konvensional, penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi multiakad secara komprehensif dalam kartu kredit syariah serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip syariah, seperti transparansi, keadilan, dan perlindungan harta (hifz al-mal). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sinergi antarakad, mekanisme biaya dan kompensasi, serta dampak sosial-ekonomi kartu kredit syariah bagi pengguna dan lembaga keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka deskriptif-analitis terhadap jurnal akademik, fatwa syariah (DSN-MUI), dan publikasi relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad ijarah menghasilkan pendapatan melalui biaya jasa, kafalah berfungsi sebagai mekanisme penjaminan dengan kompensasi yang diperbolehkan, dan qardh menyediakan pembiayaan tanpa bunga sehingga memperkuat kepatuhan syariah. Selain itu, biaya keterlambatan pembayaran (ta’widh) dialokasikan untuk program sosial yang bermanfaat. Implikasi kebijakan menekankan pentingnya transparansi biaya, manajemen risiko yang efektif, dan edukasi pengguna guna meminimalkan risiko utang berlebihan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem pembayaran syariah yang adil, efisien, dan bertanggung jawab secara sosial. Kata kunci: kartu kredit syariah, multiakad, ijarah, kafalah, qardh

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi di bidang keuangan telah mendorong pergeseran sistem transaksi dari pola pembayaran konvensional menuju mekanisme digital, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan dompet elektronik (e-wallet). Meskipun demikian, tingkat pemanfaatan e-wallet oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) masih dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang berkaitan dengan persepsi serta kecenderungan perilaku pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi keamanan digital, pengaruh lingkungan sosial, serta persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat UMKM dalam mengadopsi e-wallet di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sebanyak 100 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS melalui tahapan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi keamanan digital, pengaruh sosial, dan kemudahan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet, baik secara individu maupun secara bersama-sama. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa jaminan keamanan, dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar, dan kemudahan dalam pengoperasian sistem menjadi determinan utama dalam meningkatkan adopsi e-wallet di kalangan pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

PT Jasa Marga is a large company operating in Indonesia, contributing to the construction and management of toll roads, and is known as one of the companies included in the blue chip category with LQ45 shares. Thus, this company can not only function as an infrastructure provider but can also be used as an investment instrument in the Indonesian capital market. This study uses the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model to predict the daily stock price of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. In previous studies, it showed the presence of heteroscedasticity in the residual model. However, in this latest study, using the latest data from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2025, which showed no identified heteroscedasticity, so the use of the ARIMA model alone is considered sufficient. The research findings indicate that the most optimal model is ARIMA(0,1,1) which is selected based on the smallest AIC and significant parameters. The purpose of this study is to obtain more accurate, stable, and representative forecasting results regarding the dynamics of stock price movements. Forecasting was conducted using two methods to measure accuracy: the Prediction-to-Actual Ratio and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), which serves as an academic benchmark. The MAPE value obtained was 1.916%, indicating excellent forecasting results, as it was below 10%.
