Abstract

This article aims to describe the efforts to improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an teachers in the New Normal Era at SD Negeri 3 Bandar Agung. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the teacher's ability to read Al-Qur'an could be improved through the application of the Al-Qur'an learning habit method with peer guidance, the use of in-formal educational institutions and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The positive contribution of this article can provide information to the wider community about the implementation of strategies to improve reading skills of the Qur'an that are suitable for a teacher.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan buat mengenali model kepemimpinan transformasional yang digunakan dalam penyusunan model kepemimpinan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah( MI). Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur kualitatif dengan melaksanakan penelitian kepustakaan. Cara pengumpulan informasi terdokumentasi yang diperoleh dari bermacam sumber antara lain novel, dokumen serta jurnal nasional terpaut model kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil riset ini menampilkan kalau model kepemimpinan transformasional bisa meningkatkan model kepemimpinan negara Islam (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI)), jadi lebih baik serta lebih peka terhadap transformasi serta pertumbuhan era serta iptek, dan sanggup menyesuaikan diri dengan peristiwa terbaru ataupun peristiwa yang hendak tiba. Abstract

This article aims to determine the ethics of online business communication from the perspective of Islamic law. The research method used in this study is library research (library research) with a philosophical juridical approach, namely using the rules of Islamic law in online business practices during the covid 19 pandemic. The results show that Islamic law has regulated ideal business communication and good, by applying the basic principles of Qaulan adidan (true words), Qaulan balighan (effective and on target), Qaulan ma'rufa (kind words), Qaulan mansura (easy words), Qaulan layyina (weak words gentle), Qaulan karimah (noble words). The expected positive impact in this study is that every e-commers must provide online and communicative services to consumers, taking into account the needs proposed by consumers, especially those who have limited the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the efforts of Posbakum in providing services at the Metro Religious Courts during the new normal period. Posbakum is an institution that provides legal assistance services for people seeking justice who are economically unable to pay for advocate services facilitated by the state in every Religious Court/Shari'ah Court. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Posbakum continued to provide services online or offline by implementing health protocols, namely: Implementing physical distancing, Requiring wearing masks, Encouraging to wash hands, Installing transparent hijabs, Restricting service hours. So that the judicial process and services to the justice-seeking community can still run according to procedure.

Abstract

Abstrak This research is to find out the implementation of leadership in Indonesia in the new normal era with the approach of prophetic character values of the prophet Muhammad saw. Data analysis is done through description on the prophetic properties of the prophet Muhammad saw. Methods are conducted through descriptive qualitatives, with empirical data and library studies. That the leaders needed by the People of Indonesia can be categorized as 4 types, 1), loved leaders; 2), a trustworthy leader; 3), guiding leader; and 4) personality through transformational, visionary nature and high work ethic. This research can contribute as information characteristics of leaders that people want in the new normal era today.

Abstract

This study aims to describe, reveal, and find the dominant factors of multiple intelligence-based learning management in improving learning achievement in the field of life skills. The focus of this research is on planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative design with a naturalistic approach and based on constructivism, which views reality as having multiple dimensions, data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The results of this study conclude that multiple intelligence-based learning management is very effective for fulfilling students' life skills, that each student can develop their respective types of intelligence in various ways, intelligence is not only limited to IQ, but there are other intelligences including linguistic intelligence, Mathematical logic, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Learning management based on multiple intelligences begins with MIR (multiple intelligences research for each new student as the basis for preparing lesson plans. The learning implementation is preceded by apperception containing alpha zones in the form of special greetings, fun stories, ice breaking, or singing. The core activities consist of exploration, elaboration, and singing). confirmation, apperception exploration in the form of warmer, pre-teach, and scene setting, elaboration containing learning strategies and methods, while confirmation in the form of teacher and student questions and answers to determine lesson acceptance, Evaluation by means of authentic assessment which includes three domains of knowledge (cognitive) consisting of tests daily, UTS, UAS, annual test, attitude (affective) assessment of teachers, self, friends, and anecdotal records, assessment of skills (psychomotor) in the form of performance (performance), work (product), and making projects (project). The obstacle to learning management based on Multiple Intelligences is changing the paradigm a teacher, making lesson plans, choosing varied learning strategies, and conducting authentic student assessments.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang sudah berlangsung selama satu tahun lebih menyebabkan munculnya dampak yang diakibatkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya dalam bidang kesejahteraan sosial yang dimana permasalahan tersebut dapat ditangani dengan ZIS online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui dampak COVID-19 di bidang Kesejahteraan Sosial, (2) Keefektifan ZIS online dalam menangani permasalahan Kesejahteraan Sosial. Metode penlitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) dampak dari COVID-19 adalah menurunnya pendapatan UMKM dan transportasi online, (2) Banyaknya buruh yang terkena PHK menjadi pengangguran dan tidak memiliki rumah, (3) ZIS online efektif menanggulangi permasalahan kesejahteraan sosial.

Abstract

Abstract This research is to find out the role of TPQ teachers in fostering children's morals, especially in Braja Indah village, Braja Selebah district, East Lampung. Morals are a measure of one's faith. To achieve moral perfection, coaching is needed. The coaching is not only carried out by formal and informal institutions, but also non-formal institutions in the community, namely TPQ. This is where the role of the teacher lies, one of which is in the Al-Qur'an Education Park. TPQ teachers are educators from non-formal educational institutions who teach the ability to read and write the Qur'an as well as teach knowledge about worship, faith, and morals. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with empirical data from observations and interviews. That the role of the TPQ teacher is as 1) the role of the TPQ teacher as a role model/model for children, 2) the teacher familiarizes children with good character, 3) the teacher as a supervisor and 4) the teacher as a child advisor. Keywords: The Role of TPQ Teachers, Children's Morals ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru TPQ dalam membina akhlak anak khususnya di desa Braja Indah Kecamatan Braja Selebah Lampung Timur. Akhlak menjadi tolak ukur keimanan seseorang. Untuk mencapai kesempurnaan akhlak, dibutuhkan adanya pembinaan. Dalam pembinaan tersebut tak hanya dilakukan oleh lembaga formal dan informal saja, melainkan juga lembaga non formal yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat, yakni TPQ. Disinilah letak peran guru salah satunya di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an. Guru TPQ adalah tenaga pendidik dari lembaga pendidikan non formal yang mengajarkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an juga mengajarkan pengetahuan tentang ibadah, akidah, dan akhlak. Metode yang digunakan melalui kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data-data empiris observasi dan wawancara. Bahwa peran guru TPQ adalah sebagai 1) peran guru TPQ sebagai Tauladan contoh/model bagi anak, 2) Guru membiasakan anak berakhlakul karimah, 3) Guru sebagai pengawas dan 4) Guru sebagai penasehat anak. Kata Kunci: Peran Guru TPQ, Akhlak Anak

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan madrasah di dalam pesantren menurut K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustrakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku-buku tentang biografi K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari, buku karya K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari dan jurnal ilmiah. Kemudian data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa pemikiran yang ditawarkan oleh K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari yang identik dengan pengelolaan pendidikan madrasah di pesantren. Terdapat pada empat konsep : pertama, tujuan pendidikan adalah ibadah mengharap rida Allah Swt. untuk kebahagaian di dunia dan akhirat, mendidik calon ulama yang menguasiai pengetahuan umum (ulama intelektual) dan sarjana dalam bidang pengetahuan umum yang juga menguasai pengetahuan Islam (intelektual ulama). Kedua, Akhlak pendidik dan peserta didik. Ketiga, kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran terkait pengetahuan agama dan pengetahuan umum/IPTEK, dengan metode wetonan dan sorogan, metode hapalan, muhawarat, dan metode mudhaharat. Keempat, evaluasi terkait tes lisan, tertulis, dan pengamatan.

Abstract

Memiliki anak merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pernikahan. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, memiliki keturunan tidak lagi menjadi tujuan dalam pernikahan. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kedudukan childfree (keengganan untuk memiliki keturunan) dalam kerangka hukum Islam dengan menggunakan teori maqashid al-syari'ah dan maslahah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Childfree by choice pada dasarnya diperbolehkan karena hukum dasar perkawinan juga diperbolehkan. Childfree diperbolehkan dalam kondisi maslahah dharuriyyat. Childfree tidak diperbolehkan dengan alasan yang bertentangan dengan maqashid al-syari'ah.
