Abstract

Kiai as a guardian in marriage is a phenomenon that is not uncommonamong Islamic societies, especially in rural communities that tend tostudy Islamic law through the books of fiqih salaf, which until now stillcause pro-cons among the kiai / Scholars and other Islamic societies.The issue discussed in this paper is the argument of the legality of kiaias a guardian in marriage without the guardian of Islam accordingto Islamic law and the legislation in Indonesia, in order to explain thekiais argument as a guardian in marriage, to explain the legal basisarising from the kiai as the guardian in Marriage under Islamic lawand legislation.The results of this study indicate that the kiais law as a guardian inmarriage without guardian nasab, marriage is considered unlawfulaccording to laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia andillegitimate according to jumhur ulama, because the guardians whoshould carry out are the judges and not the kiai.Keywords : Legality of Kiai, Marriage, Guardian of Marriage

Abstract

Education is often measured by changes in external human being, physical and matrial which is to increase the satisfaction of human needs. Therefore, todays educational products trying to make an intelligent and skillful human being, but do not have a soul awareness and a sense of other human beings. This was caused the implementation of education contrary to to the pragmatic measures that have been contaminated by Western ideas of education. In the context of Islam, the function of education will not be achieved when education being offered only human being capable of creating a master of science and technology. Exemplary method in Islamic education is the most convincing methodthat has in fluenced to a great deal the success of character buildingof students such as moral, spiritual and social. Lack of role model amongeducatorsin practiceing Islamic values is seen as oneof the factor scontributing to a moral crisis. Abstract

The style of Islamic studies at the Islamic higher education, namely: a varietyof Islamic studies is no longer bound or tend to side with one particularmadhhab; patterned Majlisi, the privilege of this orientation is a priorityto uniformity and stability of the people; patterned campus, characteristicfeature of this orientation is the campus life characterized by the dominanceof independent thinking; campus pattern to be developed in the Islamichigher education so that students can be more active in expressing theiropinion; Islamic studies at the Islamic College coupled with the introductionof modern sciences, both social sciences and natural sciences.Character of Islamic studies at the Islamic higher education is more orientedtoward mastery of the material substance and possession of the treasures ofIslamic scholarship, which will then be followed by practice of the teachingsof Islam which has learned. Abstract

The being of Islamic igures in Indonesia in past becomes important in thehistory of Islamic world. There is main chain which is connecting amongIndonesian Islamic igure and others especially in Middle East. This mainchain particularly to the relation of geneology science of Middle East,especially in Makkah-Madinah, until becomes igure who has a reputationand network level-world.One of the Islamic Nusantara’s igures who has a important role in thereligious living in this country is Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari. From mainchain side of knowledge, he belongs with ‘the graduate of Middle East.’ Inthis point, it becomes important to go along how the construct of ArsyadAl-Banjari’s thought is, as in his work (kitab). This investigation of coursewill engage ‘the biographic side’ from the igure, including geneology ofknowledge and also science posture which is taken when it is closed to thereality of the society.The thought of al-Banjari about marital law, especially in his kitab, an-nikah. This kitab speci ically examines the marriage with the systematicfrom marital law, essential principles, till the break of marriage includingthe detail in each contain. In that kitab, the law that al-Banjari offers,‘almost’ all of them adopt from Fiqh Sya i’iyyah.Keywords: thought of law, kitab al-nikah

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menulis wacana naratif. Hal – hal yang dianalisis meliputi: (1) Isi Gagasan yang dikemukakan, (2) Organisasi Isi, (3) Tata Bahasa, (4) Gaya : Pilihan Struktur dan Kosa Kata, (5) Ejaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran secara faktual mengenai tingkat kemampuan menulis wacana naratif , Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut di atas, penulis menggunakan metode: Kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara memggambarkan serta menganalisis kemampuan membuat wacana naratif siswa berdasarkan pada kaida bahasa indonesia yang baik dan benar serta sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan wacana naratif yang baik terutama dalam penggunaan wacana naratif siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks dan motivasi belajar siswa pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan menerapkan metode kooperatif tipe picture and picture. Tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Multimedia 1 SMKN 5 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur penelitian adalah model spiral yang saling berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode kooperatif tipe picture and picture dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks pada siswa kelas X Multimedia 1 SMKN 5 Bandar Lampung dari pratindakan ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hal itu ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan: (1) motivasi siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II yang cukup signifikan; (2) rata-rata nilai keterampilan menulis siswa, yaitu dari 50 pada pratindakan menjadi 72,07 pada siklus I, dan 82,07 pada siklus II. Abstract

Kompetensi kepala Sekolah dalam supervisi pengajaran mengikuti tahapan-tahapan. Tahap perencanaan awal, pelaksanaan observasi, dan tahap akhir (diskusi balikan). Teknik-teknik supervisi pengajaran yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah adalah: 1) Teknik supervisi individu, 2) Teknik kelompok, 3) Supervisi klinis yaitu dengan kegiatan: tahap perencanaan awal, tahap pelaksanaan observasi, dan tahap akhir (diskusi balikan). Tindak Lanjut hasil supervisi Kepala Sekolah adalah melakukan pembinaan dan mengevaluasi berdasarkan catatan-catatan hasil kunjungan kelas terhadap guru setiap tahun, dan membuat program pembinaan guru pada tahun berikutnya. Kesempatan untuk ikut secara aktif dalam kegiatan musyawarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP). Pelatihan-pelatihan baik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah maupun pemerintah pusat atau instansi lainnya. Hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi yang ditemui oleh Kepala Sekolah adalah: (a) Rendahnya kompetensi sebagian supervisor yang ditunjuk, (b) Adanya kegiatan di luar jadwal supervisi yang tidak direncanakan, dan (c) Sulit merubah kebiasaan lama. Dalam hal lain seperti hubungan komunikasi antara kepala Sekolah dan guru kadang-kadang terjadi sedikit otoriter. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah, Supervisi, Evaluasi

Abstract

Religious discourse is a sequence of related sentences, and relates one proposition to another proposition, thus forming a unified language of religion. Religious discourse is influenced by the age level, the development of psychological aspects, including the development of thinking. Adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood. In addition, as a search for self-identity especially related to religion. Like teenagers in general, Afi Nihaya Faradisa also wrote his religious anxiety that became viral on Facebook. The purpose of this study is actually to see the religious discourse of adolescents in social media, using a qualitative approach, discourse analysis van Dijk model. Van Dijk divides his discourse into three dimensions: text dimension, social cognition, and social context. There is one Afi writings that the author thoroughly titled Inheritance. The result found that Afis writing took the perspective of a teenager who wrote about religion on facebook themed pluralism, mysticism, convergence, religious conflict and nationalism. Afis writing also sparked debate in Indonesian society. Afis writing is not born positivist but constructivist, because it is built by the understanding of writing of others. The implications of this study are to see how a teen considers religion and government steps in guarding youth religious behavior. Keywords: Religious, youth, media, discourse analysis
