Abstract

Total quality managent is a proces of continuously improvement done by a school in getting shool quality. Manager has important role in cloing, implementry TMQ in the school. The head master need to understand TMQ as a philosophy, method, techniqve and strategy of managent to improve school quality because the way of school organization work is always assessed by communites howdays TMQ in education aspect plees the students as cliens so that students idea must be included in every strategy dieision making school organization. Besides,the head master is not the main mass in improving the quality, but every one given responsibility is a manager and having a right to take a decision in every their responsibility

Abstract

On the principle of marriage in Islam is monogamy. But in reality, due to various reasons, polygamy is still carried out. Polygamy in Islam is not an duty, but a choice. A husband permitted have polygamy should meet the requirements specified, one of which is having the ability to give a living. Requirement is also contained in UU No. 1 of 1974 Article 5 Paragraph (1) letter b. Then how to balance the law which is usually used judges court of religion, especially about the terms of the ability of the husband to give a living, for deciding the case of polygamy has been in accordance with Islamic law or not? This study wants to answer, the standard of whether the Court of Religion used to measure the ability of the husband in giving a living?

Abstract

Al-Ghazali owned the big contribution in order to develop good educator profile and as according to syari'at Islam. This Matter was seen from How Imam al-Ghazali gave the congeniality, condition, civil obligation and duty which was in line with demand or Islam teaching, both for educator.        So that operationally, its concept can be applicated and made as a reference alternative for a educator now, especially in scope of Islam education itself, but has to use the new approach form and also needed a completion which is in line with the growth and epoch progress.

Abstract

Increasing of the rate of poverty, unemployment and imbalance of economy are the problem urgely to be handled. The competent human resources is a indicator of success of progressive country. A little of enterpreneur in a region, draws a low power to compete. To make a progress of good to compete, the joining teachers to be more active in giving motivation to be enterpeneur for their students. The scholars after graduating needed to be more inovative and creative in the matter of developing theirself, so that it can be relied on being created the job vacancy in order to the growing of economy in region will be developed and the rate of poverty will be decreased.

Abstract

The development of the techology of information and communication hasin luenced the aspect of human living. That development can be seen from the kind of education which is based on technology. Applying technology of information and communication (TIK) is inally shown to the learning method in the schools and universities. One of the applications of the role of technology of information and communication in supporting to the learning process is by using blog.Blog is the application which is free of charge that can be used as one online-learning media. There are steps that need to be run in its developing: 1) making email; 2)making blog account; 3) making project menu, pro ile, download and information or according to necessary; 4) adapting with the level of learning.Developing blog as a media of Islamic learning in university is hoped to increase the understanding of Islamic learning in the level of university, also able to increase the knowledge of internet technology in this context of developing blog.

Abstract

            More recently, Indonesian education is facing many complex problems in which the root is the emergence of dichotomy between religious and science subjects. From that circumstance, it is strongly needed to have a fundamental concept to combine those two discrepant subjectsthrough?integration concept?.Curriculum integration is originally derived from ?integrated curriculum?.This terminology is a curriculum model that can integrate skills, themes, concepts, and topics, which lies under various frameworks:within single discipline, across several disciplines, and within and across learners.             Theoretically, the integration between religious and sciencesubjects is the concept that erasesdichotomy between these subjects. Despite from such advantegous sides, webbedmodel is, in fact, still considered to be the most suitable one used in learning process at elementary schoolsincethis model is designed as suited as possible with either theclassroom condition or the students. Besides, webbed model promotes phases to improve and foster values, which, consequently, needs many suggestions and acknowledgement from other partieswithin its learning process.             In terms of its actual application, webbed model is not separatedwith the principle of curriculum integration which combines certain aspects including skills, themes, concepts, and topics. As a result, through this research, there will be final products; comprise of syllabus and lesson plan integrated and/or in accordance withthe principle of curriculum integration.

Abstract

Pernikahan dalam Islam pada dasarnya menganut asasmonogami,karena asas tersebut lebih dapat menjaminterpenuhinya hak-hak istri. Namun demikian, Islammemperbolehkan suami melakukan poligami, disertai dengansyarat-syarat yang ketat, yaitu kemampuan suami berlaku adilterhadap para istrinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekualitatif lapangan (field research). Metode pengumpulandata yang digunakan adalah: Wawancara, observasi dandokumentasi. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan adalahteknik analisa data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: implementasi konsepadil dalam berpoligami di Desa Sumberrejo, KecamatanBatanghari, Kabupaten Lampung Timur belum sepenuhnyasesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Kriteria adil yang belum sesuaidengan ajaran Islam adalah kriteria adil dalam hal pemberiantempat tinggal yang sepadan kepada masing-masing istri,tanpa membedakan latar belakang masing-masing itri, baikistri yang kaya, maupun istri yang miskin. Demikian puladalam hal pembagian hari, tidak dilakukan secara samakepada masing-masing istri, tetapi berdasarkan keinginansuami. Hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yangmenekankan bahwa pembagian hari tidak hanya mengacu kepada pemenuhan kebutuhan biologis suami atau istri, tetapiperwujudan kasih sayang dan perhatian suami. Adapun dalamhal pemberian nafkah belanja sehari-hari diberikan sesuaidengan kemampuan suami dan kebutuhan istri. Hal tersebutsejalan dengan pendapat jumhur ulama (Maliki dan Hanafi)yang mengatakan bahwa pemberian nafkah tidak dilakukanberdasarkan kadar tertentu, tetapi berdasarkan keadaanmasing-masing suami-istri.

Abstract

The concept of Islamic education in fostering the morals of the children had a great influence on a system of Islamic education, so that in formulating the concept of Islamic education takes the basics of the Quran and al-Hadith. Coaching morals of children may be interpreted to foster behavior that can lead to good and evil. Personal generally have elements of both mind and body are mutually reinforcing unity between one another and can not be liberated and is a human child or a person of immature, gift and a deposit which must be maintained as well as the mandate for the adults, especially the elderly where parents also have a responsibility to the children in many ways, good maintenance, education, development and future.The purpose of this study was to determine the basis and purpose of fostering the morals of children and to determine the method in fostering the morals of children. Based on these results, the authors conclude that the concept of Islamic education is an important foundation in mebina morals of children, where the concept of Islamic education there is a strong foundation namely the Quran and Al-Hadith which will print the child becomes human being virtuous and praiseworthy morals. Factors that play a role in influencing the formation and moral development of children include internal factors and external factors, including heredity, age, personality, and psychological condition of a person and of the environment in which one lives. Abstract

Events of speech act used by children to make requests to the partner said. Used speech acts using forms bemacam-wide in a communication event, the speakers did not always just mean to get something from the parner he said, but also to maintain good relations with partner and he said it that interaction degan running smoothly.Found a request speech acts used by childern with a wide range, which is not said directly to the target, there are 3 event with speech and speech acts reasons / argument there are three event said. Based on the author?s observations, the authors found an indirect speech act with the mode of seduction and threats.

Abstract

Life in Indonesian society is still very often encountered some problems within a family, one of which is a matter of working wives. Islamic religion does not forbid his wife to work even there are no rules on the prohibition of the wife works. In Sub Braja selebah wife works issue is still very much encountered almost every wife to work. participation and wife work outside the home is still an issue discussed from the first until now.This research is expected to provide insight for the development of science, especially in the areas of family law and can serve as a reference for similar studies in the future. This research is a field that is descriptive analysis. Data collection was conducted by interview, and documentation. And then analyzed using an inductive method of thinking.The results showed that factors cause the wife works are internal factors, namely: 1) factors and wife already worked before marriage 2) factors that arise when the wife wants to change the economic situation the family is still not very well be better 3) factors that arise when there collision problems in the family needs. External factors, namely: 1) factors that arise when their encouragement as well as feedback from neighbors and relatives 2) Demands age 3) gender equality would be related to the emancipation of women 4) educational factors. Of course with the state of the working wife have a good impact on the positive or negative effects. The positive impact of the wife works, namely: 1) the economy for the better 2) Quality of life improved 3) gender equality 4) establishment of family sakinah mawaddah wa Rahmah. Then the negative impact of the wife works, namely: 1) the divorce rate is increasing 2) juvenile delinquency 3) the loss of identity of the wife as mother 4) the number of pregnant mating phenomenon. Based on the results of research conducted in the District of Braja Selebah East Lampung district, which is based on data and interviews with respondents. That is a major factor in the wife works in the District Braja Selebah East Lampung district is a matter of economics.
