Abstract

This study explores the impact of leadership, emotional intelligence, information and communication technology (ICT), and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. In the context of the Industry 4.0 revolution, vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing youth for the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. SMK teachers, as frontline educators, are expected to exhibit innovative work behavior to create relevant and impactful learning experiences. However, low levels of innovative work behavior among SMK teachers remain a challenge. Previous studies suggest that factors such as supportive leadership, emotional intelligence, ICT utilization, and knowledge sharing can positively influence innovative work behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to analyze the relationships between these factors and innovative work behavior. The study aims to provide practical insights for educational policymakers and contribute to the theoretical understanding of innovative work behavior in vocational education. Data were collected from 74 teachers in SMKs in Bekasi using structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to enhancing the innovation of teaching practices in vocational education.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Green Accounting, sustainability reporting disclosure, and Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value. This study uses Green Accounting, sustainability reporting disclosure, and Corporate Social Responsibility as independent variables. The population in this study consists of companies in the basic materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. The total population in the basic materials sector is 106 companies. From this population, a purposive sampling technique was used with specific criteria to determine the sample, resulting in a sample of 12 companies with 36 observational data points. The data analysis technique used in this research involves Eviews 12, which includes descriptive statistical tests, panel data model analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of these tests demonstrate that Green Accounting, sustainability reporting disclosure, and Corporate Social Responsibility simultaneously affect firm value. However, partially, Green Accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility do not have a significant impact on firm value, whereas sustainability reporting disclosure does influence firm value.

Abstract

The development of digitization-based technology in the business sector is indispensable and highly attractive. The quality of a product or service continues to be developed online through internet media. The research is intended to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on Repurchase Intention for Tiket.com users in Surabaya. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The population is Tiket.com users. While the research sample is Tiket.com users in Surabaya. The researchers determined the use of non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques. Researchers used a questionnaire distributed to 130 respondents aged 17-35. The data obtained will be analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that E-Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention, E-Trust has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention, and E-Service Quality and E-Trust have a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

In this era of digital industry, the development of technology and information systems greatly influences consumer behavior. The role of technology is also growing in line with the development of human life. Relationships between fellow humans that continue to develop in various parts of the world are also facilitated by the rapid development of technology and information in various fields today. Lazada is one of the information technologies that makes it easier for consumers to shop online. This study aims to determine the effect of Free Shipping and Cash On Delivery (COD) on Purchasing Decisions on Lazada E-Commerce users in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach method. This study uses Lazada users as the population. While the research sample is Lazada E-Commerce users in Surabaya. The researcher uses a non-probability sampling calculation method with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a total of 130 respondents consisting of ages 17-35 years. The data is then analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that Free Shipping has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. This means that the more free shipping promotions given by Lazada, the higher the level of purchasing decisions. Cash On Delivery (COD) has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. This means that the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method increases purchasing decisions on the Lazada application.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Viral marketing, content marketing, and social media on buying interest in Jiniso products in Surabaya City. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis approach adopted through the Partial least square (PLS) tool. Inner model analysis is seen from R-Square and predictive relevance (Q2). Researchers used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and collected data through questionnaires from 91 respondents. The results showed that the three variables have a significant influence in increasing consumer buying interest. Viral Marketing is proven effective through product review indicators, where positive customer reviews increase trust and encourage purchases. Content marketing contributes significantly by providing accurate and detailed product descriptions, thus increasing consumer confidence in the information received. Social media plays an important role, especially through the relationships built with followers, which creates emotional closeness and strengthens consumer buying interest. This research shows that a combination of marketing strategies through social media, relevant content, and virality can effectively attract consumers' attention and strengthen Jiniso's brand position in Indonesia's local fashion market.

Abstract

Company value has a significant impact on shareholder welfare, because its value reflects the overall success and long-term potential of an investment. Company value is also an important factor in investors' perceptions when choosing a company in which to invest shares. The aim of this research is to empirically test the influence of profitability (ROA), company growth (Asseth Growth), capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) on company value. The population of this research is infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2023. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method and obtained 50 companies. The type of data used is secondary data using documentation data collection methods. The analytical method in this research is multiple linear analysis using SPSS. The results of the research show that there is a contribution influence of profitability (ROA), company growth (Asseth Growth), capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to create a multimedia learning resource for Social Science with a focus on international trade for grade  IX students at YBPK 1 Tirtoyudo Junior High Scholl. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method,specifically the Borg and Gall developpment model. The developpment process consisted of ten stages, including research, planning, product format development,validation, review, field tests, and final product review. The validation test involved three experts in linguistics, materials, and media. Additionally, field trials were conducted with 5 students from YBPK 1 Tirtoyudo Junior Hight School. The main objective of this study was to produce an effective and efficient multimedia learning resourcethat can enhance understanding of international trade among grade IX students. The types of data obtained are qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the development of audio-visual learning products  based on camtasia audio for social studies subjects in class IX SMP YBPK Tirtoyudo 1 which are practical to use.  This is envidenced by the results of media expert certification getting 90% points so that it is in the very feasible category. The results of validation from material experts with the acquisition of 80% points so that it is in the feasible category. The results of validation from language experts with 85% points so that it is in the very feasible category. Furthermore, the evaluation results from the field trial obtained a score of 88% so that it is in the very good category. Thus the product that has been developed can be concluded to be suitable for use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of operating capital turnover, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and DPR on profitability (ROA) of manufacturing businesses from 2020 to 2023. Secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) at the specified time were used in this study. The method used to determine the sample size of this study was purposive sampling, which amounted to 41 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). SmartPLS software is used to test the relationship between the dependent variable, profitability (ROA), and the independent variables, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, working capital turnover, and DPR. From the test results that have been carried out, the results obtained are that accounts receivable and inventory turnover have no effect on profitability, while cash turnover, working capital turnover, and DPR have an effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, service quality, and lifestyle on the decision to use Islamic bank mobile banking services among gen z. This research is quantitative, using an explanatory research method. The subjects of this study are gen z individuals located in Malang city, with a total of 232 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistic version 25.0 software. The results of the study indicate that ease of use, service quality, and lifestyle influence the decision to use islamic bank mobile banking services, both partially and simultaneously. The findings of this study show that the lifestyle variable has a greater value compared to ease of use and service quality, meaning that the lifestyle of gen z in Malang city predominantly influences the decision to use islamic bank mobile banking services. The limitation of this study is that the sample is limited to gen z only in Malang city.

Abstract

This research examined the extent to which lifestyle affects Generation Z's financial management, with gender as a moderating factor. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is generation Z of Malang city. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents using the Lameshow formula sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data obtained was then analyzed using validity, reliability, and MRA tests through the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the analysis show that lifestyle has a significant influence on an individual's ability to manage finances. The more consumptive a person's lifestyle, the worse their control over financial management. Conversely, if their lifestyle is more controlled, their financial management is better. In addition, the results revealed that gender does not moderate the relationship between lifestyle and financial management. Both men and women show results where their financial patterns are the same, so gender factors do not strengthen or weaken the relationship. Given that a consumptive lifestyle can hinder financial management, it is necessary to reduce consumptive behavior through simple lifestyle behavior education without differentiating strategies based on gender. This is because their behavior patterns towards financial management influenced by lifestyle are relatively similar.
