Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi semakin pesat. Dengan adanya teknologi akan memberikan kemudahan serta  sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam melakukan pengolahan data. Salah satu komponen penting dari hampir seluruh sertifikasi standarisasi adalah adanya informasi pengontrolan mutu yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan atau entitas organisasi. Monitoring adalah sesuatu penilaian (assesment) yang rutin (harian) terkait aktivitas dan perkembangan yang sedang berlangsung, sementara evaluasi adalah penilaian yang bersifat periodik terkait semua pencapaian. Pengelolaan data yang baik akan dijadikan sumber informasi penting  dalam proses pengambilan keputusan bagi perusahaan. Bagian quality control (QC)  pada perusahaan PT. XY. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu membangun sebuah system untuk mempermudah dalam mengontrol dokumen quality control perusahaan tersebut. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan prototype. Informasi yang cepat dan tepat dari sistem produksi diperlukan dalam pengembangan perusahaan agar efektifitas dan efisiensi dapat tercapai. Kontrol mutu atau quality control (QC) adalah suatu kegiatan untuk mengukur kualitas suatu barang dengan membandingkannya sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan syarat yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Pada bagian Quality control (QC) bertugas  memeriksa (inspecting), menguji (testing), dan memisahkan (grading) dengan menggunakan statistik sebagai analisa angka-angka (data-data) yang tepat, sebagai jawaban untuk pembanding dan estimasi hasil yang baik dan yang tidak baik dalam proses produksi pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstrak. PD Trimitra Utama adalah perusahaan retail yang bergerak dibidang distribusi oli kendaraan. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan model prototipe. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, data sampling, studi pustaka, dan wawancara terhadap sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis dan merancang sistem adalah metode Analisis dan  Perancangan Berorientasi Objek menggunakan Unified Modelling Language  (UML). Teknik pengujian sistem dengan pendekatan  Alpha dan Bheta. Hasil dari penelitian berupa hasil pengujian sistem informasi berbasis e-commerce, yang diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh karyawan dan pelanggan sehingga memberi manfaat yang lebih baik untuk perusahaan dalam hal pemasaran dan penjualan.Kata kunci :Sistem Informasi Pemasaran, E-commerce, Prototipe, pengujian Alpha dan Betha.

Abstract

Tujuan perancangan sistem penjualan obat komputerisasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah dalam mengelola data pelanggan Klinik Dr. Be Cosmetic Center. Agar proses penjualan menjadi efektif dan efisien, selain itu perancangan ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan pekerjaan yang berkenaan dengan pengolah data pelanggan Klinik Dr. Be Cosmetic Center dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat, tepat, akurat guna mengefesiensikan waktu pekerjaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem penjualan berbasis komputerisasi ini adalah studi lapangan yaitu dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara degan pihak terkait dan juga dengan melakukan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan penelitian dengan metode kepustakaan berdasarkan referensi dan berbagai diskusi serta dari berbagai media yang memuat informasi yang dibutuhkan, menganalisa kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi dan pengkodean, dan pengujian. Setelah dilakukan pengujian ternyata aplikasi penjualan berbasis komputerisasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan akan suatu proses pelayanan penjualan yang cepat dan akurat serta efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi penjualanobat ini tercipata dengan dukungan bahasa pemograman WEB PHP serta database MYSQL. Kata Kunci: Perancangan Sistem, Penjualan Obat Online

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the success rate of computerized study plan card filling systems at the University Gunadarma using the HOT Fit method based on the results of evaluations from users and; (2) knowing the effects of measurement characteristics of the implementation of the HOT Fit method in evaluating the success rate of computerized study plan card filling systems at Gunadarma University. The method used for assessing this system uses the HOT Fit method which consists of 7 characteristics, namely System Quality (Ks), Information Quality (Ki), Service Quality (Kl), System Users (Ps), User Satisfaction (Kp), Benefits (Mn) and Organizational Structure (So) by using purposive sampling technique. The discussion chapter is deepened by triangulation, namely interviews, documentation and observation. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out to users, namely Information Systems students in the 2018-2019 academic year as many as 96 samples. The analysis is done through a test case of each HOT Fit character. The results of this study indicate that: (1) computerized KRS filling system as a whole has a good interpretation according to the HOT Fit method with a value of 2.91; (2) the quality of the final result of the Ks character with an interpretation value of 2.98 (good), Ki with a value of 2.89 (good), Kl with a value of 2.9 (good), Ps with a value of 2.92 (good), Ks with a value of 2.64 (good), Mn with a value of 2.74 (good) and So with a value of 3.27 (very good) based on the HOT Fit method.Keywords: HOT fit, success rate of system, evaluation, characteristic measurement

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to know  the relation between understanding of concept of eco-architecture and perception of dwelling  development with caring of developer, either through byselfl and also together. The research use was survey  method, for many developer in DKI Jakarta. Intake  sample conducted by proporsional random  sampling with the amount sample as much 100 people. Analyse the data use the simple correlation, parsial  plural and simple regresi. The result of this study was (1) there are positive relation between understanding of concept of eco-architecture (X1) Caring of developer (Y). This relation is shown by linear  equation regresi Y = 45,870 + 1,093X1 with the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,375. (2) there are relation between perception about dwelling development (X2) caring of developer. This relation shown equation of linear regression Y = 40,481 + 0,432X2 with the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,405. (3) there are positive relation between understanding of concept architecture (X1) and perception of dwelling development  (X2) by developer (Y)  the equation of regresi Y = 40,26 + 0,146X1 + 0,890X2 and double correlation coefficient ryt2 = 0,535.

Abstract

The Public Cemetery (TPU) in DKI Jakarta is managed by the South Jakarta Funeral Service tribe under the DKI Jakarta Cemetery. The area of DKI is around 65,000 hectares, inhabited by 9.9 million inhabitants. The area of the tomb is 598 ha consisting of 78 tombs, with a mortality rate of 0.64%, the tomb area is very critical. To overcome the very high mortality rate and limited land use a ride system, that is, one tomb can be filled with more than one body. Currently the tomb management system in DKI Jakarta is generally still manual, if any family member dies, they must come to the TPU to fill out the registration form, choose an empty tomb. With road conditions in Jakarta that are often jammed, this is very difficult for people who will use the tomb. the grave manager also had difficulty informing the public about the funeral, as well as the heirs whose lease had expired. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a mobile-based grave management information system, with the aim that place reservations and desired location information, ordering procedures can be easily and quickly accessed via the internet or mobile phone. For this reason, a funeral software prototype was developed with the object of Tanah Kusir TPU research, which is one of the largest public cemeteries in Jakarta, with an overall area of 598 hectares containing 1,776 tombs, located on Jalan Bintaro Raya, South Jakarta. The goal is to make it easier for heirs / communities to search for mobile-based graves, Prototyping methods, with details of activities: a). Running system analysis and system requirements, b) System design includes interface, data and process design with the aim of producing specifications that are appropriate , c) Coding, is the stage of translating the results of analysis and design into the PHP programming language for websites and Java for mobile, d) Testing (Testing), for the system that has been built. Two types of testing are carried out, namely testing for software and user acceptance testing conducted by the tomb manager.

Abstract

Economic crisis which knocked over Indonesia in 1998, nowadays have turned into crisis of multidimensional or multicrisis as its effect. In all of aspect, and natural environments even also its impact from effect of careless human being. Indonesia notorious have many natural resources but do not make balance with management effort up at benefit. In fact, this management can be done creatively by using methods of Biotechnology which in fact human being have done since ahead, but only unheard-off. The aim of this writing is to give global Biotechnology information which expected can be exploited creatively by society in managing Indonesia natural resources to our importance. Activity of Biotechnology include transgenic engineering that able to yield better and more product from source of which a little and less potential. For example like agriculture aspect, can increase the yield as well as by using methods of Biotechnology. Until in this time, agriculture have hundreds of gene from various carried over by a success source of crop and produce hundreds of variety type the new crop that called crop of transgenic. With technology of DNA recombinant, modified foreign gene of best variety can be injected to most of all life cells. Execution giving of employees grounding and incentive represent one of the conservancy of very important employees to maintain employees which with quality. For that, hence PT. XYZ try to maintain its employees which have had ability, membership, loyality and pushing him/ it so that/ to be having high performance through giving of incentive and intensify execution training of employees. Data collecting done with questionayre (enquette). Obtained to be data to be analyzed constructively SPSS version computer 11.5. onclusion 1) Pursuant to result of analysis test regression, especially test F ( test variance) indicating that variable gift of training and incentive by together have influence which is significant to employees performance. PT XY Z, where Fhitung variable value gift of training and incentive to employees performance equal to 62,213 > Ftabel = 3,25 2) Pursuant to result of regression analysis, especially test t indicate that variable influence gift of incentive to employees performance. PT XYZ is positive and significant, where t calculates bigger than t of is tables of 3) from result of analysis test t obtained by training variable influence to PT XYZ employee’s performance is positive and significant, because t value count/calculate bigger than t value of is tables of. Abstract

Abstract. This research discusses the development and fintech environment in this time. There are 505 data extracted from various online news websites which include detik.com, liputan6.com and cnnindonesia.com. All sources of news concerning fintech are collected with webharvy 5.2 which are then processed with atlas.ti 6.2 to count the number of words. The result of the calculation are turned into 10 concepts and will eventually figure out which concept is the most important. The concepts consists peraturan, indonesia, keuangan, perusahaan, teknologi, produk, fintech, layanan, masyarakat, and resiko. The research methods used for this research are both qualitative and quantitative research method. The quantitative research method is used when collecting data and the qualitative research method is used to process the data as well as the calculation of connection between each concept using SPSS22. The result of the connection test is virtually made with network connection. Based on the results, the concept peraturan is the most important concept of fintech. "Konsep peraturan" is related to 6 concepts which include fintech, product, risks, services, society and money.

Abstract

In a company, one of the things associated with the continuity of the company is how to market products owned. The company marketing of real estate agent to looking for a match between the client (the seller) and the client (the buyer) until there is be agreement. As serviices company, marketing associate is the most instrumental in marketing the property, therefore the performance of marketing associate is expected by company. In this writing illustrates how the environment, commitment, technology, and performance marketing associate interplay. Research methodology using questionare of 50 respondents who are members of the marketing associate of three real estate agencies. Analysis of the model used to test the hypothesis, using proportionate, random sampling, whereas analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that, partially, environmentally significant direct effect on the databases must address satisfying marketing associate, with a contribution of 0.701. The Other results obtained are no direct influence on the performance of information technology marketing associate, while significant commitment directly influence the performance of the marketing associate with a contribution of 0.224. For environment, commitment, technology significantly affect the performance of marketling associate with kontributions by 57%.
