Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a difference in the average implementation of learning model, intellectual, repetition (AIR) with lesson study approach to the problem solving ability of mathematical learners. This research is a quantitative research type of quasi experiment. Data analysis technique using normality test with Liliefors test and homogeneity test with Barlett test. Hypothesis test using one-way ANOVA test with unequal cells. The result of this research is there is influence of learning model of Auditory, intellectually, Repetition (AIR) with lesson study approach to math problem solving ability. Based on the results of further test using scheffe test, the result shows that AIR learning model with lesson study approach gives better result than AIR and conventional learning model, and AIR learning model is better than conventional learning model.

Abstract

Finding out the influence of learning geometry using ethnomathematics-based learning media for critical thinking ability (critical thinking) is the purpose of this study. This research is experimental research with quantitative research method. Using the posttest-only design in this study. Its population is the control and experimental class. Test methods, documentation and observation interviews are the data collection techniques used. The way is the PowerPoint 2016 media for the experimental group and conventional learning for the control group with. The result is that the differences occur between the apart media and the learning of ethnomathematics that cannot be media learning (conventional). The average experimental value of 86.57 with a variance of 77.57 while the average control value of 77.33 with a variance of 133.50, obtained t count of 3.138, with ttable of 2.011. Based on hypothesis test that with significance level α = 0,05 hence can be concluded there is the influence of media of learning of geometry based on ethnomathematics to students critical thinking ability of mathematical.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is the influence of ARIAS model based on Two Stay Two Stray model to critical thinking ability mathematically. This research is Quasi-Experimental Design research. Hypothesis testing using variance analysis of two different cell roads Based on the test of cell variance analysis is not the same obtained that there is influence of ARIAS model based on Two Stay Two Stray to critical mathematical thinking ability and there is influence of cognitive style to critical thinking skill mathematically, where student with treatment of learning using integrated learning model ARIAS TSTS learning model on the ability of critical thinking is better than students with learning treatment using lecture methods in terms of each student's cognitive style. The students' mathematical critical thinking ability with independent field cognitive style is better than students with cognitive field dependent style. There is no interaction between learning and cognitive styles to critical mathematical thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the response of students and the experts to multimedia-based interactive learning media with the approach of contextual teaching and learning (CTL) on wake-up space that has been developed. The method used in this research is 7 stages from 10 stages of development and development method from Borg and Gall which have been modified by sugiyono. The 7 stages are potential and problems, data collection, product design, product validation, design improvement, product testing and product revision. The instrument of data collection used is questionnaire of student response and material expert validation. Based on data analysis obtained from material experts and media experts stated that interactive multimedia-based learning media with contextual teaching and learning approach (CTL) is feasible to use, and data analysis obtained from students stated that interactive multimedia is very good. This means that interactive multimedia developed by researchers can be used as a learning resource for students of SMP / MTs class VIII

Abstract

This study aims to develop and to determine the response of teachers and learners to LKPD discussion activity that integrates Islamic values with a pictorial riddle approach on the fractional subject, based on the modification of development proposed by Sugiyono. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Result of research of development of LKPD with stage which is done that consist of 7 stages: (1) potential and problem; (2) data collection; (3) product design; (4) product validation; (5) product revisions; (6) product trial and (7) product revision. Validation is done by material experts, media experts, and religious experts. Product trials were conducted in 2 phases: small group trials and field trials. The validation results obtained from the material experts that the product developed has reached the criteria both in the aspect of quality content, an accuracy of coverage, pictorial riddle approach, and language. Validation of media experts stated in the aspect of size, skin design, and content design on LKPD reach good criteria. The validation of Islamic scholars on the quality aspects of the content, the language aspect, and the material emphases attributed to the criteria are very good, so the product is declared worthy of use. Students' responses in small group trials obtained a mean of 91.67 with very interesting criteria and field trials obtained an average score of 87.67 with very interesting criteria, test responses were also made to teachers with an average score of 89, 6 with very interesting criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of handouts through a local culture-based ethnomathematics approach to the wake-up material. The research model used is the research of Borg and Gall development, but in this study only limited to seven steps of research and development, namely: 1) Potential and Problems; 2) Gathering information; 3) Product Design; 4) Design Validation; 5) Design Revisions; 6) Product Trial; and 7) Revision of the Ahir Phase. Data collection techniques used in this study, namely interviews, observation, and questionnaires (questionnaires). Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative analysis that describes the results of product development. Based on the result of data analysis, it is evaluated from the quality aspect of the prevalence of teaching materials to get the average score of 3.97 with the category of "Valid". While the learner's response to a limited trial earned an average grade of 3.67 with the "Practical" category, and the questionnaire response of learners on a large trial earned an average of 4.02 under the "Pull" category. It can be concluded that the developed teaching materials have valid, practical, and interesting criteria that can be used as teaching materials in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The Mathematics curriculum that is implemented in teaching and learning activities in mathematics requires teachers to master what should be learned and to educate learners, motivate, inspire and give learners space to perform process skills. Therefore, the authors conducted research by using the collaboration model of Picture And Picture with Index Card Match on the mastery of mathematical concepts with the aim of knowing the Picture and Picture model with Index Card Match provides mastery of effective mathematical concepts than conventional models, whether or not there is a difference in mastery of mathematical concepts in learners who have high motivation, moderate and low, there is no interaction between learning models and motivation to learn mastery of mathematical concepts. This research is Quasi Eksperimen Design. The sampling technique in this research is by random class. Hypothesis testing using variance analysis of two different cell roads, with 5% significance level. Prior to hypothesis testing, prerequisite tests were performed, including normality test using liliefors test and homogeneity test with Barlett test. From the result of analysis obtained, so rejected. , so is rejected. , so is accepted. Obtained conclusion Collaboration Model Learning And Picture with Index Card Match provides the results of the mastery of an effective concept than the conventional model of 67.5%. In addition, there are differences in the mastery of mathematical concepts that are seen between high, medium and low motivation. Finally, there is no interaction between the learning model and the motivation to learn to master the mathematical concepts of learners.
