Abstract

This article will discuss the procedure for diagnosing capabilities in a knowledge-based organizational capability development model. This research uses library research. In this study, researchers used two kinds of data: primary and secondary data. The data collection method is by tracing sources of literature documentation and library materials that are relevant to the problems studied. The results of the analysis conclude that knowledge-based organizations can be understood as organizations in which knowledge (tacit, explicit, cultural) is used as the basis of everyone's work that focuses on developing knowledge-based organizational capabilities through a strategic-applicative approach, namely reframing, restructuring, revitalizing, renewal, and reinspiring. Abstract

This article discusses the formalization of Islamic boarding school education in policy in Indonesia. The results of the study concluded that Law Number 20 of 2003 in Article 30 paragraph 4, which mentions Islamic boarding schools as religious education, then further regulated in PP Number 55 of 2007 concerning Religious Education and Religious Education in Article 26 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 and the latest the promulgation of PMA Number 13 of 2014 concerning Islamic Religious Education. In PMA Number 13 of 2014, pesantren are explained in Chapter III of Islamic boarding schools starting from article 26 to article 41. Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools further strengthens the existence of pesantren by providing pesantren with endowment funds from the government. Abstract

This article discusses land ownership rights in fiqh and positive law in Indonesia. The results of the study conclude that. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded: first, UUPA No. 5/1960 explained the control over the earth, water, space, including the natural resources contained therein by the state. Based on the right of control on land, property rights can be given/controlled by individuals (people) and legal entities that have the authority to use the land according to the type of land rights. Second, in the perspective of fiqh, the land is limited and cannot be developed, such as other factors of production, then the regulation needs to be precisely regulated. Regulations regarding ownership and other rights to land, such as usufructuary rights, building use rights, and so on, become very important. Keywords; Rights, land ownership, fiqh, positive law

Abstract

Abstract Lecturer management must have the main target, namely increasing the quality of their productivity through increasing work efficiency as educators or teaching staff. This article discusses the dimensions of lecturer competency development. The results of the study conclude that at least seven competency areas and their development strategies can be formulated through certain programs that support the improvement of these competency areas. pedagogical competence, information engineering competence, administrative competence, curriculum competence, evaluation competence, and scientific competence (research, publication, and community service). Abstract

Abstract This article discusses contemporary environmental analysis as a management value system and madrasa culture. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of the madrasa environment as a management value system and madrasa culture include: customers/markets, namely students (students) as the main customers; suppliers, intermediaries, public, economy, for example, average income or Gross domestic product, market tastes; demographics, politics, for example, the political policy of the national exam; laws, for example, the issuance of laws or regulations for BOS management; ecology, namely the school environment; technology, namely the acceleration of the use of high technology in learning; and socio-cultural, namely the values, attitudes, opinions and lifestyles of the people that influence the choice of educational institutions. Abstract

Researchers collect data with documentation techniques about the role of Islamic boarding school education in shaping healthy behavior, spiritual maturity and caring for the environment. The study results conclude that the pesantren education model since the emergence of covid 19 in 2019 to 2022 has innovated and internalized the development of learning based on healthy living behaviour, spiritual maturity and environmental care. The attitude of healthy living behaviour places the basis on intelligence, knowledge, noble character, personality and concern for others and the environment. Spiritual maturity includes student behaviour in student interpersonal interactions, such as being honest, disciplined, confident, caring and responsible for oneself and family. Abstract

Islamic/religious spiritual activities carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo aim to familiarize a student or group in realizing faith and piety to Allah. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to analyze the implementation of Islamic spiritual activities so as to form the religious values ​​inherent in students. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are Islamic spiritual activities become an offer and practical solution in instilling religious values ​​in students in educational institutions. In practice, it can be divided into four parts, namely daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Through some of these activities, it has produced very significant results, namely the creation of a young generation who has a spiritual attitude and has a high awareness of religious values ​​in the surrounding environment, reduced social conflicts without blame one another. Abstract

This article aims to explain and provide insight that hermeneutics is one of the approach or theory that can help someone to understand the text of the scriptures. the presence of hermeneutics is also very influential on Islamic studies which basically have the nuances of "multi-interpretation". The hermeneutic approach in Islamic studies, especially as a new alternative in interpreting the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an, should be understood as a way to bring out a deeper meaning from the verses of the Qur'an. In addition, the hermeneutic approach has its own characteristics and gives rise to great hermeneutic figures in Islam and their works have different principles on a meaning and language to be achieved in order to explain the intent of a text from the author with a clearer and better understanding. Abstract

This study focuses on mapping the approach to Islamic studies in one of Richar C. Martin's edited works entitled Approach to Islam in Religious Studies. This research takes a descriptive-analytical form which begins by revealing the writing background and approach in religious studies. Through this research, several conclusions can be drawn regarding Martin's academic anxiety, which he admits is the cause of the weakness between the theological approach that maintains a normative understanding of religion and the historical point of view of religion. Starting from this, then Richar C. Martin tried to bridge the gap by publishing a book which was the result of the edits of several essays or articles from outsiders and insiders who discussed the themes of Islamic studies and various approaches in Islamic studies. From this background, the purpose of this study is to focus on describing the approach to Islamic studies and describing the methodological approach to Islamic studies in religious studies in Richard C. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how the concept of insan kamil education from the perspective of QS. An-Nahl verse 78. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is library research. The data sources used are divided into two, namely primary and secondary. The primary data source is QS. An-Nahl verse 78. While secondary data is obtained from data from several scientific journals, papers, results of previous research, and books that talk about similar themes. The results of this study are the meaning of the concept of insan kamil education based on QS. An-Nahl verse 78, describes that human potential is in the form of hearing, sight, and heart to be used as well as possible. The purpose of the concept of insan kamil education is a perfect human being, which has the following main characteristics: first, having a healthy, strong, and skilled body; second, intelligent and clever; and third, having a high-quality spiritual. The application of the concept of human education based on QS. An-Nahl verse 78 can be adapted to the concept of Bloom's taxonomy theory. Keywords : Education, Kamil People.
