The aims of this article are to elaborate on the importance of building a school culture to improve the quality of schools through the implementation of school-based management. The study used a literature study approach by the content analysis method. The conclusion of this study is there is a positive impact of the school culture in order to improve the quality of schools by school-based management implementation. This article provides the informa-tion about student’s competences base on report of PISA and National Assessment in literacy, numeracy, character surveys, and learning environment surveys. Gives the information about teacher’s competences base on the results of teacher competency measurements and an outlining the factors that cause the low quality of the school. The cause the quality of the school is low of students and teacher’s competences is minimum effort of the school in improving a school culture to achieve the school quality through the implementation of school-based management. The conclusion of this study is there is a positive impact of the school culture in order to improve the quality of schools by school-based management implementation.

The research objective is to describe and analyze students' understanding of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Dissertation Examination. The research used a survey method, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with the help of the Google form application, and quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistics. The research subjects were 51 Doctoral Program students at the UPI graduate school who graduated in the 2020/2021 academic year. The results show that most doctoral students understand the SOP for the implementation of the dissertation exam, and doctoral students have problems with dissertation writing with similarity below 20%. Doctoral students have difficulty obtaining a predetermined foreign language score, students have issues related to the duration of the dissertation review time. provided by the commission team. Doctoral students have difficulty in making reputable journal articles and finding international journals that are appropriate to the field being studied, besides that there are also difficulties with the article submission process, experiencing difficulties in the revision process until the article is published. In terms of student readiness for the Stage 1 Exam Implementation and the Promotional Examination, doctoral students did not experience any problems or obstacles.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the principals academic supervision to increase digital literacy on the teaching performance. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study took a sample of the population using a questionnaire instrument as a data collection technique. Schools that became the population and sample of 63 public elementary schools in Ciparay District. Sampling using a questionnaire which includes the location of the study in elementary school of Ciparay district with a total of 80 respondents. The results of this research explained that the principal's academic supervision effective to increase digital literacy the teacher on the management of teaching learning. The implication of the results of this study is that if the principal's academic supervision and digital literacy are carried out properly, it will have an impact on improving teacher learning management.

Dinamika perkembangan yang terjadi pada masyarakat internasional mendorong semua bangsa harus siap untuk bersaing. Terutama bersaing dalam percepatan mencapai kesejahrteraan. Untuk itu negara berikut bangsanya harus maju, agar dapat menyejahterakan warganya. Indikator kemajuan suatu bangsa, salah satunya melalui temuan dan inovasi yang memiliki kebaruan dan kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat. Temuan baru dan inovasi tersebut dapat diraih melalui penelitian. Setiap institusi besar memiliki bagian yang membidangi penelitian dan pengembangan dengan apa yang disebutn research and development (RD). Dari semua institusi yang melaksanakan penelitian, sangat diharapkan lembaga pendidikan tinggi menjadi pelopornya. Sehingga muncullah salah satu tugas dosen yang telah menjadi beban kerja untuk melaksanakan penelitian dalam tiap semester atau sekurang-kurangnya dalam setiap tahunnya. Pertanyaannya adalah apakah setiap dosen terutama yang sudah dikategorikan profesional telah memenuhi tugas penelitian tersebut? Sangat kuat dugaan bahwa input dosen dengan output penelitiannya belum seimbang. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan penelitian yang seksama untuk mendapatkan alternatif solusinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk mengungkapkan hubungan antar variabel dan dinyatakan dalam angka serta menjelaskannya dengan membandingkan antara teori-teori yang telah ada. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of internal quality assurance at Pacific Morotai University and provide detailed findings regarding the constraints faced by the Pacific Morotai University Quality Assurance Institute (LPM), North Maluku. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study method at the Pacific University of Morotai, North Maluku; Data was collected based on document search, observation, and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation of internal quality assurance at Pacific Morotai University faces the problem of a lack of auditors who have an understanding and a number of human resources in carrying out monitoring and evaluation tasks. The technical implementing unit formed by LPM in carrying out its duties only consists of six people spread across six faculties with details of one person for each faculty. The impact is due to the lack of auditors who are experts in quality assurance, so that it has an impact on quality assurance or external accreditation. In fact, the university does not yet have institutional accreditation status and eleven study programs have the same accreditation rating, namely C. Thus, the implementation of quality assurance is not carried out optimally and properly monitored, making it difficult to measure university quality achievements in setting higher education standards.

The purpose of this research is to develop the Rainbow Method, contextual acceleration of learning English through extracurricular activities, it also tested the effectiveness of the rainbow method in increasing the creativity of students in learning English. The research design used is research and development. The steps include: initial research, planning, initial product development, initial trials, product revisions, field trials, final product revisions, and determination and implementation. The results of this study indicate that the rainbow module is suitable for use in the learning process at Alepho extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Boyolangu. In addition, the module is also effective in increasing students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher. Therefore, this Rainbow Module can be used as a supplement or addition to learning activities for students.

In this study the perception of respondents who are leaders of branches, regions and service units is measured through transformational leadership variables, work commitment, employee performance and work productivity. This study uses the SEM method by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 303 respondents using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling and a margin of error of 5%. The results obtained are transformational leadership has an influence on work commitment, and also affects performance employees, the next result is the influence of work commitment on employee performance and employee perfor-mance has a significant positive effect on work productivity variables. PT. Jamkrindo is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) which serves as a means of financing for micro and small and medium industries. To be able to provide good service, it must be supported by good quality human resources, the quality of human resources, especially employees, of course must be sourced from leaders who can provide good examples to their subordinates.

This study aims to analyze and determine the teaching style used by upper-class teachers in learning to write narratives in, with the respondents were teachers in 13 schools in the sub-district Wado District. The research approach used is a qualitative through descriptive methods with the type of research survey research, by distributing questionnaires through google form, then the data was analyzed by reduction and resentation data, and drawing conclusions. There are seven indicators that are used as a reference to see the sequence of learning carried out by the teacher. The results of the study were dominant teaching style used by 77.40% the teacher in learning to write narratives is an interactional teaching style. 84.6% of the application was mostly carried out by teachers was guiding students in determining themes, topics, and messages to be conveyed. Meanwhile, the lowest indicator is for determining the audience with around 30.7. To analyze the teacher's teaching style, it has transformed to 15 questions from all indicators of the teacher's teaching style. After collecting data, it was concluded that at the implementation stage of learning to write narratives, not all teachers applied these indicators.

This study aims to analyze the improvement of teachers' scientific publication writing skills through coaching clinics. The research design used School Action Research which consisted of four stages of activity: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were teachers in the UPI Pilot Laboratory SMAS environment, totaling 44 people. The results showed that the application of the coaching clinic was able to improve the ability to write scientific publications for teachers at the UPI Pilot Laboratory SMAS. Based on the results of observations, the role of coaching clinics in writing scientific publications can be done as long as the Principal has the commitment and ability to do so. Based on the test results on the ability to write scientific publications, the teachers themselves show that there is an average positive score, which is 46.18 with a success percentage of 54.55% in Cycle I and an average of 56.91 points with a success percentage of 72. ,73% in Cycle II. The responses of the teachers to the implementation of the coaching clinic in writing this scientific publication were very positive, as shown by the results of the questionnaire distributed by researchers to teachers.
