This paper aims to describe the teacher's learning strategy in improving the quality of student learning at SMK Mardiwiata. The type of research in this paper is descriptive research and uses qualitative data. The results of this study are the achievement of active, innovative and creative learning thanks to the learning strategies used by teachers. Learning that is usually, with educators who are too monotonous in carrying out teaching and learning activities, is usually caused by ordinary teachers and only explaining the material. This is also because students will get bored quickly and finally students experience a decrease in interest in the subject. The learning strategies provided later include (1) having a desire; (2) fostering a sense of pleasure and interest; (3) having attention; (4) increasing self-awareness; and (5) concentration.

Education has an important role in efforts to develop the nation because through education it will create superior and quality human resources. This study aims to identify and examine how strategies to improve the quality of non-formal educational institutions through the implementation of integrated quality management. The results of the research show that integrated quality management has proven successful in improving the quality of non-formal education institutions. The strategies for implementing integrated quality management that have been successfully implemented by several non-formal educational institutions in Indonesia include: (a) Using strategies that focus on excellence and local wisdom owned by schools; (b) Making improvements or improvements progressively and consistently on various aspects of the educational process; (c) Involving the involvement of all parties in the context of institutional strengthening; (d) Strive to achieve customer satisfaction criteria.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Principal Leadership and Pedagogic Competence with Teacher Innovative-ness in SDN 003 Pagarsih. The method used is descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach which consists of two independent variables, namely Principal Leadership and Pedagogic Competence and Teacher Innovativeness as the dependent variable. The number of research samples was 32 people. The research data analysis technique used statistical analysis techniques of correlation and simple regression as well as multiple correlation. This study resulted in three conclusions: First, there is a positive and very significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Innovativeness as indicated by the correlation coefficient = 0.914. Second, there is a positive and very significant relationship between Teacher Pedagogic Competence and Teacher Innovativeness as indicated by the correlation coefficient = 0.851. Third, there is a positive and very significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Pedagogic Competence together with Teacher Innovativeness as indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.930 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.865. The results of the study indicate that teacher innovation can be increased through the pedagogical competence and leadership of the principal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang analisis bibliometrik publikasi ilmiah dengan tema disrupsi pandemic pada ekonomi Pendidikan, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bibliometrik dengan menggunakan database indeksasi dari Google Scholar yang diperoleh melalui aplikasi Publish or Perish. Batasan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah sepuluh tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2012-2022 serta database google scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakaan untuk pencarian dalam artikel dalam penelitian ini adalah “Ekonomi Pendidikan”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebanyak 483 artikel dianalisis menggunakan VOSviwer. Hasil pemetaan menggunakan VOSviewer menunjukkan adanya penurunan tren publikasi pada tahun 2020-2022. maka tema yang paling banyak dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidikan, mahasiswa, dan perguruan tinggi. Masukan dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian karena tidak ada tema mengenai pandemi covid-19, maka direkomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian tentang dampak pandemi covid-19 dari perspektif ekonomi-pendidikan

This study has the aim of providing a description of the implementation of a student management activity in providing a quality service in the realm of education. In conducting this research there is a research method used, namely the literature study method, because in the research all the data reviewed and collected for research materials come from journals or other reference sources that support online. This approach with the literature method can also be used to provide knowledge related to the subject matter. The collected data were analyzed or studied using descriptive analysis method. procedures for improving services to students in an educational institution or what can be called a school through the implementation of student manage-ment with the aim of improving the quality of education which includes student arrangements, student planning, student development, student transfers, evaluation of activities/ outcomes learn students.

This research was conducted based on learning problems that teachers do more focus on cognitive abilities by using learning lessons in elementary schools, so that the learning method does not foster student activity. The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design, that has two classes or groups, the control and the experimental group which each group was conducted with 18 people. The subjects in this research were fourth grade students at SDN Parung, using a written test for the data collection technique. The results showed that there was an influence from the implementation of the discovery learning model on the mathematical reasoning abilities of elementary school students. This can be proven based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing obtained tcount-34.4713 ttable2.032245 and an increase in the mathematical reasoning ability of elementary school students it can be proven based on an average N-Gain of 0.88 which is in the high criteria. So the discovery learning model is the right way that is expected for teachers in helping students convey their ideas and ideas, as well as improving mathematical abilities, because this learning is a learning that educates students.

The purpose of this research is to describe and find objective evidence of the implementation of a quality assurance system in the Faculty of Education to serve as scientific findings and brainstorming for other faculties. This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted, the research informants consisted of the dean, deputy dean, SKM, and GKM Team of UPI Bandung Faculty of Education. Research data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The qualitative data analysis procedure was carried out through three stages, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of the study show that FIP UPI has a quality policy that is used as a reference/guideline in carrying out internal quality assurance activities with reference to university policies. The PPEPP model is used as a model in implementing quality assurance. Quality assurance is a must for every university that wants to exist in the era of global competition, seeks to ensure that every existing quality meets or even exceeds the standard and continuous improvement can be made. Awareness and commitment in carrying out quality assurance still needs to be built by the UPI FIP academic community.

This study aims to determine the basic concepts of financial management and education financing in the management and allocation of education funds. This research is quantitative research with a correlational design. This study resulted indicate that educational financing management is all activities related to structuring the sources, use, and accountability of education funds in schools or educational institutions. Education is an important factor to realize quality human resources (HR), in fact, not everyone can get a proper education because of the high costs that must be incurred. This condition then prompted the inclusion of rules on education in the amendments to the 1945 Constitution. The constitution mandates the government's obligation to allocate 20% of education costs from the APBN and APBD so that the community can enjoy educational services, especially basic education. With the existence of 20% of the funding allocation from the APBN and APBD, it should be able to be used effectively and efficiently, besides that the education budget can be obtained from various sources, therefore management needs to be done.

The purpose of this paper is to explain the description related to how education financing management is carried out in the era of independent learning. The research method used in making this paper is descriptive qualitative which uses document studies as data collection. Education financing is very necessary for school programs, namely financing the eight National Education Standards, to support the achievement of the school's vision and mission and create quality human resources. With the inauguration of the launch of the independent curriculum by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) as an effort to overcome the learning crisis (Learning Loss), education financing also affects the success of education programs. While one of the education programs is the Independent Learning Program. So that it affects the funds distributed by the central government to schools, namely BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds, both from the distribution system, utilization, and accountability. With the current education financing system in the Independent Learning Era, it is hoped that it will be able to support, guarantee the development of the quality and quality of education and the implementation of the Independent Learning program.

This research aims to determine the Implementation of Police Education System Policy at the Bali Police National Police SPN in the Implementation of Education for the Formation of Bintara Polri in 2021. Policy implementation analysis uses the theory of George C. Edward III, using four variables, communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research used the qualitative descriptive, with the source informant head of SPN, PJU, Gadik and Pengasuh in the SPN environment of Bali Police. The role of communication is carried out from top to bottom, sideways and down to the top with good implementation. The role of human resources, budgets, equipment, and authorities in accordance with the directives (directions) carried out responsibly. The role of disposition can be seen from the implementation of SOP by SPN Polda Bali and through (warrant) signed above to be carried out in accordance with the responsibilities of all personnel. This bureaucratic structure can be seen from the readiness of the implementation of work exercises held in polres/polsek. The implementation of education at SPN Polda Bali is good and adequate but there needs to be increased certification for gadik and caregivers and needs to be coordinated location mapping early so that the implementation of work exercises runs well and systematically.
