This research aims to show how the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds is implemented to achieve learning quality. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approaches in Junior high school in Muaro Jambi. The results showed: (1) The implementation of the management of BOS funds at junior high schools in Muaro Jambi has been based on applicable laws and technical guidelines. But the result is not optimal because of the limited funds received by the school; 2) In reality the principal difficult to use the funds exactly in accordance with RKAS. The school principal also difficult to innovate because the use of the funds should not be used instead of the 13 components that have been specified in the Technical Handbook (Technical Guidance) use of the funds. 3) Delays in the distribution of BOS funds be an obstacle big enough and the lack of awareness and understanding of the principals in managing the BOS funds are transparent and accountable. This makes is difficult to increase the quality of education; and 4) The biggest allocation is to meet the standards development costs educators as well as the process of teaching and learning activities.

The aim of this study is to see community satisfaction level toward chief of sector police transformation leadership in the develop-ment of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Bireun. This study used the subject of 86 Geuchik people in Bireun who were given an online questionnaire containing 8 (eight) positive statements about the main tasks of Bhabinkamtibmas. The results showed that community satisfaction level toward chief of sector police transfor-mation leadership in the development of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Bireun was very satisfied as many as 63 people (73%), quite satisfied 21 people (24%) and less satisfied 2 people (3%). So it can be concluded that the community is very satisfied with the transformational leadership of the chief of sector police in fostering Bhabinkamtibmas in Bireun. Transformational leadership is a leadership style that can influence the innovative behavior of team members or followers either directly or indirectly. Bhabinkamtib-mas is a member of the National Police who is tasked with building security and public order in villages/kelurahan/other names at the same level. Chief of sector police as the leader has the responsibility in fostering Bhabinkamtibmas. The leadership style of the Chief of sector police has the characteristics of transformational leadership in building the motivation of its members, which in this case is Bhabinkamtibmas.

This study aims to explain how the situation and condition of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of student learning processes in MTs Darul Ilmi. This study uses a qualitative approach through data collection, observation, and interviews. In this study the results obtained regarding (1) Facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ilmi; (2) Status of existing facilities and infrastructure on Mount Darul Ilmi; (3). The school manages existing facilities and infrastructure; and (4). Well-developed facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of students at MTs Darul Ilmi. In the process of implementing teaching and learning there are several things that cannot be separated from the process, namely facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure are the most important things to support the teaching and learning process. The existence of good and well-established facilities and infrastructure is a supporting factor in this matter. Perfect facilities and infrastructure make the teaching and learning process in schools run smoothly, and it is easier for students to accept the knowledge taught by the teacher. Good management of facilities and infrastructure is one of the factors in improving the quality of school education.

The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence the school principal's servant leadership and work culture have on the productivity of high school in West Sumbawa. The method used in this study was a survey method with a quantitative approach, the population in this study was school principals and teachers in 16 units of SMA/MA in West Sumbawa. 100 samples were selected using a simple random sampling technique employing the formula from Taro Yamane, while questionnaires were used for the data collection instrument. Furthermore, the data analysis require-ments were carried out on the instrument with a construct validity test through expert judgment and factor analysis and reliability test with Alpha Cronbach technique and then the data analysis was conducted by using descriptive statistical methods and multiple regression utilizing SPSS. 21.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the school principal’s servant leadership and work culture on school productivity. Currently, many schools experience a decrease in productivity therefore the quality of the high school graduates is not optimal. Among the factors that contribute to school productivity are servant leadership and work culture.

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning and the inhibiting and supporting factors during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 12, South Tangerang City. This research is research with a qualitative approach through observation, document analysis, and interviews as data collection, with the subjects in this study consisting of school principals, heads of curriculum, educators, and students of SMPN 12 Kota Tangerang Selatan. The results of research on the implementation of learning and the inhibiting and supporting factors during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 12 Kota Tangerang Selatan are the first implementation of learning according to procedures, providing material with videos or text in textbooks and assignments via Google classroom media. The supporting factors for online PBM are: (1) adequate quota; (2) modules during a pandemic; and (3) teachers who are qualified in their fields and master IT. The inhibiting factors for the online teaching and learning process are: (1) unavailable quotas; (2) Poor network signal in certain areas; (3) Students who wake up late; (4) Late collection of assignments.

This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership to work performance and work discipline in the Field of High School Development. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire in the form of a google form and a questionnaire distributed to 37 PSMA employees. Based on the results of data testing, the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y1 is 0.176. While the results of the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y2 of 0.560. This shows that the correlation between the three variables, namely variable X, variable Y1, and Variable Y2 is at the level of a positive relationship. The conclusion of this study is that the relationship between the transformational leadership of the head of the field on work performance and work discipline at the West Java Provincial Education Office is good.

The aims of this article are to elaborate on the importance of building a school culture to improve the quality of schools through the implementation of school-based management. The study used a literature study approach by the content analysis method. The conclusion of this study is there is a positive impact of the school culture in order to improve the quality of schools by school-based management implementation. This article provides the informa-tion about student’s competences base on report of PISA and National Assessment in literacy, numeracy, character surveys, and learning environment surveys. Gives the information about teacher’s competences base on the results of teacher competency measurements and an outlining the factors that cause the low quality of the school. The cause the quality of the school is low of students and teacher’s competences is minimum effort of the school in improving a school culture to achieve the school quality through the implementation of school-based management. The conclusion of this study is there is a positive impact of the school culture in order to improve the quality of schools by school-based management implementation.

The research objective is to describe and analyze students' understanding of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Dissertation Examination. The research used a survey method, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with the help of the Google form application, and quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistics. The research subjects were 51 Doctoral Program students at the UPI graduate school who graduated in the 2020/2021 academic year. The results show that most doctoral students understand the SOP for the implementation of the dissertation exam, and doctoral students have problems with dissertation writing with similarity below 20%. Doctoral students have difficulty obtaining a predetermined foreign language score, students have issues related to the duration of the dissertation review time. provided by the commission team. Doctoral students have difficulty in making reputable journal articles and finding international journals that are appropriate to the field being studied, besides that there are also difficulties with the article submission process, experiencing difficulties in the revision process until the article is published. In terms of student readiness for the Stage 1 Exam Implementation and the Promotional Examination, doctoral students did not experience any problems or obstacles.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the principals academic supervision to increase digital literacy on the teaching performance. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study took a sample of the population using a questionnaire instrument as a data collection technique. Schools that became the population and sample of 63 public elementary schools in Ciparay District. Sampling using a questionnaire which includes the location of the study in elementary school of Ciparay district with a total of 80 respondents. The results of this research explained that the principal's academic supervision effective to increase digital literacy the teacher on the management of teaching learning. The implication of the results of this study is that if the principal's academic supervision and digital literacy are carried out properly, it will have an impact on improving teacher learning management.

Dinamika perkembangan yang terjadi pada masyarakat internasional mendorong semua bangsa harus siap untuk bersaing. Terutama bersaing dalam percepatan mencapai kesejahrteraan. Untuk itu negara berikut bangsanya harus maju, agar dapat menyejahterakan warganya. Indikator kemajuan suatu bangsa, salah satunya melalui temuan dan inovasi yang memiliki kebaruan dan kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat. Temuan baru dan inovasi tersebut dapat diraih melalui penelitian. Setiap institusi besar memiliki bagian yang membidangi penelitian dan pengembangan dengan apa yang disebutn research and development (RD). Dari semua institusi yang melaksanakan penelitian, sangat diharapkan lembaga pendidikan tinggi menjadi pelopornya. Sehingga muncullah salah satu tugas dosen yang telah menjadi beban kerja untuk melaksanakan penelitian dalam tiap semester atau sekurang-kurangnya dalam setiap tahunnya. Pertanyaannya adalah apakah setiap dosen terutama yang sudah dikategorikan profesional telah memenuhi tugas penelitian tersebut? Sangat kuat dugaan bahwa input dosen dengan output penelitiannya belum seimbang. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan penelitian yang seksama untuk mendapatkan alternatif solusinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk mengungkapkan hubungan antar variabel dan dinyatakan dalam angka serta menjelaskannya dengan membandingkan antara teori-teori yang telah ada. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) di Kabupaten Indramayu
