Abstract

This research has the main objective of uncovering trends and research focus in the context of human resource development, using a bibliometric analysis approach, during the period 2010 to 2023. The dataset used comes from the Scopus platform and includes 817 publication metadata relevant to the topic under study. By applying the keywords "human resource development" OR "HR AND Development" in the article title column, and by limiting the research time span from 2010 to 2022, this research was able to identify main trends in the field of literature. The results of the analysis draw on research trends that specifically explore the application of technology as a strategy to improve individual performance in the context of human resource development. The implications of these findings are very relevant in supporting strategic decision making, both in the academic and practical realms. Furthermore, the research focus is also directed at several key topics, such as Artificial Intelligence, Organizational Performance, Workforce, Automation, and sustainability, creating a solid foundation for an in-depth understanding of the evolution and dynamics in human resource management literature.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the achievement of teacher performance, teaching facilities, and school principal supervision that can influence the quality of graduates and school accreditation. The research method used in this study is the inferential statistical analysis method using a quantitative approach, examined using the causal relationship method and the data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart PLS application to obtain significant interrelated results. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Teacher Performance Achievement and Teaching Facilities have a significant effect on Graduate Quality, while School Principal Supervision does not have a significant effect on Graduate Quality. Teacher Performance Achievement, Teaching Facilities, and School Principal Supervision do not have a significant effect on School Accreditation, while Graduate Quality has a significant effect on School Accreditation. Teacher Performance Achievement, Teaching Facilities, and School Principal Supervision simultaneously do not have a significant effect on Graduate Quality, and Teacher Performance Achievement, Teaching Facilities, School Principal Supervision, and Graduate Quality simultaneously do not have a significant effect on School Accreditation. This research is expected to have an impact on the development of teacher performance carried out consistently as well as the maintenance of teaching facilities in the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether there is a significant relationship between the variables of Teacher Expertise, Courses Offered, Learning Environment, and Facilities toward the satisfaction of international students in the Non-Degree and Full Degree programs at University X. The research sample consisted of 92 international students, and data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire poll. The research methodology used was the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique, which includes two stages: Outer Model Analysis and Inner Model Analysis. The research findings indicate that the key factors significantly influencing the satisfaction of non-degree program students are the expertise of the teachers and the courses offered, with the latter being the most influential factor. Conversely, for Full-Degree program students, the only factor that significantly affects their satisfaction is the variable of the learning environment. The variables of teaching expertise and courses offered in the non-degree program show a significant relationship with student satisfaction, as they have p-values 0.05 and T-statistics 1.96. The p-values for teaching expertise and courses offered are 0.032 and 0.008, respectively, and the T-statistics are 2.776 and 2.212, respectively. On the other hand, in the Full Degree program, only the variable of Learning Environment shows a significant relationship with student satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.013 and a T-statistic of 2.581. The research highlights the need to strengthen teaching quality and enhance campus facilities for both Full Degree and Non-Degree programs. It is expected that these improvements will increase the enrollment of international students in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of academic supervision at MTsN 2 Cianjur. A qualitative approach with a single case study method was employed. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of the research indicate that MTsN 2 Cianjur has a well-structured system of academic supervision. Academic supervision is conducted regularly by school supervisors and subject coordinators, and peer-to-peer supervision among teachers is also practiced to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. However, the research also revealed some challenges in the implementation of academic supervision at MTsN 2 Cianjur, such as limited time available for supervision and a lack of training for teachers related to supervision. Therefore, it is recommended that MTsN 2 Cianjur improve training for teachers regarding supervision and allocate more time and resources for the implementation of supervision. In conclusion, academic supervision at MTsN 2 Cianjur has been conducted well and in a structured manner, but improvements are still needed in certain aspects. This research is expected to contribute to enhancing the quality of academic supervision at MTsN 2 Cianjur and other schools. Having a well-structured system of academic supervision can help improve the quality of teaching and learning and students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of a Special Job Exchange (Bursa Kerja Khusus - BKK) information system service on the employment rate of graduates from Al-Manshuriyah Vocational High School (SMK). This research based on the quality of information services as the main influencing indicator overall benefits to workforce distribution institutions such as BKK in vocational schools. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study surveyed 162 respondents, including school staff, recent alumni, and current students. Findings revealed a significant positive correlation between the quality of the information system services provided by BKK and the successful job placement of graduates. Statistical analysis using SPSS showed a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.300, indicating a low yet positive relationship. Additionally, regression analysis confirmed that 5.3% of the variance in job placement success could be attributed to the quality of the information system services. These results underscore the importance of robust information system services in enhancing the operational efficiency of BKK and improving graduate employment outcomes. The study suggests further development and enhancement of these services to attract more company partnerships and diversify job opportunities for graduates.
