Abstract

 Penelitian dilatar belakangi belum terlaksananya pembelajaran dengan maksimal. Belum maksimalnya pembelajaran tersebut karena masih terbatasnya kemampuan pendidik mengelola waktu dan sumber belajar yang hanya tarbatas dari buku pelajaran, terbatasnya media ataupun sumber belajar untuk peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan media alternatif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pengetahuan konseptual dan kemandirian Belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan Bentuk desain yang dipilih adalah Quasi Experimental Design. Bentuk design Quasi Experimental yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design dimana setiap perlakuan yang diberikan berbeda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat dalam penggunaan smartphone dialam pembelajaran. Tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi 1) melakukan pendahuluan yang dituangkan dalam proposal yang terdiri dari menentukan latar belakang sebagai masalah dari penelitian kemudian merumuskan masalah, menentukan hipotesis, dan mengumpulkan literatur yang relevan 2) menyusun perangkat pembelajaran, membuat kisi-kisi instrumen, dan instrumen penelitian berupa soal pengetahuan konseptual dan instrumen berupa angket Kemandirian Belajar siswa. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu perbedaan yang mendasar tentang penggunaan media smartphone dan prbedaan gender terhadap pengetahuan konseptual dan kemandirian belajar siswa. melihat hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t (independent-Samples T Test) menggunakan SPSS Windows 24 dengan hasil thitung4,832 dan Ftabel2,120 signifikan pada α 0,05, nilai rata – rata model pembelajaran yang menggunakan media smartphone sebesar 60,56 dan model pembelajaran Ekspositori sebesar 46,39 dan uji t (independent-Samples T Test) menggunakan SPSS Windows 24 dengan hasil thitung3,297 dan Ftabel2,120 signifikan pada α 0,05, nilai rata – rata kemandirian belajar yang menggunakan media smartphone sebesar 65,28 dan model pembelajaran Ekspositori sebesar 54,94 Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan terhadap penggunaan media smartphone dan kelas virtual terhadap pengetahuan konseptual dan kemandirian belajar di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Background research has not implemented maximal learning. The lack of learning is due to the limited ability of educators to manage time and learning resources that are only tarbatas from textbooks, limited media or learning resources for learners. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative media in improving the understanding of conceptual knowledge and independence of student learning. The research using the selected design form is Quasi Experimental Design. Quasi Experimental design form used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design where each given treatment is different to know how much benefit in the use of smartphones in the learning. Implementation stages include 1) preliminary as outlined in the proposal which consists of determining the background as the problem of the research then formulating the problem, determining the hypothesis, and collecting relevant literature 2) composing learning tools, making the instrument gratings, and research instruments in the form of questions conceptual knowledge and instruments in the form of questionnaire Student Learning Independence. Factors studied are the fundamental differences regarding the use of smartphone media and gender differences to the conceptual knowledge and student learning independence. see the results of hypothesis testing using t-test (independent-Samples T Test) using SPSS Windows 24 with thitung4,832 and Ftabel2,120 significant at α 0.05, the average value of learning models using smartphone media of 60.56 and Expository learning model of 46.39 and t-test (independent-Samples T Test) using SPSS Windows 24 with thitung3.297 and Ftable2,120 significant at α 0.05, the average value of learning independence using smartphone media of 65, 28 and Expository learning model of 54.94 This means that there is a difference to the use of smartphone media and virtual classroom to the conceptual knowledge and learning independence in SMA Negeri 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

Change people's behavior in Garut is expected to be able to change for the better in terms of aware of the obligation to pay the levy, it is also determined by the role of a performance extension of the district registry office. As found in this study suggest that policy implementation Implementation of Administration of Population and Civil Registration Service Retribution effect real and positive impact on Performance and Behavior Counseling Civil Registration Citizens using the Civil Registry Service. The implications of the findings in this study are the phenomenon of obstruction of efforts to deliver information program of birth certificates to the public, resulting in low levels of participation and public confidence in the civil registration services. This condition will affect the low orderly population administration in the community.

Abstract

Central issue in this study is teacher performance is not optimal, the researchers observed due to learning andjob satisfaction of teachers who have not been going well. On the basis of thought and consideration, theresearchers wanted to investigate further in the form of research thesis entitled "Effect of learning and teachers'job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in STIKes Karsa Husada Garut.." The method used isexplanatory survey method, ie a method that aims to test the hypothesis that has been formulated previously.Technical analysis is a statistical technique that serves to classify descriptive data, work, conclude, explain andpresent the processed results. It aims to make the pattern a causal relationship between the value of a variable toanother variable. Analysis of the data processing using path analysis (Path analisys). The results showed that theperformance of teachers affected by the learning system variables and job satisfaction of teachers, eitherpartially or simultaneously. Partially influenced by the variable performance of teachers learning system by47,2%, and influenced by teachers' job satisfaction variables of 18,8%, and the rest is influenced by othervariables. The conclusion of this research is learning and teacher job satisfaction has been empirically to giveeffect to the performance of teachers in STIKes Karsa Husada Garut, either partially or simultaneously. Theresults also found that teacher performance is also influenced by other factors academically recognized.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in learning history. This research was conducted in classes IX IPS SMAN 1 Tambun Utara regency of Bekasi on January 20, 2015 until April 15, 2015 by using the Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, achievement test, documentation, procedures: (a) planning of the action; (B) implementation of the action; (C) observation; and (d) reflection. The results showed that the implementation of cooperative learning model of Group Investigation (GI) on the material Effect Against World History History of the Nation Indonesia Ages 18-20, can improve student learning outcomes with a standard limit value of history is completed 70. Prior to the implementation of cooperative learning model of Group Investigation ( GI) average value hump students is 61.35, but after the implementation of cooperative learning model of Group Investigation (GI) average value grade students into 70.68 in the first cycle and 75 413 in the second cycle. A total of 31 students (83.78%) scored above 70 on the 75% of the planned target by the end of the second cycle. Besides the implementation of cooperative learning model Investigation Group can also improve learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Tambun Utara of categories less successful in the first cycle to the category managed in the second cycle. Keywords: Cooperative learning model group investigation , world history , history of Indonesia

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of application simulation based learning toward understanding of fairy tale for children with hearing impairment in third grade at SLB-B YRTRW Surakarta 2016/2017 academic year. This research uses a quantitative approach to research methods of experimental type of pre-experimental form one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek in this research were students in third grade at SLB-B YRTRW Surakarta 2016/2017 academic year as many as four students. Data collection techniques in this research is an objective test in multiple choice. Data analysis techniques in this research is the analysis of non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Rank test (Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test) using SPSS versi 22. From the result of calculations using SPSS versi 22, the known value of the average posttest research sample increased. Descriptive analysis result obtained by the average value of 77,5 posttest greater than the value pretest 57,5. Non-parametric analysis result obtained count value Z= -2,000 with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,046 at significance level (α) of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that effect of application simulation based learning is positive toward understanding of fairy tale for children with hearing impairment in third grade at SLB-B YRTRW Surakarta 2016/2017 academic year.

Abstract

Basic Writing is the first basic writing course for students in English Education Program of STKIP Garut, which is aimed to develop students' writing English skill. The efforts have been developed to improve the learning on Basic writing course and one of them is the use of multimedia. The research questions of this research were: 1). does the use of Computer-Assisted Instruction can improve the students' writing skill?, 2). does the conventional media also improve the students' writing skill?, 3). Is there any significant of improvement between the use of Computer-Assisted Instruction and conventional media?. The research used the quantitative approach and was conducted through the Quasi-Experimental Design. The research conducted between two classes, the experiment and control class, by using 50 students as samples in English Education Program of STKIP Garut. The research findings showed the primary points that the use of Computer-Assisted Instruction improved the students’ writing English simple sentence skill due to the gain value with the medium category on Basic writing course in STKIP Garut; The students’ writing English simple sentence skill of control class, which the students did not use the interactive instructional multimedia, improved considering the gain value with the low category; and There was the significance level of difference that the students who used the Computer-Assisted Instruction were better than the students who did not use the Computer-Assisted Instruction or on the other hand used the conventional media.

Abstract

This study determines the extent to which the relationship between teacher perceptions of effective of school leadership and management in developing organizational learning and Mathematics and Science teachers’ academic optimism of Junior High School in Pangkal Pinang District. This study uses a quantitative approach with the descriptive correlational method and multivariate analysis. The number of samples is 60 teachers. The instrument is self-administered and Likert scale model survey. Results of hypothesis testing showed positive and significant relationship between teacher perceptions of leadership and management of school practices in developing an organizational learning and academic optimism of teachers, while the context have both positive and negative correlation with teacher academic optimism. Keywords: organizational learning, self-evaluation, academic optimism

Abstract

The background from this research because in the era of the business and industrial world today need human resources who competent and qualified. Today, many agencies are developing courses in Indonesia, one of the LKP IKMA Majalaya located in the district of Majalaya. IKMA is organizing various programs of courses, such as computer courses, accounting courses, and tutoring. IKMA also organizes community entrepreneurship program in cooperation with the government to reduce unemployment in the region of Majalaya. The program in the form of computer graphic design courses. This research aims to 1) describe the management learning courses in fostering entrepreneurship skills of graduates; 2) describe the entrepreneurship skills of graduates after the course; 3) know the supporting factor and inhibiting factor in fostering entrepreneurship skills of graduates. The method used is a descriptive method with qualitative approaches and techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Subjects numbered four people consisting of one manager, one instructor and two graduates. Based on the processing of data and research results, obtained the following results. The First, activities of manager in management course learning to foster entrepreneurship skills of graduates include partnership building, provision of infrastructure and capital assistance for the graduate. The Second, emergence of entrepreneurship skills of graduates are characterized by traits entrepreneurs, namely confidence, task-oriented and results, risk-taking, leadership, originality and oriented to the future. Third, supporting factors consist of adequate infrastructure, and LKP has strategic locations. Furthermore, inhibiting factor consists of a shortage of human resources, especially instructors and prone to flooding.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian dan karakteristik pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Dan Kesehatan Sekolah Dasar berbasis Islam terpadu dengan kurikulum jaringan sekolah Islam terpadu di Kota Bengkulu. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif.penelitian ini dilaksanakan diseluruh sekolah yang terjaring disekolah terpadu di Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa kesesuaian pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Dan Kesehatan melalui konsep Terpadu diantaranya Telaah, Eksplorasi, Rumuskan, Presentasikan, Duniawi dengan nilai tertinggi 100% yaitu SD IT ALAUFA, SD IT GENERASI RABBANI, SD IT IQRA 2, dan SD IT IQRA 1. Sementara itu kesesuaian pembelajaran PJOK melalui konsep Aplikasikan, Ukhrowi dengan nilai tertinggi 75% yaitu SD IT ALAUFA. Selain itu Karakteristik pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Dan Kesehatan di sekolah Islam Terpadu dengan konsep TERPADU (Telaah, Eksplorasi, Rumuskan, Presentasikan, Aplikasikan, Duniawi, Ukhrowi)  diantaranya: 1). Eksplorasi dengan nilai rata-rata 91 dinyatakan Sangat Baik, 2). Telaah dengan nilai rata-rata 90 dinyatakan Sangat Baik, 3). Rumuskan dengan nilai rata-rata 83 dinyatakan Sangat Baik, 4). Presentasikan dengan nilai rata-rata 81 dinyatakan Sangat Baik, 5). Duniawi dengan nilai rata-rata 69 dinyatakan Cukup, 6). Aplikasikan dengan nilai rata-rata 50 dinyatakan Kurang, dan 7). Ukhrowi dengan nilai rata-rata 31 dinyatakan Sangat Kurang.AbstractInstructional implication in Physical Education of Sports And Health teacher of elementary school interests to analyze. The reason is in this term integrated pshycomotoric and Islamic concept. The purpose of this study is to know the suitability and characteristics of teaching method of Physical Education of Sports And Health teacher of elementary school based on integrated Islam with the curriculum of an integrated Islamic school empowering in Bengkulu City. The method used in this research was qualitative method. This research was conducted in all schools in integrated school. Based on the result of the research, it is found that the relevance of learning penjasorkes (Physical Education of Sport and Health) through Integrated Concepts such as study, exploration, formulation, Presentation, Wordly with the highest score of 100% have done in alla the schools. Meanwhile the appropriateness of learning penjasorkes through applied and afterlife concepts with highest score of 75% that is SD IT ALAUFA. In addition, the characteristics of learning Physical Education of Sport and Health in the integrated Islamic schools with the concept of TERPADU (Review, Exploration, Formulate, Presentation, Apply, Worldly, Afterlife) include: 1). Exploration is stated as Very Good, 2). The study is stated as Very Good, 3). Formulate is stated as Very Good, 4). Present is stated as Very Good, 5). Worldly is stated as Enough, 6). Apply is stated as Less, and 7). Afterlife is stated as Very Less.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Teaching and Learning Using Locally Available (Talular) untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di Lembaga PAUD Kurang Beruntung” ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah persoalan krusial yang sedang dihadapi Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) Indonesia dalam pengembangan PAUD di yaitu penyelenggaraan PAUD bermutu. Jumlah lembaga PAUD yang menjamur dan banyak pada kenyataannya tidak selalu dibarengi dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan pembelajaran. Hal tersebut jika tidak ditangani secara serius akan berimplikasi pada proses pembelajaran yang kurang bemutu dan tidak mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui kondisi objektif kegiatan pembelajaran di Kelompok Bermain kurang beruntung, (2) Mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran Teaching and Learning Using Locally Available Resources (Talular) di Kelompok Bermain kurang beruntung, (3) Mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan model pembelajaran Teaching and Learning Using Locally Available Resources (Talular) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Kelompok Bermain kurang beruntung. Adapun yang menjadi target penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya rancangan model pembelajaran Teaching and Learning Using Locally Available Resources (Talular) untuk mengembangkan kualitas pembelajaran di Kelompok Bermain kurang beruntung sehingga dapat menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan peningkatan mutu penyelenggaraan PAUD pada saat ini dan pada masa yang akan datang. Sesuai dengan tujuannya, studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) mengacu pada Borg and Gall (1983) yang diadaptasi oleh Sukmadinata (2007) yang meliputi langkah atau tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap studi pendahuluan, (2) Tahap pengembangan model, dan (3) Tahap validasi model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran Talular di lembaga PAUD kurang beruntung di Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul Kabupaten Garut secara signifikan meningkatkan ualitas pembelajaran di lembaga-lembaga PAUD tersebut.
