Abstract

AbstractDuring the learning process of Social Sciences on Types of Business and Economic Activities material, teachers still uses conventional learning which is Teacher Centered Learning (TCL). This study was conducted on class VB students at Cikoneng Elementary School in Ganeas Sub-District, Sumedang District by implementing a Classroom Action Research (CAR). This Classroom Action Research was conducted in three cycles. As for the data obtained on are as follows, the student critical thinking ability test at first cycle reached 32%, at second cycle increased 68%, and at third cycle increased and reached the target of 84%. Then the student learning outcomes test at first cycle reached 64%, at second cycle increased 76%, and at third cycle increased and reached the target of 92%. Thus this study successfully improves students’ critical thinking ability and learning outcomes on VB class at Cikoneng Elementary School in Ganeas Sub-District, Sumedang District.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam dunia pendidikan, sebuah pembelajaran merupakan kewajiban yang tidak bisa ditolak oleh anak didik. Karena belajar merupakan suatu proses (aktivitas) untuk memperoleh suatu ide (pokok rancangan pembelajaran yang kemudian diterapkan). Dalam hal ini perlu adanya pengembangan kreativitas agar terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang bermanfaat dan menyenangkan. Kekreativitasan pada anak akan bisa berkembang dengan adanya faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya program pendidikan yang terencana untuk menjadikan siswa aktif serta mampu mengembangkan kreativitas yang dimilikinya dan menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran siswa. Karena kreativitas anak akan melahirkan penciptaan besar yang akan memberikan warna dikehidupannya.

Abstract

AbstrakMenulis kata sapaan merupakan bagian dari pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Keterampilan menulis kata sapaan di kelas II SDN Sidodadi I masih rendah, terlihat dari masih banyak siswa yang hasil belajarnya belum mencapai KKM. Berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah maka perlu adanya tindakan perbaikan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dan menerapkan model pembelajaran VAK (Visual, Audiotory, Kinestethic) dalam pembelajaran sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis kata sapaan. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas II SDN Sidodadi I Kabupaten Indramayu yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan jumlah subjek 34 siswa. Adapun hasil belajar siswa dalam pembeajaran dengan materi kata sapaan setiap siklusnya meningkat dari siklus I mencapai persentase 74% kemudian pada siklus II meningkat dengan mencapai persentase 82% dan pada siklus III hasi belajar siswa meningkat mencapai persentase 88% siswa yang tuntas mencapai KKM.

Abstract

The lack of learning media facilities for traditional musical instruments in extracurricular music is one of the reasons for the lack of appreciation of students for traditional musical instruments in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to increase students' appreciation of traditional musical instruments through the application of Saron Digital applications as interactive learning media that can be used in music extracurricular activities. This study uses qualitative methods with research design, namely action research. The subjects who participated in this study were as many as 10 students consisting of grades three to six who participated in music art extracurricular activities at Mandalaherang II Elementary School. The research subjects consisted of eight female students and two male students who were domiciled in Mandalaherang Hamlet, Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency. The results obtained in this study are that there is an increase in students' appreciation of traditional musical instruments can be proven by an increase in love for traditional musical instruments which initially only 30% after being given the action to 90%. Thus the application of the Digital Sarl application to extracurricular learning in the art of music can be one solution to increase students' appreciation and interest in traditional musical instruments.

Abstract

Students lack confidence in expressing curiosity, then students tend to be shy in asking questions, which causes low problem posing abilities of students. Mathematics is inseparable from the submission of problems, so the problem posing ability is important for students to have. Therefore problem posing skills need to be trained and developed through SBL learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SBL learning on students' problem posing abilities. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental with a type of nonequivalent control group design. The study population used was all students of fifth grade elementary school in North Sumedang District. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. While the sample was taken from SDN Rancamulya. The instruments used in this study were problem posing ability test questions, attitude scale questionnaires, teacher performance observation sheets, student activities, and field notes. The results showed that SBL learning had a positive effect on students' problem posing abilities.

Abstract

The low ability of problem solving of contextual questions is the background of this research. The purpose of this study is to find out problem solving ability in KPK and FPB. This study uses diagnostic tests, interviews, field notes and documentation. The results of the study are 1) understanding problem is the highest problem-solving ability, 2) the lowest problem-solving abilities is to interpret solutions. 3) The ability of problem solving in contextual problems is consired quite low, because the average is 42. 4)The difficulties in problems solving that are difficult to find keywords, known and asked of problems, difficulties to represent to the mathematical sentence, difficulties to develop the right solution strategy, difficulties to interpret the solutions. 5) Factors that causes of difficulties in problem solving are concept knowledge, procedural knowledge, interest in learning. teaching methods and the curriculum was used.Kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada soal kontekstual yang masih kurang merupakan hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada soal kontekstual materi KPK dan FPB. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes diagnostik, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan metode triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang paling tinggi yaitu kemampuan memahami masalah, 2) kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang paling rendah yaitu kemampuan menafsirkan solusi, 3) Kemampuan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah dikatakannmasihhkurang, karena rata-rata nilai yaitu 42, 4) kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam memecahkan masalah yaitu sulit menemukan kata kunci, belum terbiasa menuliskan hal yang diketahui dan ditanyakan, belum mampu merepresentasikan ke dalam kalimat matematika, belum mampu menyusun strategi penyelesaian yang tepat, belum mampu menafsirkan solusi, 5) faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memecahkan masalah yaitu pengetahuan konsep, pengetahuan prosedural, serta minat belajar, metode pengajaran serta kurikulum  yang digunakan.

Abstract

This study is based on the mathematical communication ability and mathematical dispositions of students which are still deemed insufficient. One innovation in mathematics learning that can help improve mathematical communication skills and mathematical dispositions mastery is a realistic mathematics education approach with a group investigation strategy that focuses on students’ involvement actively and it is associated with daily life in the overall learning activities. The sample in the study was the fifth-grade student of SDN 2 Ciwaru and SDN 1 Sumberjaya in Ciwaru Sub-District, Kuningan Regency. The results showed that a realistic mathematics education approach with group investigation and conventional learning strategies gave a significant effect on students' mathematical communication ability and mathematical dispositions, there were significant differences between realistic mathematics education approaches with a group investigation strategies and conventional learning in improving students' mathematical communication skills and mathematical dispositions, and there is no significant relationship between students' mathematical communication skills and mathematical dispositions using the realistic mathematics education approach with a group investigation strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas II SDN 125 Taruna Karya di Kecamatan Cibiru, Kota Bandung. Siswa kesulitan menulis dengan benar. Hanya beberapa siswa yang dapat menulis dengan rapi dan beberapa dari mereka tidak dapat menulis dengan rapi dan rapi. Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan media interaktif "libas" untuk membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan menulis berulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kurt Lewin yang memiliki empat hal, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, dalam setiap siklus Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus pertama peningkatanhasil belajar penelitian persentase sebesar 46%, pada siklus kedua meningkatkan Peningkatan sebesar 71%, dan siklus meningkat 60% siswa yang menyelesaikan. Karenanya dengan bantuan media interaktif “libas” dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis di kelas II SDN 125 Taruna Karya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to see representation of upgrading earning outcome dan creative thinking skills in social studies use the flashcard.  It was done in Mulyasari elementary school. This research was an action research using Kemmis adn Mc. Taggart design which in its implementation give some repaired to fix the problems. The seubject were students of class IV. The target of this research is 80% for earning outcome according to KKM and 80% for creative thinking skills. This research was done of theree cycle. In cycle III, the percentage of the  teacher performance in planning and implementing earning is 100%, the percentage of the student passed the standard of achievement while the other is 82,002, and the percentage of creative thinking skills is 87,1%. Based on these results it can be concluded there is upgrading for earning outcome and creative thinking skills on earning to use flashcard.

Abstract

Innovation learning by using MURRDERR strategy assisted by android-based so that becomes a solution to improve reflective thingking skills and students motivation learning in elementary school. This research used quasi-experimental method, with nonequivalent control grup design. The population is all class of V grade in Sumedang Selatan Subdistrict, with sample of grade V-A SDN Sukaraja 1 (grup class of experiment) and V-B SDN Sukaraja 1 (grup calss of control). Counclusions from this research are : 1) MURRDERR strategy assisted by android-based media is significantly better at improving reflective thinking skills than conventional learning. 2) MURRDERR strategy assisted by android-based media, and conventional learning can improve student motivation learning most increases significantly. 3) There is a positive relationship between the ability of reflective thinking skills with student motivation.
