Abstract

The need factor-based to the theory of Andersen and Newman (2005) is seen from 2 aspects, which include the individual assessment aspect (perceived need factor) and the clinical aspect (evaluated need). There is still no publication of review research that discusses specific analyzes of subjective assessment of the needs of the elderly on the use of services in health facilities at Puskesmas and Posyandu. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the influence of perceived need factors on the utilization of health services for the elderly at the Puskesmas and Posyandu. This study is a qualitative study with a literature review using quantitative and mixed methods analysis which are published from 2016 to 2021. The collection of literature using the Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases. The search results obtained 60 articles that matched the keywords and then the overall identification was carried out using inclusion and exclusion criteria in the content of the article so that 12 articles were reviewed. The results showed which variable of perceived need factor that most commonly found to be related to the utilization of elderly health care services at Puskesmas and Posyandu was the chronic condition variable (n = 4 articles), followed by the self-rated health, subjective health complaint, perception for benefit matter and limitation in daily activities variable, each of them are (n=2 articles). Further studies are needed to develop an appropriate instrument in assessing the factors of the needs of the elderly in full, namely the factors of the needs of the elderly which are seen from the clinical aspect of the utilization of health services at the Puskesmas and Posyandu.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status, duration of work, and noise level with work fatigue on employees of the process and engineering division of the PT.X Palm Oil Mill. This study was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach with a total of 33 respondents. Sampling was taken using total sampling technique. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. The results showed that most respondents had a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5-25 at 48.5%. Most respondents have a work duration of 12 hours by 48.5%. The maximum noise level is 85dB by 39.4%. Most work fatigue is in the low category of 39.4%. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between nutritional status and fatigue (p value = 0.007 PR=8.5 95%CI 1.2-59.5), there is no relationship between work duration and fatigue (p value = 1,000 PR=0,8 95%CI 0,2-3,1), and there is no relationship between noise level and fatigue (p value = 0.701 PR=1,5 95%CI 0,5-4,8). The conclusion of this study is that nutritional status is associated with work fatigue. It is hoped that the company will make a healthy canteen in an effort to improve the nutritional status of workers.

The type of method used was quasi-experimental with a pre-post test design. The sample was divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the treatment group. Sampling by Randomized Controlled Clinical Trials (RCT). The number of samples is 30 respondents for each group so that the total number of respondents is 60 people. The instrument used is Pregnancy-Unique Quantification Of Emesis/Nausea (PUQE). The research was conducted for 3 months, The type of univariate analysis uses a frequency distribution and bivariate analysis uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis. The results showed that the intervention was effective as seen from the difference in the decrease in the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women and the p-value 0.000 < from the alpha value (0.05). The conclusion is, there is a significant effect between those who are given Hand Massage Therapy and Consumption of herbal drinks with those who are not given treatment on the discomfort of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. Abstract

This research is very important to do because the incidence of pulmonary TB is still the biggest problem in public health, especially in Deli Serdang Regency. So that with this research can be obtained the highest factor of the incidence of pulmonary TB on environmental health. This study is to predict the model and detect the highest factors of pulmonary TB incidence on health such as home conditions consisting of ventilation, air humidity levels, lighting, residential density, and sewerage, clean living behavior or personal higiene, and personal nutritional status of TB sufferers. lungs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research using observational analytic method with a case control study design. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely patients with pulmonary TB in adults with a total sample of 70 people or 70 BTA (+) and as a control, namely 70 people who do not suffer from pulmonary TB or 70 BTA (-). The instruments used in data collection are questionnaires and observational sheets. Data analysis using logistic regression analysis model with modeling results Ln (P / 1-P) = 0.2422 – 19.972 Ventilation + 21.896 Air Humidity + 37.548 Illumination – 21.312 SPAL – 0.297 Personal Higiene. With OR of ventilation is 3.875, OR of lighting is 2.976, OR of SPAL availability of 1.067, OR of personal higiene of 0.743, OR of humidity of 0.678 and ventilation with OR of 3.875 as the variable  that has the highest OR value is the biggest factor in the results of this research.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women occurs due to a lack of food consumption in pregnant women, especially iron consumption. Hemorrhage postpartum is the main cause of maternal death due to anemia in pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in food consumption among pregnant women who are anemic and non-anemic in the working area of the Tapung Hilir 1 Public Health Center, Kampar Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a case-control design. The sample of this research consists of 30 non-anemic pregnant and 30 anemia pregnant. The research instrument used a questionnaire and a food recall form 2x24 hours. Data collection techniques used were interviews. 24-hour food recall data were obtained for 2 non-consecutive days. The results of the analysis of the average energy consumption (47.37 kcal), protein (78.43 gr), carbohydrate (44.93 g), and iron consumption (17.37 mg). Analysis using the Mann Whitney test found differences in energy consumption, carbohydrates, Fe (p = 0.000) in anemic and non-anemic pregnant women, and there was no difference in protein consumption (p = 0.344) in anemic and non-anemic pregnant women It is expected that pregnant women can increase food consumption that can prevent anemia in pregnancy such as consumption of animal protein, iron, and vitamin C.

Abstract

The problem found was that the patient waiting time for prescription services exceeded the standard set by the government for non-concoction drugs less than 30 minutes and concoctions for drugs less than 60 minutes, namely for non-concoctions for 39 minutes and concoctions for 60.4 minutes. While the factors that influence the waiting time for drug services include the absence of a drug vacancy during the service, there are still doctors who have not been guided by the list books and drug price ceilings, so that officials must reconfirm, and there are officers who have not worked on prescriptions because they are still doing activities or prescriptions other. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence patient satisfaction in the Pharmacy Installation at Rantauprapat District Hospital. The sample in this study was a number of 35 outpatients in the pharmaceutical installation with 35 people using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of waiting time with patient satisfaction. There is an influence of information on patient satisfaction. There is an influence of human resources with patient satisfaction. There is an influence of facilities infrastructure with patient satisfaction. There is an influence of satisfaction on improving patient performance. The most dominant variable in this study is the X4 variable, namely the role of information.
