Introduction Eosinophils can regulate local immune and inflammatory responses, and their accumulation inside blood and tissue has long been associated with parasitic infestation and allergic inflammation. The prevalence of allergic rhinitis and helminth infection in children relatively increases every year. The burden of allergic rhinitis and helminth infection is mainly attributed to the quality of life of those infected. The latest study shows that an increase in eosinophil progenitors is important in diseases associated with eosinophilia. Objective: The community service was established to find the distribution of allergic rhinitis, eosinophilia, and helminth infection among students in Alwasliyah Berastagi Elementary School and to determine the association between allergic rhinitis and eosinophilia in helminth infection. In addition, this service is also aimed at increasing student’s knowledge about the association between allergic rhinitis and eosinophilia in helminth infection and how to prevent it. Method: We did the ENT examination, routine blood test, and routine stool examination to 43 students and gave the students education about the association between allergic rhinitis and eosinophilia in helminth infection and how to prevent it. Result: The prevalence of allergic rhinitis, eosinophilia, and helminth infection was 53.5%, 19.5%, and 13%. The highest prevalence of allergic rhinitis is among 11 years old age group and female students (52.5%, 60.9%). The highest prevalence of eosinophilia is among 11 and 12 years old age group both accounting 37.5%. The highest prevalence of helminth infection is in 10 and 12 years old age group (66.7%, 33.3%). Both eosinophilia and helminth infection are higher among male than female students (62.5% and 66.7%). There were more students with a corrected answer that we classify as good knowledge after they were educated than before they were educated. (93% vs 79.1%) Conclusion: There was no significant association between allergic rhinitis, helminth infection, and eosinophilia (p = 0.587 and p = 0.458, p >0.05).

Dental caries is an infectious disease caused by demineralization of enamel and dentin which is closely related to the consumption of cariogenic foods. Generally children entering school age have a high caries risk, because at this school age children usually like food and drink snacks as they wish. The impact that occurs when since the beginning has experienced caries is in addition to the function of the teeth as chewing that is disrupted, swollen gums, the child will also experience disturbances in carrying out their daily activities, so the child will not eat and consequently malnutrition can occur, this causes the child to be unable to study because of lack of concentration so that it will affect intelligence. The results of the field analysis and preliminary interviews with school leaders as partners in community service obtained data that students in Muhammadiyah Private Elementary School 03 Medan aged 6-8 years experienced dental caries with the characteristics of cavities, porous, and stains / plaques. These characteristics are related to the patterns or behavior of students who like to consume sweet foods like candy, bread, and chocolate. School Dental Health Efforts (UKGS) have also not been implemented in schools. Therefore, community service is needed to be carried out with a form of socialization prevention for early caries in order to provide knowledge of the main causes, ways of spreading, impact, efforts to prevent dental caries, and providing remineralization (dental caries prevention) containing Casein Phosphopeptid-Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (CPP-ACP) to students of grade II Muhammadiyah Primary School 03 Medan. Community service activities were carried out by five service teams from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of North Sumatra on August 27, 2019, involving as many as twenty two USU FKG students who were undergoing clinical clerkship. The socialization and provision of caries prevention materials to 111 students who were in grade II of Muhammadiyah Primary School - 03 Medan.

In the world of education now learning methods do not only use conventional methods such as from textbooks and teacher explanations, but also with effective and efficient learning methods using information technology. An example is multimedia-based learning media. Community service is one way that can be used to carry out information technology socialization. The community service that will be carried out in this study is entitled Easy and Interesting Mathematics Learning Through Animation. For elementary school students, with the aim of helping students in the learning process of mathematics that is more interesting interactive and fun, because in general lower elementary school students view mathematics lessons are difficult and boring learning. In this service, a learning media for mathematics will be created that includes the problem of building and space in accordance with the existing curriculum. Learning applications that are built include material, training, and tests, in accordance with applicable competency standards. Furthermore, training will be given to several elementary schools, as a briefing on how to use this learning system application so as to increase student motivation and ultimately improve student achievement and improve education quality.

One of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to ensure the availability and management of sustainable water and sanitation for all. In general, the supply of clean water to the community is supplied by local government-owned water companies. However, due to network limitations or production capacity often not all people can enjoy the clean water facilities, especially the poor who live on the outskirts or outside the city. The dominant coastal area inhabited by fishing villages is identical to slums. These slums are visible in scattered rubbish, unhealthy latrines and inadequate quality and quantity of clean water. Ujung Kerang Village, Seberang Fishing Village, Medan Belawan District has a problem related to water availability, which is the unequal distribution of clean water and the quality of water that is physically turbid and tasteless. Clean water is needed in meeting the daily needs of the fishing communities to drink, wash and bathe. The limitations of the source and distribution of clean water so that the fishing village community must travel a long way to get clean water and must pay dearly to get clean water. Because of the coastal area so that the depth of a wellbore that can produce clean water quality on average must be> 50 m so that the cost of making the wellbore is expensive. Based on these problems, the solution given is to make a wellbore with a depth of ± 100 m. This well is equipped with a suction pump and pressure tank. This drill well can be utilized by ± 10 households by making a self-supporting distribution pipeline to their respective homes. Operational and maintenance costs will be borne by the people who use the wellbore water.
