Abstract

PTUN Pekanbaru dalam mengolah data dan informasi menggunakan SIMPEG untuk membantu kelancaran administrasi dan manajemen kepegawaian. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan SIMPEG dilihat dari manfaat yang dihasilkan maka dilakukan evaluasi terhadap SIMPEG. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi SIMPEG yaitu HOT FIT dan TAM, menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing konstruk pada kedua metode dan melihat perbedaan hasil kedua metode berdasarkan nilai yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan data dan mengetahui metode yang terbaik antara metode HOT FIT dan TAM. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM diperoleh hasil yaitu konstruk dalam metode HOT FIT yang memiliki nilai t statistik tertinggi yaitu konstruk struktur organisasi atau SO berpengaruh positif terhadap net benefit atau NB dengan nilai t statistik 8,53. Konstruk dalam metode TAM yang memiliki nilai t statistik tertinggi yaitu konstruk kemudahan atau PEOU berpengaruh positif terhadap konstruk kebermanfaatan atau PU dengan nilai t statistik 34,8. R-square tertinggi dalam metode HOT FIT yaitu r-square konstruk NB sebesar 62%, R-square tertinggi dalam metode TAM yaitu r-square konstruk PU sebesar 69% Berdasarkan nilai t statistik dan nilai R-square tertinggi metode TAM adalah metode terbaik dalam mengevaluasi SIMPEG di PTUN Pekanbaru

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi saat ini terus membuka berbagai alternatif barudengan berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakinpesat, inovasi baru dalam dunia pendidikan pun harus dimunculkan sebagai upaya untukmenunjang media pembelajaran yang lebih efektif Demikian pula pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar,mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran pentingkarena diujikan pada Ujian Nasional (UN). Mengingat pentingnya mata pelajaran tersebut, makadibutuhkan sebuah alternatif baru untuk menunjang media pembelajaran agar pembelajaranlebih optimal. Walaupun media pembelajaran yang digunakan saat ini telah ada, namun belummaksimal. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan guna menciptakan media pembelajaranyang lebih efektif. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu analisa dan pengembangan yangterstruktur mulai dari menganalisa sistem berjalan sampai dengan sistem yang diusulkanmenggunakan UML. Hasil akhir yang dicapai dari penulisan ini yaitu terbentuknya suatuprosedur sistem menggunakan UML. Selain itu, dihasilkan pula rancangan aplikasimenggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) yang merupakan teknologi interaktif yangmampu memproyeksikan objek maya ke dalam objek nyata secara real time.Terbentuknyarancangan aplikasi pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan pembelajaran matapelajaran IPA tentang Sistem Pernapasan pada Manusia untuk siswa kelas 5 SD di SDN 007Tanjung Palas Timur.Kata kunci : IPA, Sekolah Dasar UML dan Augmented Reality,Sistem Pernafasan.

Abstract

Maturity  Level  merupakan  sebuah  metode  pada  Framework  COBIT  (Control  Objectivitas  for Information  and  Related  Technology  yang  dapat  mengukur  tingkat  skala  kematangan  dari  sebuah  sistem. Pemanfaatkan teknologi informasi seperti E-learning dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan fleksibilitas dalam proses  belajar  mengajar,  Dengan  mengukur  tingkat  maturity  level  pada  E-learning  di  SMK  Labor  Binaan FKIP  Universitas  Riau,  dapat  membantu  pengguna  dan  manajemen  dalam  pengambilan  keputusandengan efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, serta dapat mengontrol penggunaan teknologi informasi  yang  mendukung  penggunaan  E-learning.  Sehingga  dapat  mencapai  tujuan  yang  diharapkan berdasarkan  rencana  strategi  dan  rekomendasi  yang  diperoleh  dari  hasil  pengukuran  tingkat  maturitylevel.

Abstract

Biometrik merupakan pengenalan bentuk manusia berdasarkan pada satu atau lebih ciri-ciri fisik atau tingkah laku yang unik. Iris mata adalah salah satu bagian dari organ mata yang dijadikan dasar bagi pengenalan biometrik. Berbagai penelitian telah dilakukan dengan berbagai metode yang digunakan seperti Alihragam Wavelet Haar dan Transformasi Hough. Wavelet Haar merupakan salah satu metode yang masih jarang digunakan dalam pengenalan biometrik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penulis melakukan Identifikasi Iris Mata Menggunakan Metode Alihragam Wavelet Haar dan Transformasi Hough. Dari 249 data pemilik mata yang didapat dari CASIA, diambil 12 data pemilik mata karena ada sebagian data mata yang tidak lengkap sehingga total citra masukan adalah 96 citra mata. Hasil pengujian kecocokan yang didapat dari penelitian ini sebesar 58.3% untuk pengujian data latih diluar data uji yang dilakukan pada aras dekomposisi 1, dan ketidakcocokan sebesar 37.5%. Pengujian kecocokan terhadap citra diluar data uji dan data latih sebesar 16.67% dan ketidakcocokan sebesar 66.7%. Sedangkan pengujian kecocokan citra dirotasi sebesar 25% dan ketidakcocokan sebesar 62.5%. Untuk persentase identifikasi rata-rata sebesar 94.25%. Secara keseluruhan, maka penggunaan metode ini memiliki akurasi yang cukup baik dalam mengidentifikasi iris mata.Kata kunci: biometrik, Canberra Distance, Transformasi Hough, Wavelet Haar.

Abstract

CV. Riau Pallet is one private company in Pekanbaru, located on Jl. Kubang Raya Pekanbaru Panam. CV. Riau Pallet is a manufacturing company engaged in the processing of forest timber into a pallet. Pallet size produced by the company there are several types, the company usually produces pallet according to the demand of the consumer, and the type of pallet measuring 94 cm X 113 cm most into consumer demand. Judging from the development, the company has a number of concerns regarding the production of unmet consumer demand, where demand is higher than production, which resulted in the achievement of production targets by the company. It is caused by a finishing process that occurred in the engine oven. The oven is used for the drying process is still manual pallet, namely the drying process using a furnace that takes a long time, about 10-12 hours each one the drying process. This leads to not achieving the target production expected by the company. In addition the rate of disability in the process of finishing in the oven machine is very high. Additionally happened piling pallets waiting for their turn to the finishing stage. To overcome these problems, the need for the addition of a new oven at the company's engine. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of adding machine industry a new oven at the company and determine the feasibility of an investment based on technical aspects and financial aspects. From the data processing can be seen that the technical aspects of data processing made at the planning association or relationship Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) obtained Area Allocation Diagram (AAD) as the proposed layout of the room for the addition of new machines on the CV. Riau Pallet. On the financial aspect that has been done, it can be concluded that the NPV of USD 639 329 829, -, the value of MARR of 11%, IRR of 11.4%, and the value payback period or return on capital investment is for 1 year and 6 months. Abstract

Sidoarjo high population growth will affect the increase in private vehicle ownership. The impact is, traffic congestion is high and the accessibility of the city into decline. Empirical data shows the growth rate of light vehicle (LV) of 6% per year, heavy vehicles (HV) 3% per year, and motorcycles (MC) 11% per year. Sidoarjo city of a sub-district of Sidoarjo, Candi and Buduran. The three districts are SSWP II development region with the main function of settlements, governance and trade and services. As the city, center of activity with a fairly rapid development, implementable policy is needed to increase the accessibility of the city from the aspect of transportation. Transport policy to reduce the use of private vehicles is sustainable transportation. This study aims to identify and analyze the conditions of the transporttation, so that sustainable transportation to Sidoarjo city can be implemented. The method used is the method of primary and secondary survey, by using descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative research. The results showed Sidoarjo transportation conditions have an average value of the degree of saturation (DS) of> 1, meaning that the level of service in category F is the jammed flow, low speed, volume above capacity and long queues. The contribution of carbon emissions from transportation activities in Jl.Raya Buduran amounted to 34 960 grams of CO2 / day for motor cyckle and 20,240 grams of CO2 / day for cars. The carbon emissions in Jl.Pahlawan is 59,800 grams of CO2 / day for car and 14 720 grams of CO2 / day for motor cyckle. The carbon emissions in Jl.Raya Candi is 31 264 grams of CO2 / day for motor cyckle and 26,680 grams of CO2 / day for car. The amount of carbon emissions exceeded the quality standards allowed. Thus, sustainable transport policy that is appropriate for Sidoarjo is by implementing the bus rapid transit (BRT), so that the carbon emissions due to the number of private vehicles could be reduced and people are still carrying out their activities using public transport.Key words: Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), carbom emission, Sidoarjo city, Smart City, Transportation

Abstract

Penerapan kebijakan mandatori pencampuran (blending) antara bahan bakar nabati ke dalam bahan bakar minyak telah memberikan pengaruh kepada peningkatan kebutuhan biodiesel, kebutuhan luas lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit dan dampak lingkungan dalam bentuk emisi CO2 hingga tahun 2030. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidensifikasi besarnya tingkat kebutuhan masing-masing faktor serta dampaknya terhadap lingkungan. Melalui analisis dengan perancangan model matematis, telah diperolehi bahwa secara bertahap, dari hingga tahun 2030 terjadi peningkatan kebutuhan bahan bakar nabati sebesar 14,79 juta kl. Sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar nabati tersebut diperlukan lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit seluas 35,2 juta ha serta peningkatan emisi CO2 5,41 Gg t CO2.

Geographic Information Systems to provide data and information in accordance with the geographical location.For Geographical Information Systems Midwives In Bengkulu city is still using a manual system that is recording, came directly to the point of localized to locate Midwife Practices latest must come to the health department, in addition to people who are reluctant to come to the health department will tend to choose to midwives already in the know before.Therefore, researchers and the midwife inted cooperate and agreed to resolve the problem by building a system where by the system using a geographic information system ArcView 3.3 application. Methods that are used in this research is the development of a system where the system is used will be more practical in the information process and the application process is free from error so that the application of Geographic Information Systems midwife in the of Bengkulu city use application ArcView 3.3 can provide geographic information midwife in the bengkulu city of. computerized showing the name of the midwife .Aplikasi Geographic Information System oriented midwife at coordinates X and Y coordinates.

Abstract

Kampar Regency - Riau Province is believed to have large potential for biomass energy, but has not been optimally utilized due to lack of baseline data. This article presents the result of a biomass energy resource assessment in Kampar Regency that used resource-based approach with basic statistical method. The procedure from Biomass Energy Europe was applied to assess the potential of forest biomass, energy crops, agricultural residues and organic wastes. The total theoretical potential of biomass energy in Kampar Regency is 127,635,417.90 GJ/year where 97.933% come from agricultural residues, 2.066% forest biomass and 0.001% organic waste. In this study the agricultural residues also included residues from plantations (oil palm and coconut) and animal residues (cow, buffalo, goat, and poultry). Oil palm contributes to 88.15%, followed by chickens and ducks (5.28%), rice and maize (3.77%), and primary forest residues (2%). The oil palm fronds are the largest contributor i.e. 58.8% of the total oil palm potential and 51.8% of the total biomass energy potential in Kampar Regency.Keywords – biomass, energy, Kampar, potential, Statistics.

Abstract

Various fuzzy and non-fuzzy models have been presented to forecast the stock market with multiple inputs data or variables. In other words, some of the researchers have overlooked the key success in financial time series forecasting which is minimizing number of inputs. Moreover, most of the existing time series models have been focused on data consisting of single values, or fuzzy numbers without randomness into consideration. In real situations, there exists a genuine need to cope with data that involves the factors of fuzziness and probability. To address the drawbacks, we propose an enhanced fuzzy random auto-regression model for better stock market forecasting using the low-high procedure. This procedure is able to represent the daily prices variations in stocks. The daily stock markets of Indonesia-Malaysia are used as numerical examples and efficiency of the proposed procedure is compared with baselines models.
